the blessings of the Supreme, I got an opportunity to spend two days at Arvind Ashram in
Pudducherry and realize the presence of Sir Arvind and Venerable Mataji. Twenty five years
ago, Venerable Gurudevji heard about Sri Arvind from Sri Pradyumnaji. At that time I also read some
part of Savitri also. Later I read a book titled Divya Jeevan by Sri Arvind. Having read many books titled
Bhagwat Muhurat, Path Ka Vidhan and Mata and realising the contribution of Sri Arvind inspired
me and enlightened me. I sensed that the inheritance of our Rishis, Godly civilization, Vedic culture and
knowledge of our ancestors are still alive. The ideals of our 196 crore old civilization are still evident in
front of us. Sri Arvind and his mother were ideals of the pious culture of our Rishis and Rishikas. I got
an opportunity to visit the cell, where Sri Arvind meditated and left his body and where his mother,
practicing meditation, executed his ideas. I meditated and contemplated, where his mother the goddess
of Mercy developed a place, which was later converted into her temple. I got to learn a lot from the
selfless services being provided by adopting the methods of Swadeshi and Self-reliance. I did witness a
unique experiment of the Spiritual education. During the stay in Arvind Ashram a few inspirations kept
on rising inside me, the same have become goals and commitments in my life. I want to reflect on those
inspirations here and I believe that the voice of Sri Arvind is also the voice of hearts of all.
Sri Arvind said that the whole life is Yoga. The result of Yoga is divine knowledge, divine work, divine
love and attainment of divine life. In this worldly life the goal of Yoga and Spirituality is to establish
divinity among people and system. The difference between the Arvind Ashram and others is that at
other place emphasis is on Self Realization, while in Arvind Ashram, the emphasis is on Collective
Realization. Because, Sri Arvind believed that like thoughts, suffering also comes from outside. So
alongwith the inside of us, our surroundings also must be divine so that there is no place for suffering.
So combined upsurge of Materialism and Spirituality is Dharma only. We have never termed Poverty,
Escapism, Indifference or non-activity as Dharma or Spirituality. Sri Arvindji spreads message to live as
a representative of Eternity.
Truth must prevail over society, polity and systems. Devils must not rule over prosperity and wealth,
rather nobility like that of Lord Ram must rule over society, polity and wealth. The whole world and
India are going through adversity. Mafia has taken over the wealth and prosperity of the country. Only
a few rowdies have robbed off all the welfare and happiness from the people following the path of
Truth. We will have to change the prevailing injustice, adharma and corruption with full force,
vehemence and energy. And with the change in fortunes of India, we will have to establish divinity and
godliness all over the world.
Indram vardhantom apturah krnvanto vishvamaryam.

Q: Why are there suffering in life?
Ans. Ignorance is the root of all the
sufferings. Insufficient knowledge on
our existence, our profession and our
behavior causes a lot of damage and
which in turn, causes pain in life.
Q: Is the Knowledge only the basis of
all the prosperity, happiness and
growth?
A: Knowledge is always for the
creation. Creation should always be
through dedication. Dedication is for
relieving us of all our incompleteness
and our dependence. So there are four
steps to the life full of happiness...
Creation from Knowledge, Dedication
from Knowledge and empancipaiton
from Knowledge.
Q: What to do so that suffering does
not manifest even for a moment?
A: Until our thoughts and behavior are
appropriate, we could not be happy.
Happiness or prosperity is the result.
The cause of happiness is noble
thoughts, noble behavior and a
character based in Vedic values.
Q: How to avoid defilements?
A: Not for a moment leave a space for
devilish, violent, untruthful,
dissatisfaction, self-centeredness,
indulgences and non-belief. Paropehi
manaspapa kim ashastani shansasi.
And follow the Yam-Niyam, that is live
with the divine thoughts and divinity.
Q: How to change habits? Bad habits
are not overcome and good ones are
not adopted.
A: Whatever we do frequently, it
becomes our habit. We must put in a
lot of efforts to stay away from bad
habits. Even if there is a desire to do
wrong, we should not do that. From
eating habits to the way we speak, we
must stay away from those, which
harm others. Must wake up early,
Practice Yoga, Put-in a lot of efforts,
live happily with others, have
vegetarian meals, have noble thoughts
and one must follow an ideal routine
with a lot of determination.
Q: What is the centre of complete
knowledge? How to take right
decision in social, professional,
personal and spiritual lives?
A: Knowledge of Self, realisation of Self
and self-inspiration are the biggest
centres of Knowledge and Inspiration.
All the time in our lives we have to
make a decision. Before taking any
decision, we contemplate; we seek
suggestions from people but at the end
of the day we have to take decision on
our own. So the biggest knowledge is
about the Self, realization of the Self
and the Biggest Veda is Atmaveda. The
loudest voice and inspiration is that of
Self-Inspiration and the voice of
Atma (soul).

Words can not praise the throne,
Money can not buy my allegiance,
Terrorism, naxalism can not shake me,
Songs of cowardice do not exist here,
My heart will go for soldiers at the border,
With dignity I stand for the honour of the country,
Will walk on the path of thorns,
Will fight till the end, head held high,
Keep blowing off lamps, another one will be lit,
That lamp will withstand even a squall,
Fire in that lamp will trigger a conflagration,
Power of youth in India, will take Worldleadership,
Indian tri-colour is glory, power,
self respect of the country,
This is the life force of Ganga, Himalaya and Hindustan,
Painted in tri-colour this is Hindustan,
For which we were hanged and bloodied,
The same tri-colour is shamed in Kashmir Valley,
This dishonor would not tolerate anymore,
No more treachery in any garb,
The Delhi which can not protect Tri-colour,
Who will stop this division of this country,
Passions will rise among patriots,
Power of youth in India, will take Worldleadership,
Worshipper of a god who jumped over oceans,
Progeny of the one who counted teeth of a lion,
A fraction of Dhadhici, built from Vajra,
Epitome of self-respect of Pratap,
Symbol of sacrifice of Panna, Queen of Jhansi and Hadi,
Carrier of the power of Shiva, dignity of Ravindra,
Determination of Dhruv and Garbhgyan, Abhimanyu,
Splendor of Vivekanand, sacrifice of Govind Singh,
Carrying blood of Ashfaqullah, Bismil, Subhash,
Bhagatsingh, Shekhar,
History to be written on you, pride of Hindustan,
This internal-force will manifest,
Power of youth in India, will take Worldleadership,
History of valor will repeat itself,
Footprints of soldiers will remind us,
Thirsty Kurukshtra exhorting for blood,
Sacrifice is again the call from Haldighati,
Progeny of Rishi Agatya, will gulp down Mahasindhu,
Thrones would shake with revolution,
Wake up and rise youth of Dinakar,
Exterminate the devil and evil,
Bring out a new Sun, from the lows of angst,
Save Hindustan with life at stake,
Sacrifices will begin again,
Power of youth in India, will take Worldleadership,
Now the warzone is another mountain,
Committed to war will be hardcore soldiers,
Shiva will dance again and
Janmejaya will repeat his vow,
Dagger of Parsuram will slaughter again
Devils will tremble fearing
reincarnation of Ram-Krishna,
Kanha will overcome the multi-headed cobra,
Rams arrows will vie for the blood of Ravan,
Hindu-Muslim-Sikh-Isai will recite Vandematram,
Parth will mount arrow on the bow again,
Power of youth in India, will take Worldleadership.

