STATEMENTOFPROBABLECAUSE

TheComplainantstatesthatthefollowingfactsestablishprobablecause:

Your complainant is a licensed peace officer in the State of Minnesota and is employed by the Washington
County Sheriff's Office. In that capacity and after review of the reports, your complainant states the
following to establish probable cause:

On November 12, 2013, a search warrant for the residence and outbuildings located at 22010 Oldfield
Avenue in Scandia, Washington County, Minnesota was drafted and signed by Judge McBride. The
search warrant authorized law enforcement to search the premises for weapons and ammunition. The
residence of 22010 Oldfied Avenue was the residence where WILLIAM HENRY ST. SAUVER JR., DOB
03/28/1983, the defendant herein, resided at.

During the execution of the search warrant located in the bedroom occupied by ST. SAUVER was an
ammunition case next to the bed. Upon opening the ammunition case, a Kimber handgun was located
inside. Underneath the handgun in the same case was two ziploc bags that appeared to contain psilocybin
mushrooms and marijuana. Below the suspected narcotics was an envelope addressed to ST. SAUVER.
Also located in the bedroom, next to the bed was a prescription container in the name of ST. SAUVER.

The suspected drugs were sent to the BCA for confirmatory testing. The BCA confirmed that the
mushrooms were psilocyn, a Schedule I controlled substance.
