JOB DETAILS for AMC in DCS (maxDNA) in 1 X 12 MW TPP Dishergarh Power Station
1. Overall scheduled Annual Maintenance Contract for max DNA Distributed Control
System Model PDP series 400 max DPU 4F version 4.5.1- SP1 for 1 x 12 MW TPP at
Dishergarh Power Station along with scheduled AMC, Service Provider will be responsible
for visit the site against any call from the site by the C&I In- charge or Engineer as &
when required basis.

2. Service Provider is responsible at their own cost for travelling (to & fro), Fooding and
Lodging etc.


3. AMC job details & scope:-

A. Checking and necessary maintenance of all installed Hardware system (like: DPU, I/ O
Cards, other electronic cards, relay modules, power supply units etc.), checking of
Processor and module level, loading and storage, cross functional checking of
redundancy of each DPU and ETHER NET Switches, connectivity and communication
checking of SBP and LAN, electronic earthing checking.
B. Modification of previous Logic and new logic built up & edition or modification of
I/ O signals or points in DCS can be required to develop according to process
enhancement.
C. Overall performance checking and updates (if required) of max Software
(4.5.1- SP 1), other installed utility software (like: antivirus, pdf Reader, CD/ DVD
writer etc.) in all operating / engineering stations.
D. Backup checking and storing and hand over to C&I Department.
E. Checking of STORIAN and LINK PC.
F. Editing and modification (if required) of REPORT EDITING, EVENT SUMMARY &
TRENDs.