social point of view, it will be clear that if
women will be in a pathetic condition, the
condition of cows will naturally become pathetic
as the cows in a family is fed even before feeding
a kid. It means only women can keep the cows
healthy. If cows will be in a bad shape, the
Brahmins will also be in bad shape. Science and
technology has the same place in the society as
head has in a human body. Pure and vegetarian
meal ensures mental growth and intelligence in
a person. When intellectual people in the society
will be in a bad shape, Vedas (greatest source of
all great knowledge) will remain unprotected
which will make the women in the society feel
unsafe and unprotected. When women will be
unsafe and unprotected, the entire society will
fall in a perilously dangerous condition.
Our society is faced with similar threats. If we
want to ensure safety and security of the country
and the society, it will be required to ensure the
safety and progress of women. Women are true
symbols of love, affection, dedication, devotion
and selfless service. Similarly, cows who are fed
on weeds, dry grass and simple things, deliver
Amrit (greatest source of life) in the form of
milk. This is the very nature of cows. Now it is
high time to relinquish all types of prejudices s
about women and create a world according to
their convenience. When the women in a society
learn to live with dignity, it paves ways for the
prosperity of the whole society. In this condition,
people in the society speak at length
about the need for empowerment of
women. Empowerment means making
something stronger, more able and prosperous.
Womens empowerment means making them
physically, mentally, economically and socially
stronger. Here it is required to note that only
those people can be uplifted from their present
condition, who have capacity to do so. For
instance, how so much you irrigate and nourish
wheat crop, it cannot be turned into a banyan
tree. Women have enormous capacity to grow;
they require to be stimulated for this purpose. If
you want to know about the success story of a
country, you are required to know about the
condition of women in that country. If the
women in a country and a society are happy and
prosperous, it would definitely be a rich place.
This thing has been said by our ancient scholars
who said- Yatra Naryastu Pujyante, Ramante
Tatra Devata (Wherever reverence is paid to a
woman, it is the place of almighty) as the whole
universe is made of nature and the human
beings who utilize this universe have been
brought to this world by women. Present state
of growth and prosperity of human beings has
largely to be attributed to the women power.
Even our country has been named Mother India
or Bharat Mata. India has never been a violence-
loving society. Human society cannot progress
ahead without ensuring empowerment of
women. If we analyze the situation from the

love and mutual respect among people in the
country and the society will grow and an
environment will be created in which everyone
will be happy and prosperous.
Women are free to choose any field like-
corporate world, politics, law and administration
as their career and prove their capabilities.
Changes have definitely taken place in the
society as we compare the present time with the
society which existed hundred years back when
women were not allowed to exercise their
franchise. Today women can be seen running
government offices and corporate houses.
Given the lack of a sense of dignity and self-
respect, some advertising agencies are targeting
them to use them to their advantage. It is
required to stop this trend. Such agencies appear
to be promoting women ahead in building their
career but the fact is quite contrary. It is required
to convey these agencies that how they can dare
to exploit women for their business gains.
Some of the women in the society have confined
themselves in social taboo. They need to
understand that causing embarrassment for
another women by levelling undignified
allegations, it would cause immense health
related hazard due to hormonal imbalance.
Women are required to know their capabilities
and their relationship with the universe. They
own immense sources of knowledge, peace, bliss
and intelligence. They have solution of all
problems associated with them.
One should remember that nearly sixty thousand
ideas appear in our mind and most of them are
similar to each other. We still think the same
way as we did in past and same will be our
thoughts even in future. We can be full of
negativity in our thoughts. We will face the
same the way we will think. We should develop
a sense of self-respect in our character which
will make us enjoy great pleasure in life. Be
grateful to your body, mind and sense organs,
feel that you are protected by almighty.
Give as much love and respect to yourself as you
can, utilize each of the molecules of you body
for your wellbeing, always think positive, you
must believe that everything available in this
world is the best, prosperity accompanies me,
wherever I go, I am strong and healthy, I am
always safe and protected owing to the blessings
of almighty, I offer love and my best cooperation
to every man and woman who join me. I am

world as a woman and I have got everything in
my life. I dont need to feel afraid of anybody. I
am mystic and magnificent expression of life. I
am enjoying every second of life. There is an old
adage that women are the very foundation of
human life. Now the time has come to realize it.
But many times we tend to fill ourselves with
hatred when it comes to think about men. We
tend to believe that womens growth has been
impeded by men. But this is not the fact. Nobody
can stop women from attaining prosperity. By
shunning such false notion, women should
preserve their best qualities and share them
with others. Women should always think
positive.
Most of the women think that they are
surrounded with many problems but all of them
will be confined under four qualities- Love, good
health, prosperity and self expression. Love is
greatest among them. When we love ourselves,
we dont require to seek love from others. We
the women are full of love and we have always
been disseminating it with others. In short we
can say that today we have much better
opportunities to grow in life which we never
had in past. Womens prosperity will lead to the
prosperity of men.
In short we can say that Indian women are full
of best qualities which are required to be
preserved.
You have all best qualities like strength,
dynamism, liveliness, etc. Let the world to know
about your qualities, the country and the world
are waiting to know about you.
The glory of mother India has been preserved by
women,
O great women, whole India is proud of
you

any people sacrificed their lives during
freedom struggle and Kanaklata Barua
was one such women freedom fighter from
Assam whose name is counted among most
glorious persons who fought for the
independence of India and gave supreme
sacrifice. She was born to a middle class
peasant family of Bardabari village of
Shonitpur district of the state. Her father was
Krishnakant Barua and mother was
Kanakeshwari Barua. Kanaklata had dreamt to
see India as an independent country and
joined freedom struggle led by Mahatma
Gandhi.
It happened in 1942. Freedom fighters of
Assam had decided to hoist National Tricolour
at every police station of the state and slogans
would be raised to tell the British rulers to
leave India. In a crowd of eight thousand men
and women in Shonitpur, Kanaklata holding
national flag and shouting slogans like Bharat
Mata Ki Jai, Mahatma Gandhi ki jai, Vande
Matram, 18-year-old Kanaklata arrived at
Gahpur police station. On the other hand, the
armed police personnel were ready to take on
the protesters.

When Kanaklata moved ahead, she was faced
with showering of bullets after which fell
down and lost her life. Her mortal body
vanished but we will always cherish her
memory and sacrifices.

here is no definite shape of soul. It neither
has woman factor has it man factor. He
further explained that the shape of an individual
at the time of birth depends upon deeds. If a
womans deeds in her life happen to be like a man,
she will be born as a masculine in her next birth
and vice versa. The conscience is the same. Gender
difference is decided on the basis of an individuals
feelings.
Therefore, it is wrong to talk about a particular
power in the society. If a society accepts the
essence of man fact, it will also accept the essence
of woman factor. An individual who accepts only
a particular power and denies the other is
senseless.
Now Vasanti Navratra is approaching when
Goddess Durga will be worshiped all around. In
Sharadiya Navratra, idols of Ma Durga are
worshiped all around. It is written in Atharva Ved-
Shri Devi Atharvashirsham (Shri
Devyatharvasheersham). Mahadevi tells deities, I
am Brahaswarupini. The existence of Prakriti-
Purush (Man-Nature) depends on me. I am essence
of both the masculine and feminine. Zero and
non-zero both exists in me. Then all deities
worship her. They say, Devi (Goddess) is
Mahadevi, essence of power. O mother, you bless
us, always protect us. Saints further explain,
The Goddess is Ashta Vasu, Ekadash Rudra,
Dwadash Aditya, she is Vishwadeva. She is never
born, she is one, she is everything. Moreover, she
has infinite forms, she is Vishwaroop she is a ship,
she is infinite.
Similarly she is the origin of both the Matrishakti
and Pitrishakti. She is everything, she is
everywhere, she enlightens everyone and
everything. She illuminates everything, this is
Indian philosophy.
But today, this concept is fact vanishing in the
Indian society. Indias educational system and the
means of communication are being controlled by
atheist and anti-Veda forces. Exhausted Britain
after Second World War conspired. Subhash
Chandra Bose was heading a government of India
from Germany. The whole nation was simmering
due to trial of the officers of Indian National
Army. British government believed that no force
in India was to come to the rescue of the empire as
it had happened in 1857 when Indian princely
states had stood by the British government to
protect it from demise. This view was caused by
the Indian armys disenchantment from the
British government. British nationals living in
India that time were immensely scared and were
concerned about their safety. Finally they left
India at an appropriate time. Pandit Jawaharlal
Nehru, who failed to get endorsement of any state
Congress Committee, was appointed as the
successor of British government. He was an atheist
and this way the baton of power in India passed to
an atheist.
Nehru suppressed and undermined following
powers:
I. Armed forces
II. Indian civilization and Culture

their vested interests and resorted to character
assassination and plotting against the women.
Such records were presented in the British
Parliament during trial of Warren Heisting.
Maharani Lakshmibai was not the lone women
soldier of 1857 war. There were hundreds of such
queens and under whom there were thousands of
other women soldiers. But such facts were
suppressed.
Dharmpal in his book- The Beautiful Tree- and
Sundarlalji in his book- Bharat Mein Angrajee Raj
have presented evidences from British sources
that even those days, girls and women were
getting proper education. Teachers of all castes
and communities were teaching the students of
all castes and communities. Even Gandhiji had
mentioned such facts in his publication- Young

VI. Indian Sanskar
VII. History of India
First he promoted falsehood in Indian education
system. False history was created. He continued
with the same laws which were used to suppress
the people of India during British rule and
promoted Christianity. Cultural perversion was
also promoted and false stories were created.
Character of women was defamed in the society
by calling them source of all evils. Women were
deemed as the symbol of sex who distract men.
English lacks respectable adjectives for women
like- She is beautiful, intelligent, she is best friend,
she is source of love and affection, she is source of
all happiness, she is best adviser etc. Similarly,
such respectable words are absent in so called
modern Indian films and dramas. Though she is
depicted in the films as the mother who nourishes
her kids, but this is basically influenced by
Christianity.
Such ideas were developed by medial era Churches
which was rejected by enlightened and conscious
Europeans who expressed their protest to such
believes in the form of movements, demonstrations
and galvanizing the people through mass
movements. This was greatly done in the later
half of 20th century. But in the same period in
India, perverted thoughts of Christianity was
promoted after 1947 through films. Facts about
Indian culture were pushed to the brink. Glorious
history of India was suppressed.
India has the glorious history of brave women
from Maharani Kaikei to Maharani Lakshmibai.
Even in the 18th Century, there were hundreds of
such queens in Bengal who were defamed as
feudal leaders by the British government. One
such queen was Rani Rasmani who had paid great
reverence to Swami Ramkrishna Paramhans.
Perverted British youths like Robert Clive and
others found them an obstacle in the fulfilment of

India. But pro-British rulers kept such facts secret.
If we know the real fact about India, we will be
filled with immense hatred about those
propagandas which were spread about our culture
and civilization. Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati
had vehemently spoke in favour of womens
education, their Yagyopavit and Vedadhyayan.
Nobody could prove him wrong. Over four crore
women in India are studying Vedas under the
influence of Arya Samaj. There are hundreds of
women in Patanjali Yogpeeth who have learnt
Ashtadhyayee by heart.
Indian women are doing excellent jobs after
joining army, police department and
administration. They are also earning a lot of
pride and applause as the entrepreneurs and
artists they have joined over five hundred
movements like Art of Living of Sri Sri
Ravishankarji. Over 50 lakh women are associated
with Patanjali Yogpeeth and Bharat Swabhimaan
movement.
But perverted minded a few thousand rulers and
youths are being defined as the representatives of
India by media and other sources. Such people are
real enemies of India, Indians and women of this
country.
The way it is necessary to punish rapists, corrupt
and atrocious people, similarly, it is also required
to pronounce sever punishment for the forces
which are inimical to India. They are anti-national
forces as they are indulged in defaming the image
of the country. Honourable Parliamentarians of
this country should decide at the earliest about
the punishment for anti-national activities. This is
their responsibility. Indian women even today
have immense power and potential. They enjoy
safety and security which has been guaranteed by
their fathers, brothers and sons. Any decent and
right thinking woman will be grateful to the men
in the society. She will be grateful to their glorious
culture. Those who lack this are indecent. The
women who have joined false propaganda and are
found to be making false statements are a blot on
the culture. They are being perverted and
encouraged by atheist forces.
There has to be a strong constitution to stop sin in
the society. All forms of sins should be declared as
a punishable offence. Defaming Indian culture and
tradition is a sin. Declaring the perverted and
wicked people as the true representative of India
is also a sin. Sin has to be made punishable.
All enlightened families have got a responsibility
to make their daughters strong, healthy, cultured
and well-educated. They are doing it already. It is
also required to train the girls and women so that
they could protect themselves. But the motive of
all such trainings and education has to be clear.
The purpose has to be the progress of the nation
and glory of culture. Nobody can succeed in life
without support from the society. Only then, the
society can prosper and the institutions can play a
meaningful role. Educational institutions,
government, religious organizations and
institutions can only then play a meaning role in
the growth of the society.
Even marriages can be meaningful when their

purposes are somehow associated with the nation.
In Vedic marriage system, 12 sacrifices are made
in the name of the nation, 13 are Jaya sacrifices
and 13 are Abhyatan. Prayers are performed by
Rashtrabhritya Ahuties seeking progress of nation
and its people in all fields of life. Jaya sacrifice is
also for the bravery of the people of the country
and victory. Abhyutan is for growth in life. Vedic
method of marriage has a significance in terms of
the country and the society. Marriage becomes a
rich part of social and national life in which two
persons enter into family life after selecting able
life partners. This is not a means to provide sexual
satisfaction. It has been said in Grih Sutra that
after the marriage, husband and wife have to
avoid copulation for three or six nights after
which they are allowed to have sex. Self-restrain
is necessary for developing a good relationship
between the life partners after marriage.
Present rulers of the country have made the
people of this country sensuality oriented,
arrogant and materialistic and consumerism
oriented. For this purpose, they are weakening
age old strong culture and traditions. For this
reason, they are spreading false rumours about
India and its society. They are trying to destroy
family institution of the country and promoting
individualism in the society.
If such rumours are rampant all around, then
every learned and unlearned woman would view
each of the men as a demon. Propaganda is
immensely powerful thing. Once in Europe, similar
propaganda was spread against women by Church
and men started fearing from women. A clergyman
Jacob Springier published a book in which he
talked about how to punishing women. The book
reflected immense anger among Christian men
against women. Many replica of this book were
published at later stage. Famous Christian writer
Keren Armstrong wrote a book titled- The Gospel
according to Women. The book has talked about
hatred propagated by Church among Christian
men against women. Similar things are being
done by atheist rulers against Indian women.
Given this, married women will be able to sue
their male relatives by falsely charging them for
voyeurism. This will definitely promote hatred
and anger among men against women. This will
destroy the family and the society.
This situation will turn the lives of women in the
society like a hell. Immense problems were faced
by women in European society due to such
propaganda. But more importantly, it will be
better not to indulge in such nasty things.
Criminals and ill-mentality people are exceptions
in the society. It is necessary to give them severe
punishment. But due to such persons, defaming
the whole society is nothing but a crime. Stringent
punishment is also required for this too.
As far as power is concerned, worshiping power
will enhance power among us. Enlightenment,
bravery, great feelings, best Sanskar, best conduct
are the ingredients which make us great. Such
qualities are essential for both the male and
female.

any questions are being
raised on the role of
women in Indian society now-a-
days. But in our tradition, it has
been said- Yatra Naryastu
Pujyante, Ramante Tatra Devta. It
means, where a women is
worshiped, it is the place of
almighty. If we view according to
Islamic traditions, the last prophet
of Allah, Hazrat Mohammad has
said, Heaven lies in the feet of
mother.
How it is strange that in one hand
a woman is worshiped as a mother,
as a sister she illuminates a family,
bears all the family responsibilities
as a wife and spreads happiness in
every family as a daughter. The
same women are subjected to
atrocities and violence by men
which reflects nothing but the
duplicity of male. If men, who are
stronger than women physically
and economically, are denying to
give due rights to women, then
definitely it is high time to change
this mentality of the men. Women
too have to change their role from
subservient to playing equally
important role in the development
of the society.
We cannot deny the importance of
women in the society. Their
contribution to the society can
also not be denied. The society
cannot prosper in which women
are denied freedom and are forced
to be subservient. The whole world
is moving ahead. Whole world is
changing but there is hardly any
change in the mentality of men
towards women in the society.
Growing atrocities and violence
against women in the society
reflects that we are still bearing
mediaeval mentality even in the
modern world. We are required to
change our mentality towards
women that they are not inferior
to us. Women have served on the
top constitutional posts of the
country and given the fast changes
taking place in the world such
things are bound to grow. Even
the women who are living as
housewives and feeding whole
family are unable to enjoy freedom.
Their contribution in the mission
of nation building is no way less
than that of their earning male
counterparts. We are required to
appreciate the efforts and the
contributions of the men. Indian
society believes in equality
whereas western society believes
in consumerism.

She displayed immense
aptitude in handling the
administration of her
kingdom. In 1857 revolution,
she fought against the British
and defeated them on many
occasions. She earned great
popularity by undertaking
welfare schemes among poor
and deprived people of her
kingdom. Her kingdom was
spread in an area of four
thousand square mile. British
officers viewed her as an
obstacle in their ways. They
attacked the Mandala
kingdom under a conspiracy.
After a prolonged battle,
Maharani not only defeated
the British forces but also
captured their top
commander and his eight
years old son. Though, she
later freed them with
dignity. This symbolized the
immense compassion in the
heart of Indian women.
When British forces attacked
again, Maharani sacrificed
her life on March 20, 1858.
She set a great example of
bravery, sacrifice and
patriotism which will
continue to inspire the
people of the country for
coming generations. To
recognize her bravery and
sacrifice, the government of
India issued Rs 2 postal
stamp. But she still deserves
much greater respect from
Centre and state
governments.

disastrous impact on culture. There is nothing
wrong in changes which take place in course of
time. But, it is really hazardous if we forget our
glorious past and blindly run for changes. Such
changes will be of no use.
It has been said in Rig Veda- Welcome the sun rays
in the morning. The bright and enlightened lady
should be holding Ved Mantra, Knowledge in eyes,
greatest scholars of the world have to be her
priests, Sun and light be freely lying on the bed of
freedom. Freedom of men and women,
complementariness, and no law could attain the
height which has been attained by India. Indian
women should create such a Hindu society which
would have great respect for women. Maitrai and
Gargi kind of women were born in this country.
Spiritual ladies like Meerabai, Jaanbai and Ratnawali
kind of women were born here. The responsibility
to preserve the cultural glory lies on women.
Swami Vivekananda asks- Which is more
important- the decency in a woman or lives of
thousands of people? Who are necessary for the
preserving religion of India- Sons or daughter?
Replying to these queries, he says- Decency is
more important than thousands of lives and decent
daughters are more important than thousands of
crores of sons.

A lot of efforts and intrigues are being made to

change the maternal power of this country to
westernize them. But when the women of our
country would be familiar with our vast cultural
treasure and greatness of our traditions, she would
not be seen as a commodity but she would be
viewed and revered as mothers and sisters.
We remember our past so that we could understand
that respecting and revering women has been an
inseparable part of our culture since beginning. It
is high time to make the women understand their
dignity and decency and not to join blind race for
prosperity by taking to necked advertisements.
Wearing western garments is indecent for Indian
women. Wearing decency and Satitva is dignified
for Indian women. Our women are being misled by
western culture and Miss World and Miss Universe
are such beauty competitions to carry our women
on wrong path. Todays women who have such a
deep knowledge about fashion and beauty are
strangely unaware of their own culture and ethos.
Fashion, beauty contests, influence of vulgar
clothing and entertaining ambitions like men are
suitable for those countries which are no way
concerned about their cultural glory. Women are
root of any culture and civilization. When the
womanhood will be destroyed, it will have

Symptoms of aggressive air
When the air is aggressive in a body, it is known with these symptoms- roughness,
acrimony in limbs, clenching, feeling pain like somebody is pricking with a needle,
flaccidity in joints (slackness in the joints of bones), joint deposition (sliding of a bone),
fracture of a bone, hardness, disability in the function of the limbs, shivering in limbs,
numbness in limbs in an unnatural way, coldness, weakness, constipation, colic pain
(intense pain in nails, change of the color of the teeth and skin, the taste of the mouth
styptic or tastelessness.
The fundamental place of the air is Pakwashay (Duodenum). When The basic part of the
food reaches the stomach, the air is generated. Generally that air is aggravated. That
aggravated air is to be treated by providing the proper supplements. We have to treat
the accurate causes for the aggravation. When we avoid non-regimen and use proper
medication, the air is pacified and would be cool. Apart from this, the properties of the
air can be treated through the virechana. For this, the following ideas can be put
into practice.
1. Take Oil or the ingredients containing oil likewise Ghee, oil, fats and pulp. Bathe and
give Basti or enima.
2. Diaphoresis or formentation (heat bath and bath, using the medicated decoctions
which eradicate the air and sitting under the Avagahana Kadha) and to make sweat
profusely using other ingredients.
3. Mridu Virechan, the easy excretion or letting out the waste material easily by using
different types of ingredients, by preparing the hot and sweat, sour and salty juices.
4. Tie pultis on the limbs where it is necessary, and padaghat, or pressurize it through
the blows with the feet, which scatters the airy substances, make the patient errhine
(should be poured in nose to make it inhale), rouge rub (cleaning), bathing,
conduction (press with hand) and make massage.
5. Letting the continuous flow of the medicated fluid preparations.
6. Make the patient drink the beverage which is prepared with these medicines.
7. Pachak, Deepak (which increases the pachakagni), pacifier of uttejak (Stimalant)
vayu, and using the ingredients like ghee, oil etc. oily substances which are prepared
with the virechak (that let out the excretion) medicines. For example, eating,
drinking and massaging.
8. Eating wheat and jiggery while taking food.
9. Snigdha and Ushna medicinal preparation for applying different kinds of enemas.
10. Mental treatment in accordance with disease and situation. Likewise- Terrorise the
patient, sudden astonishment, to make him forget (in the case if the patient is unable
to forget any special incident).
In Snigdha substances, oil is the best ingredient, for the pacification of air. Sesame oil and
mutton for nonvegitarians, meat soup and fatty meat, Anuvasana basti (one type of enema)
is more beneficial. As it is said earlier, the original place of the fundamental place of the
air is Pakwashay (large intestine). Hence to pacify it, there are two methods namely, niruha
and Anuvasana basti . Because enema can easily enters into the intestines and let out the
contaminated material soon, which uproot the problem to its roots.

on water resources of the country for their business
gains.
No doubt, the problem of water scarcity is making
of human beings itself. Now it is a need of hour to
maintain a balance between use of natural water
and its conservation. It is required to frame such
an eternal water policy which could fulfil the need
not only of todays generation but also of the
coming generations. It is also required to fix the
responsibilities of the users of natural water as
well as social and government institutions.
Water is essential for the future of life on this
planet. There is an unbreakable relationship
between water-world and living beings. Five
elements like- earth, sky, air, fire and water created
this world 460 crore years back. Himalaya came in
existence 10 lakh years back. This mountain is the
origin of Sindhu and Saraswati rivers. Vedic
civilization evolved on the banks of these rivers
5000 years back. Unfortunately, Saraswati river
has now vanished. Many countries are seriously
contemplating on the issues like environment
hazards and water scarcity by organizing World
Water Day/Environment Day, Clean Water Year,
Water Resource Day, etc.
Gangotri glacier is reducing at an alarming rate of
30 meter per year due to global warming. This is
posing serious threat to the existence of river
Ganges. This has been reflected in the report of
Prof Saeed Hasnain, JNU, New Delhi, International
Commission on Snow and Ice, Swedish Report,
1999. Similarly, it is also feared that melting of
I
mportance of availability and conservation
of water has always been admitted in India
since ancient time. There have been many verses
created in Vedas, Mythological scriptures and
couplets of poets in the praises of water. Greenery
of India is rarest of rare i,n the world. Most of rainy
regions lie in the eastern part of India whereas
most of western part lacks rain water. Nature has
endowed immense treasure in the form of rain
water. Given this, many countries of the world
including India are
concerned about their future
given the declining quantity
of rain water. Urbanization,
population explosion,
industrialization and need of
water for agriculture has
increased the demand of
clean and usable water. On
the contrary, the gap
between demand and supply
is widening by the day. If an
effective solution to these
problems are not found, then
it is quite possible that next world war will be
fought for water. River water distribution among
states has emerged as a most contentious issue and
multi-national companies are trying to have hold

Himalaya ice due to global warming may cause
disastrous situation in the form of flood in plain
areas. It is a fact that sweet water is provided in the
form of rainy water. Its availability and distribution
varies from place to place. We use this water for
8650 hours which is in fact collected in just 100
hours. Environmental degradation in the form of
destruction of forests and tress and greenery is
causing situation of draught in most parts of the
country. On the other hand, it is also causing soil
erosion which is a prime reason of devastating
flood. River pollution is rising due to discharge of
sewage water and chemical water directly in the
rivers. This is a matter of serious concern which is
needed to be dealt with serious attention.
Underground water pollution is well known to all.
Even Parliamentarians and the High Court too
have expressed concern on it. Meat procession
industry and chemical discharge in the water are
causing serious concern to the environment.
Most of the big states like Gujarat, Rajasthan,
Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and
Delhi are facing serious paucity of water. Rising
population and growing pressure on natural
resources have reached at an alarming level. We
need to protect water resources from pollution by
replacing chemical fertilizers with organic
fertilizers. Water resource is very important for a
country like India which has agriculture based
economy. 83 percent of total available water is
used for irrigation. Only one third part of million
hectare of agricultural land is irrigated by available
water resource and rest depends upon rain water.
Drought destroy crops of 510 lakh hectare of land
whereas the same is destroyed in 400 lakh hectare
of land due to flood. Thirty to 50 percent of water
used for irrigation goes waste. This causes flood
and draught together. There is a need for a policy
on water management to find the solution of the
problem. For example- Israel has attained
prosperity in the field of agricultural development
by making best water management policy, though,
it receives only 100 mm water on an average. It is
also required for the people of India to learn best
utilization of water with proper management skill.
Mass awareness is also a need of the hour in this
regard so that India could attain as greater results
in the field of agriculture as Israel has attained.
Water shade management can be adopted for the
best utilization of available water. Such methods
would not only enhance agro production but it will
also be greatly helpful in saving water resources. It
is necessary to apply age old and modern methods
of water harvesting at war footing.

he main reason behind the black circles
below the eyes is stomach related problems,
weak liver, unbalanced diet, mental tension, more
worries and lack of blood. If a person pays special
attention to these reasons particularly and apply
the following domestic experiments, the blackness
would fade-away slowly.

l Soon after waking-up in the morning, take
mouthful of water and close the eyes. Now spray
cold water 25-30 times on eyes and entire face
thereafter. Take water in palms and make light
strokes on eyes and cheeks. This practice gives
coolness to the eyes. Laziness fades away with
renewed energy. It also enhances eye-sight.
l Apply milk cream regularly on the black circles.
Cut raw and uncooked potato and place on the
eyes after closing it for sometime and lie down.
Keep the potato piece in the manner that it
touches the black circle. Wash it after 20-25
minutes.
l For the beauty of eye-brows, apply olive oil on
it. Also rub ice on it on occasions. When you
have free time, take fur towels, wet it in mild
warm water, squeeze it and then put it on both
the eyebrows. This experiment keeps eye brows
soft and shining black.
l Rub pieces of cucumber on the black circles.
Take carrot, mix its fine pieces to the cucumber
juice. Apply the mix on the black circles for at
least 15-20 minutes regularly. It is very beneficial.

working for long with the eyes, if you feel
heaviness in the head, consult your
ophthalmologist.
l Dont stare any glittering object kept at a longer
distance. When you feel sleepy, with heaviness
in the eyes, it is not advisable to wake-up.
l Sleeping after sun-rise, in day time and waking-
up late in night also stress eyes and slowly it
looses its shining.
l Save eyes from sharp light and dust.
l While sleeping, use domestic-prepared collyrium
(kajal). In the morning, clean it with wet cloth.
l Before sprinkling water drops on the face, fill
the mouth with water. Avoid using acerbic, salty
and red-chilly products. Dont suppress pressure
of bodily demands. Weeping for longer period
and travelling on high-paced open vehicles also

pieces of copra, coconut. Afterwards take a little
fennel seed (sauf) and munch it for little longer
duration. Repeat the process, empty stomach for
2-3 months. It not only enhances eye-sight but
also make the body healthy and strong.
l After meals, take 50-100 grams of finely cut
cabbage and munch it well. For taste, sprinkle
black pepper or black salt on it. The cabbage has
carotene, which generates vitamin A in the
body. Vitamin A is very useful for healthy eye.
Hence eating cabbage increases eye-sight.
l Before sun-rise, go for morning walk regularly
after routine tasks too is advantageous for eyes.
During sun-rise, walk 15-20 minutes bare foot on
green grass regularly. The dew gives freshness
to the eyes. It also reduces the additional heat of
the body. This treatment not only gives benefit
to the eyes but is also advantageous to the body.
l Grind but not finely, 250 grams of fennel seed
(sauf), almonds, dipped in water for a few hours
and chopped finely, 100 grams and finely grinded
coconut around 50 grams and sugar candy, half-
a- kg. Mix all the components and after one hour
of the dinner, take 50 grams of it and munch
finely in the mouth. Repeat the exercise for 60
days. It is advantageous for eye sight.
l Drop a little of honey in eyes, in morning and
evening. It enhances eye-sight and eyes look
beautiful.
l In the evening keep 10 grams of `trifla` in an
earthen pot and cover it. In the morning, filter it
with cloths. Wash eyes with the filtered water.
After washing eyes, lay down, keep stripe,
dipped in cold water on the eyes for around 5-10
minutes. It enhances eye-sight.
l Regularly take edibles, rich in vitamin A. They
include cabbage, carrot, papaya, ripe red tomato,
milk, cream, butter, potato, orange, peas, mango,
banana, date, soyabeen and coriander. The
problem of night blindness is due to lack of
vitamins A and B. Due to dust, smoke, more time
spending in bright light regularly are also the
reasons behind night-blindness. In this disease,
a person is unable to see in the darkness of night
but in day, his vision becomes normal. With the
dawn of sun, the visibility decreases and in
night, he is unable to see anything.

l Juice of white onion 10 ml and pure honey 10 ml,
both mixed and then put two-two drops in the
eyes which are beneficial in night blindness
disease.
l Apply basil juice in eyes, with the help of soft
stick.
l Drop pomegranate juice in the eyes, which is
very beneficial in night blindness.
l Crush panicum (fresh grass) and drop the juice
in eyes.
l Grind green coriander and drop its juice
regularly in the eyes, which gives benefit.
l Eat amaranth green (chaulai), without salt and
chilly after meals. It gives relief in three-four
days.
l Drink three-four spoon-full of `bathua` juice
regularly and put two-three drops in eyes, which
gives instant relief in night blindness.
l Take two spoon-full of `trifla` daily at the time
of going to bed. Filter trifla powder with water
and wash eyes with the water.
l Take four raisin (munakka), with black pepper
regularly.
l Mix vinegar with honey and take in morning
and evening, which gives benefit in night
blindness disease.
l Mix a little of terminalia chebula (harada) in
water and keep it for entire night. In morning,
filter it and wash the eyes.
l Mix extracted juice of fresh cucumber with
`gulab jal` and pour drops in eyes, which gives
benefit in the disease.
l The patient should keep away from fast and
intense light, dust, smoke and air pollution. He
should not try to read books and newspapers,
with small font size or letters. The patient
should use sun glasses in daytime. Abstinence is
better than treatment. With treatment, also
apply abstinence and whatever treatment,
mentions above is comfortable to you, use it.

ow a life is affected due to
meals? When, why and how
much meals has to be taken and
where meal has not to be accepted
are many questions that many of
us do not bother about. The source
of meal shall be pure, non-violent
and morale but such issues are
never discussed. Night meals would
not add much to the health despite
being much nutritious. The meal
taken is divided into three parts. A
portion of it converts in stool.
Another portion helps
strengthening body and a portion
helps building soul (mana).
Therefore, a saying is very famous
in our area jaisa khaye anna, vaisa
hoye man`. You could fulfill your
hunger with food but the soul
would be impacted with the
feelings and sentiments included
in the meals. The feelings and
sentiments of the people, who
prepare food and serve it, also cast
impact of its sentiments on the
food. A person, who takes tamasic
(heavy) food has similar character.
He lives for the sake of body and
the objective is taste and stomach-
full meals. The people liking rajsic
(stimulating) food are over-
ambitious. It makes mind and soul
scatterbrained. But sattvic (high
prana) food is balanced and the
best of all.
For each individual, the objective of taking meal is different. A
cattle eats to fill stomach, an idiot eats for taste, an intelligent
eats for strength and health and a saint eats for meditation.

between 7 pm to 11 pm as the digestion system remains
inactive due to supply of least `prana` energy to the stomach
and pancreas.
Another important point is avoiding breakfast or high tea as it
reduces the full digestive capacity of the stomach. If any meal
is being taken in between, the stomach becomes less active in
digestion. The best digestion time for the meal is morning in
comparison to any other time as a human being normally
remains calm, tension free and other problems of the life.
Thus, the meal timings could be kept regular in morning
hours. The meal taken this time digests well and it works like
ambrosia. Particularly, the disease of diabetes, which is
considered as incurable could be checked after maintaining
punctuality in meal in-take. Therefore, a saying is famous `eat
for yourself in morning, offer meals to others in afternoon and
offer meals to enemies in night`.

With the use of chemical fertilizers and insecticides, grains

in `salad` could be harmful. `Salad` disintegrated fast as
compared to cooked food. And thirdly, raw food generates
excitation.
Meal should be pure - In various items, used to prepare food,
are mixed with chemical ingredients, which are harmful to
the health. The examples are white sugar, white `gur` vanaspati
ghee refined oil and the prepared food in the open market,
like pickles, `chutney`, confection, jam, jelly, sauces and other
such items shall never be used. The meal, which is not tamsic
(heavy) or rajsic (stimulating), does not produce disorder and
arrogance, has analeptic elements is the best. Also the source
of income shall be ethical with pure sentiments of the person,
preparing the food.

1) Meal should be taken according to the nature of the
weather and own nature and a little less than actual
hunger. The decision of it should be taken on the basis of
self- conscience, availability of edibles and own hunger.
2) Meal shall be taken in a tension-free atmosphere, slowly
and munch well so that it gels well with saliva.
3) Avoid taking meals, while moving or standing.
4) Dont drink water soon after meals.
5) Maintain calmness and concentration during meals.
6) Dont eat repeatedly, many times in the day due to which,
the digestion system does not gets activated while taking
full-meals, which results into partial hunger. We have a
famous saying , one who eats once is a seer, who eats two
times is voluptuous (bhogi) and one who eats three times

he modern science in 1841, after hectic
efforts of the scientist Hebra recognized
psoriasis as an independent disease. Though,
`Charak Sanhita`,
written many years ago
has found the mention
of psoriasis The disease
could attack person of
any age group
irrespective of the sex.
Though, in our country,
women are more
affected as compared to
men. It is not contagious
disease and also it is not
deadly disease, which
could severely malfunction any of the important
part of the body but it destroys the beauty of a
human being. If the disease does not assume
serious shape, a person could easily live with it.
!|- |-+aa a| a||+|
The scientists have different versions for psoriasis.
Several evidences also prove that psoriasis is a
hereditary disease. The disease could attack any
person, even if his parents do not have the disease
but five to six generations earlier any of the
member had the disease. Though, the disease is
more attacked from the paternal side but even if
maternal side had earlier suffered the disease, the
probability of the disease attacking the descendents
after many years exists. If either of the parent has
the disease, the chances of the disease attacking
the children is 25 percent. If both mother and
father are affected then the chances grow up to
75%. After many experiments and tests, it has been
established that the basic reason for the problem is
hereditary but even otherwise, the disease could
capture any individual, if it gets appropriate
atmosphere and opportunity.
Other reasons, which could cause psoriasis include
utmost sensitive skin, weakness of nervous system,
deformation of glands, problem in digestion
system, irregular life, mental weakness, concerns,
worries or allergy. These reasons alone or
collectively could cause the disease. Many other
diseases could also bring existence of psoriasis.
But despite all studies, the scientists have not been
able to be unanimous on the reasons of psoriasis

First deep red or deep brown granules appear on
the body, having transparent white layer. Many
times the bulge could be of pin-head shape. It
begins from elbow, calf, waist and on the backward
skin near the ear. Then it expands, depending on
the situation. Later the freckles expand and cover
larger area. Many times, it assumes very serious
dimension and spread all over the body. It may
also happen that the problems remains only for
names sake and do not disturb the patient in the
entire life. On occasions, the patient even does not
realize the problem. Sometime, it appears and then
disappears. For many patients, the problem begins
from head though the patient dismisses it saying as
dandruffs. But soon it crosses hair-line and reaches
to forehead and then the patient realize the actual
problem and get proper treatment. The life of skin
cells in our body is 28-30 days and in the period,
the old cells die and new cells take their place. The
system continues unabated and we do not even
know about it. It is totally like computerized. But
when snag develops in the natures computer,

half-prepared cell start generating, which cause
freckles. To keep it alive, the body continues blood
supply. This blood colored freckle is psoriasis. The
blood circulation stops to the cells, which die and a
silver type layer is formed. This situation in the
`sanhita` has been described as `shvetaruno`.
These freckles are circular in shape. In Ayurveda,
`Mandlam-Parimandalam` has described the same
disease, which is known as psoriasis in. With the
blood circulation, the freckle appears red and
when cells die and there is no formation of new
cells, it turns into white scab. There is no part in
the body, which could not be affected from
psoriasis. Hand, legs, in the rear portion of ear,
even inside eardrum, nails, stomach, head, face,
reproductive organs, tongue and preciously, there
is no body part, which could be not be affected due
to psoriasis. Itching is, though, not a symptom of
psoriasis but itching in this disease is very painful.
Due to itching, the problem of psoriasis increases.
The itching is due to allergy. Depression, worries,
concerns could also increase itching in the body.
Hence, the first step has to be taken to treat
itching. After itching ends, a person could get rid
of psoriasis. Ortho-rite is close to psoriasis. When
it becomes five to seven years older, it turns into
joint pain. It is very painful. Till psoriasis is not
treated properly, this pain exists. When psoriasis is
treated and the problem is solved, the problem of
ortho-rite is solved automatically.

The patient first-of-all goes to Allopathic doctor.
He treats the patient for longer period and then
says sorry, there is no treatment of this disease.
Then he goes for Homeopathy treatment and later,
finding no way out, he goes in depression and
finally tries to find treatment in Ayurveda
medicinal branch and succeed ultimately. In the
old books of Ayurveda, the treatment of psoriasis is
mentioned very clearly. Psoriasis is more a mental
disease and it is well-known fact that the mental
situation of the patient casts effect on the
treatment. If a patient is firm to get cured, he
would be soon turning healthy as the firm belief
adds to the strength of the treatment. Due to high
morale the endocrine system releases hormones in
the blood which helps in being treated properly.
In the treatment of psoriasis, the sun rays play
very important role. `Arogyam Bhaskaraditchede`,
means the sun- bath under the morning sun rays is
very beneficial but remember, never take sun bath
after 11 am. The places, where the facility of sun
bath is not available, the ultra-violet rays could be
prepared with the electricity power and later used
for the equipments related to sun bath. If the
patient keeps little patience and takes only the
permissible items, the disease could be treated
well.

papaya, date and almonds are permissible. The
vegetables like carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin,
cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, bottle gourd,
fenugreek seed and other vegetables are beneficial.
In salad, spinach, cabbage and carrot could be

be used particularly red-colored rice. Coffee, tea,

has preservative color or odor should not be used.
Water melon is also permitted. The seeds of water

have appeared here. Due to you, who prayed for
years, you have seen my original appearance.
Whoever looks at me in original appearance, is
due to his good works and for the persons with no
good work in their credit in the society, it is
impossible.
After saying this, he turned into a little child and
started weeping. On the navami of Shukla
paksha in Chaitra month, in
`punarvasu nakshatra` in
Capricorn lagna, when five
planets were on high place
and the sun in aries,
preciously is the time in the
afternoon, Lord Rama took
incarnation.
Lords always appear
themselves and thus called
`swayambhu` (self-styled).
Bright light is his
recognition and thus, he is a
house of light and an infinite
personality, with no ending. He
is beyond the limits of the nation
and any of the objects on the earth.
No power could enlighten him as he
himself enlightens.
Lord took incarnation as Shri Ram and enacted
various episodes and activities to establish the
character of a model human being and hence, he
was called as Maryada Purothottam. Maharshi
Valmiki said that Ram is synonymous to the true
religion, personality, at the top of the human
being and his strength is truth. . Thus, Maharshi
Valmiki has said `Ramavigrahavan dharma, satya
parakrama`. On the ninth date of Chaitra Navratra,
we shall remember the model character of Lord
and follow him so that the dream of Ram rajya
could be realized. The birth of Lord Rama was for
the establishment of the `maryada`.

G
od has said in Bhagwat Gita that whenever
sin reach at the peak in the world, I
would take the incarnation. In Mahabharat, it is
clearly said that `Dharam sarakshana dharma
stapnaya cha, testervesha rupeshaya trishu
lokeshu bhargava (Mahabharata).
Means to safeguard the religion,
I take incarnation in different
forms and places and behave
in the appropriate manner.
The incarnation of the
almighty is mysterious
and mighty. His birth or
incarnation is unlike
any other normal
human being. Normally,
the birth of Lord Shri
Ram was like any other
human being but it was his
incarnation. It is clearly said
in Adhyatma Ramayan that
when Lord Shri Ram appeared in
Chaturbhuj Lord Vishnu, Mata
Kaushalya prayed him, saying `Kije shishu lila ati
priya shila ----`. Oh my Lord, I welcome you with
folded hands. You are the lord, who is infinite
and a complete `Puroshottam` in itself. Hey
Vishvatmana, please come in the form of a child
so that I could consider you as my son. On
hearing the begging of mother, the Lord said `O
mother, whatever you want, it would happen in
the same manner. Since long time, Lord Brahmaji
has urged me to bring rule of justice in the world
and hence, to kill Ravana, I have taken this
incarnation on the earth. Hey `anandite`, with
Dushrathji, you had prayed me, wishing that I
become your son and to complete your wish, I

T
he three pillars of being healthy in Ayurveda
include 1) diet 2) sleep and 3) celibacy.
Means, a person could remain healthy, when the
life has all these ingredients. First-of-all, we shall
know in what circumstances, we shall not eat curd.
`Na naktam, dhadhi bhujjit`, means we should not
eat curd in night. Even in day-time, we should not
eat curd regularly but in the interval of one or two
days. Curd takes time to digest and hence, it should
be taken in calculated amount. Curd, which has
become warm due to any circumstances, shall not
be used and avoided. Whenever you eat curd, mix
any ingredient like sugar, honey, salt, soup, `aola`
or cooked pulse to get additional taste. Never take
curd, without mixing anything.
Now we would talk of the quality of curd. Fresh
curd is tasteful and turns sour, when kept for
longer period. In our country, curd is used in
summer season for `lassi` or `raita` and hence,
people have impression that curd is cold in nature
but the fact is that it is hot in nature and generates
heat. Now the natural question is then why it is
used in summer season? To know its reply we shall
first know the qualities of curd. The water content
in curd is called `mastu` in Sanskrit and whay in
English. This water is very easy to digest and quest
thirst and removes tiredness of the body. It
improves the physical capacity and generates
interest in meals. Thus, all the qualities of water
content in curd are beneficial and hence, it should
be widely used in summer season. Complaint of old
cough, loose motions, problem in passing urine, in
all these circumstances, curd is very beneficial.
Curd adds weight to a human being and hence lean
persons, with good digestion capacity would gain
health after use of curd but people who are already
fat shall remain away from curd. The upper layer of
curd, which is creamy is hard to digest but it
increases sperms in males. The description given
till now is the creamy curd, which is kept in a pot.
Now-a-days, packed curd is also available, which is
normally prepared of the milk, whose cream is
being taken out with separator. Curd prepared of
such category of milk is more tasteful and easy to
digest. Curd, prepared of well boiled milk has many
qualities, which has more digestive capacity and
enhances physical strength.
Curd has separate rules in different seasons. In
autumn (hemant), winter (shishir) and rainy
season, taking curd is beneficial but in rest of the
three seasons, its excess use is harmful.
For its quality, curd is beneficial as a diet but as
medicine also, it is very useful. Here is one practical
example. When excess use of lime in betel leaf
burns tongue, and in such circumstances, do gargle
of curd, mixed with water, which gives immediate
relief.
Another important point is, those who want to take
advantage of curd, should always use fresh one.

other woman but also intervene actively. When problem
occurs, there shall be no hesitation in taking help from the
people in the surrounding. No child shall hide any mis-
doing with herself, as it emboldens the criminals. This
instance of gang-rape has brought out the pain, suppressed
since decades. Now the atmosphere has sanitized. Now
such desperadoes would have to face harshest punishment.
If entire society understands it well, there would be large-
scale awareness in the society. Each male, female would
keep guard on such instances.
But, when the problem begins with the thought of the
mind, then treatment of mind is the best therapy, which
could be done by yoga. Seeing a majority of the people ill in
the society, Yogguru Swami Ramdevji Maharaj has
publicized a package of `Pranayam- Yogasan`. Now it has
been established beyond any doubt that yoga cures
different ailments. It is a fact that body and the soul are
co0related to each other. When `Pranayam` is done with
dedication and trust, it betters the thoughts and the soul.
Swamiji has clearly said that a problem is an excuse, the
main objective is to reach the goal of Samadhi (vyadhi to ek
bahana hai, Samadhi tak jana hai). I pray the almighty that
may this unfortunate incident become a catalyst to turn
the people towards yoga. Yoga would ultimately purify the
society and it would again become the country of saints
and seers.

W
iping its tears, the society is ready for finding the
solution and it would be a permanent one as
enough is now enough. The society include male-females
but it always has been as female-male like Sita- Ram,
Radhe-Shyam. But in fact no one is first or second because
a human being is a unit, where soul is an association of the
body and `mana`. The body and the `mana`, both work for
the soul. The point is very simple that when the body was
given prominence, the objective of the life became enjoy
and worldly pleasures and self-discipline is left miles away.
The soul is dipped in the attraction of the pleasures around
in the society. The darkness of lack of knowledge and the
atmosphere, weakening the values are prevalent in which,
male-females are indulged in sex consensually, which is
disturbing the social fabric of the society. Now some
wicked people are befallen to the extent that they are
committing rapes. Everywhere, there is frightening
atmosphere. Now the question arises that in such
circumstances, what a woman shall do? Due to various
reasons and in odd circumstances, the woman was pushed
towards cowardliness. The society has decided its place,
living helpless and in fear. Meeting injustice is considered
as tolerance. A woman herself bears injustice and inspires
sister, daughter or daughter-in-law, not to protest against
injustice. But she forgets that first she herself would have
to be safe and then others would be safe. A woman would
have to understand that a scared mother could not deliver
a brave, courageous and healthy son. Terrorists are born
from the womb of scared and terrified mother. It has been
proved in a research conducted by a sociology department.
Every woman would not only have to keep eye on
neighborhood, in office, mid-way and victimization to

Saman The centre of air,
which exists between `prana`
and `apan is `saman`, which
means of equal qualities. It
mediates between `prana`
and `apan`. In Kapalbhati,
Agnisar and Bhastrika
Kumbhak, the muscles of
stomach are forcefully
contracted and in this
circumstances `saman` air
helps converting `apan` into
`prana`. Its centre point is
bellybutton but area is
extended up to heart. Its
`adhishthan` chakra is
`Manipur` and beejmantra is
`ram`. It balances the power
of the body and the central
gravitational force. It plays
important role in bettering
digestion system and
formation of `saptadhatu`.

W
hile moving in universe, air absorbs scent full of medicinal
elements, being released by medicinal and herbal plants.
Also, when it strikes rocks of the mighty mountains, it absorbs its
salt. Though, invisible but when it enters human body through
breath, it becomes life-saving. Thus, whatever we breath it is called
`prana`. Each breath is invaluable and cant be compensated with
any amount of money as in each breath; the above mentioned
elements remain present, which nourish each neutron, cell and
fiber of the body. Thus, breath is not an ordinary element. After
death the horse-power of the `prana` plays a vital role be it
respiratory system, cardio/vascular or blood circulatory system or
digestive or excretory system or muscular and bone system, urinary
and reproductive system. `Prana` follows soul. First soul enters into
the creature and then `prana` as its image. Likewise, first soul
departs and then `prana` leaves the body. We have 60 types of airs
in the body, which conduct various functions of the body of which
10 are very important of which five are vital-airs and five others are
semi-vital airs. The main `prana` includes `prana`, `apan`, `saman`,
`udan` and `vyan` while sub-prana includes `naga`, `kurma`,
`crinkle`, `devdutt` and `dhananjay`, which has been described in
`Hath Yog books`. It is said Pranopanah samanschaya vyanodhano
taithavch.
Nagah, kurmah, krinkaro devadutto dhananjay.
Prana Prana is the world and the life and like ambrosia of the body.
The `shastras` have said `amritamu ve prana`. It is said `kayanagari
madhye tu kshitizpalika`. Means, `he prana` you are the king of this
body shaped kingdom. The centre of `prana` is heart but it functions
upto chest and throat. Thus, blood is circulated in entire body. Its
`adhishthan chakra` is `anahat` and `beejmantra` is `yam`.
Apan When we do not talk of other air, then only two air remain
- `prana` and `apan`. The good symmetry in `prana` and `apan` is a
sign of good health. Thus, `apan` has its own specific identity.
`Apan` air is for emission of waste gases besides increasing the

taking `prana`, water and

saliva glands and epi-centre

absorb chemicals, trickling

on the face is also due to
`udan`. Its `adhishthata
chakra` is `vishudhi` and
`beejmantra` is `hum`.
Vyan It is tributary to
`prana`, `apan` `saman` and
`udan` prana. It exists in
entire body and supplements
to any of the prana, when it
lacks in the body. It is like
that potato has special
importance in vegetables
and hence in 80 types of air,
`vyan` air assumes
importance. When any
energy is frozen, it
immediately supplements it.
Now it is understandable
that `vyan` plays as safety
guard in the body. Its
adhishthata is `Shiva` himself
and beejmantra is `omkar`.
Up-prana There are five
types of up-prana. According
to the `Gherand Sanhita` and
other ancient books, its brief
description is as follows.
`Teshamapi cha panchanam
sthanani va vadambhyaham.
Udgare naga akhyatah
kurmst unmeel nesmri t ` .
Kukarah kshutkuteghy
devdutto vijymbhane. Na jahati bhutevavapi sarvavyapi dhananjaya.
Nagadi panch are `up prana`. In belching, snake, in blinking eyes
turtle, in hunger canine, devdutta in stretching the body and one
who does not leave the body even after death is pronounced as
Dhananjaya.
In yoga old books, the route of meditation of the above said prana is
Pranayam, which is miraculous. There are several advantages of
Pranayam. `Trishirvbrahmanopanishad` says `Itha Kramaneye
charta vayuna vayujinner means, one who has `prana` acting
according to the sequence, is `pranajeet`. In `Amritadopanishad`, it
is discussed that as slag on the metal is removed, when comes in
contact of heat, likewise the slag of senses is removed with `pranagni`.
It is said in `Yogachunamani` `Pranayamo Bhabedevam patkendhan
pavakah, Bhavodadhi Mahasetu prochyete yogithi sada.
Means Pranayam is like fire to the human being and enacts as a
bridge to get rid of the worldly problems. Also, Pranayam is the best
remedy for the body, made of different nerves, Pranayam also helps
keeping contagious diseases and bacteria away besides solving
respiratory problems. The probability of these attacking a human
being in childhood and old age is 65 percent.

cows, the number of minute
organisms stand around 300

contrast, the number of such
nutritious elements per gram of cow dung of
foreign origin cows is not more than 70 lakhs. And
this micro-organisms structure contains mainly of
disease-oriented organisms. The foreign based
scientists have proved the presence of 63 crore
disease organisms in one gram of cow dung.
A cow delivers around 10 kgs of dung daily. An ox
12-13 kg, buffalo 15-16 kg and a calf on an average
gives 4 kg of cow dung. Now according to the
scientific theory one gram of dung has 63 crore
organisms x1000 grams x 10 kg = 6.30 crore
organisms. Now a farmer having 12-18 acres of
land and if, he has 2-3 cows, 3-4 calves, two ox and
one buffalo, it is sufficient to cater its domestic
needs. The cow dung of 8-10 cattle would have 63

when we add `Jeevamrut`,

number of organisms to the

Whenever we see the picture
of domestic cow, we also see
the mention that a cow is the
house to 33 crore deities. In
fact, it is not that actually 33
crore deities live in the body
of a domestic cow but it is just
symbolic. In fact, it is this 33

the protection and
conservation of domestic cow

for foreign breed cows. The domestic cows have
produces, with 100 times more organisms. And if
we deeply compare between foreign-origin and
domestic cows, the latter has 100 times more
micro-organisms and the most important
difference, which came to light is that domestic
cow has all micro-organisms while foreign-breed
cow has a larger portion of disease-related
organisms.
The Government is promoting cow slaughter,
which has cast deep adverse impact on the
economy. We would have to save cows from being
slaughtered. We call land as mother earth. Soil is
the basic need for a stable tree and not only soil,
but the elements present in it, play important role
in the productivity. The 98.5 percent of the plants,
trees is made of three elements, fire, water and air.
The nature gives these elements to the plants.
The chemical farming has spoiled the micro
organisms, much needed for the better
productivity. Hence, it is our responsibility to
re-introduce these crores of micro organisms to
make our soil better quality. When we mix one
gram of cow dung of domestic cow in the soil, we
add 300-500 crores micro-organisms in the soil.
When we mix ten kg of cow dung in the soil, in a

t is said that there may be many shades of desires,
based on the intensity behind it. This can be understood
by dividing this intensity in slow, medium and high.
Whatever may be the problems in human lives economic,
social, political or psychological their solution lie in the
burning desire. What happens when the desire is of low
or medium intensity? This must be analysed. Only
Humans can do that. Until something can be avoided,
humans continue to pursue some alternative in order to
seek possible satisfaction. When something can not be
avoided any more, then it becomes natural to develop
intense desire to perform that objective. Then no
alternatives can be sought after and nor there is any
space for not achieving that objective. More or less such
issues are encountered in our daily lives. Like, in case of
a thorn pierced in our foot, it has to be removed
immediately, taking away all our attention from other
sources. Likewise, inadvertently getting any part of our
body stained by some crap, nobody thinks of anything
else other than cleaning it. In case of dust or a mosquito
falling in our eye, only after it is removed we become
normal. In case of stomach pain at midnight somehow we
manage to reach the doctor. Not a single person, one
would find, who would postpone it till next morning.
Postponing the meeting with the
doctor, only hits when the pain has
subsided and it can be tolerated till
the next morning. Think of a situation
wherein a person carrying a bagful of
ornaments, forgets this bag while
drinking water from a well, and when
that person gets to remember about
the missing bag; the drive to regain
that bag can be well imagined. That
internal drive is named as Burning
Desire. In case of a person being
thirsty, then that persons mind is
only concentrated on water; similarly
in the case of an Olympic participant
all his or her energies and senses are
unshaken; these states are states of
burning desires. One more such
example used to be given by our Sri
Maharajji. A mother is busy with
domestic chores and her kid is
distracting her from her work. So the
mother in order to pacify the child
offers a toy to the child to play with.
The child is pacified for a while, but
after a while the child begins to cry

again. Now the lady offers another
toy which produces sound and again
that child is pacified for a while but
after a while begins to cry again. Now
the lady distracts that childs attention
by tasting him or her honey thus
hitting his or her another sense. The
child again gets appeased but with
such transient means how can that
child gets satisfied? That child is again
and again crying for milk from the
mother but is getting distracted by
allurement offered to the child. Now
childs desire has intensified and it
could not be satisfied by any means so
that child immediately rejected
whatever was offered to distract
childs attention. Then finally mother
had to pick up her child and did the
needful. So if a person tends to get
satisfied by other means than what is
supposed to be his or her goal then it
must be understood that his or her
desire to attain that goal has not
reached a level where it could be
called burning desire.
Another example, suppose a more
powerful and respectable person
pushes us down under the water and
we begin to suffocate. We want to
come out but he is more powerful.
Then at that moment, we, transgressing all morality,
want to come out of water. And for that even if we have
to bite his hand we would do that. This is the true form of
Burning Desire. Similarly in this worldly affairs we
achieve our sought-after objective by resorting to burning
desire. By seeing this world deeply we get to know that
under the influence of Burning Desire, how astonishing
tasks a person achieves. They dive in English Channel to
cross it. Not finding any other way to meet his mother a
person travels in the aircraft hanging under it and
reaches his destination after two hours. And a lady
named Santosh Yadav set a record by climbing the Mount
Everest three times. Chasing his burning desire an
American clobber named Charles Frost becomes a great
mathematician after studying daily. A child, named
Abraham Lincoln, born in poverty never got to attend a
school becomes the president of the USA. Galileo whose
father wanted him to become a doctor, studied
mathematics pretending to study the books of biology, at
the age of 18 develops the theory of Pendulum. Recently
a lady from the South, who had her one leg amputated,
did not let the desire to dance, die at all. An artificial limb
was given to her and started practicing again enchanted
audience with her dance. The book of Guinness world
record is the evidence of such unbelievable feats. On the
other hand Yogis attain peace by dealing with their
desires. Empancipation is the result of burning desire for
a certain habit.
Sir Maharaj tells us that whatever one wants to achieve,
the desire to achieve that must burn inside like a fire.
This fire can burn for an unknown reason inside and can
be initiated inside. He says that whatever one seeks to
achieve there would be fear, hurdles and allurements but
if there exists a burning desire then victory will be yours
only. Only through this great desire there will be single
minded target on the goal and others would be ignored.
So the more it is intensified, the better it is to succeed.
Maharajji used to say that there is no shortage of grains,
there is shortage of hunger only. There is enough water,
thirst is lacking. If there is intense enough thirst, then
water will be found or discovered. There is neither doubt
nor a surprise in that. This is only a fact which is to be
April 2013 &
YOGSANDESH
& 43
understood. He said that in the Vedas, the chands offered
to Agni for praying; the same fire like desire is mentioned
which takes a meditator forward only.
One day Pohap Singh, a resident of Fidedi told us that Sri
Maharajji once said that whether any of us went to him
crying? God would not be found by just talking and
listening to noble words. It needs true burning desire; a
desire, which could not be overcome by any hindrances,
fear or allurements. Until one develops an unshakable
flame in ones heart for God, nothing is going to work.
Maharaj Sri Arvindji while disusing three practices,
Burning Desire, Sacrifice and Dedication, says that in case
of development of intense desire for spiritual life,
hindrances presented by the Nature are gently discarded
and when both these things are completed then
surrendering to the Supreme power becomes easy. So it
is the desire which takes to the last
level of Surrender or Dedication, in
search of Supreme. Individual efforts
of a person are useful only till the
point of Dedication or Surrender.
Later the God descending in the soul
of a person takes everything in his
control. So, Sri Arvind says that when
Burning Desire and Blessings meet
then that great task is achieved which
is the goal of our efforts. This must be
always remembered that blessings
come down in the proportion of
burning desire, transformation of
devilish tendencies and complete
surrender of an individual.

child. Here, it means, Acharya teach his disciple
about the worship of God, virtue, mutual study and
proposals of different views within all these three
days. When he becomes master in his learning, he
would be visited by the gods and scholarly people and
would be revered by them. They praise him, You
have appeared among us for our good fortune and
you are the boon of the god to us.
49. Brahmacharyena tapasa raja rashtram vi rakshati
Acharyo brahmacharyena brahmacharinamicchati.
Atharva. 11/5/17
(Brahmacharyena tapasa) means, by obtaining
celibacy, studies well and by practicing the vow of
truth, a king is able to rule his kingdom and a Guru is
able to teach his disciples. The Guru would tell them
to go on a virtuous path leaving vicious one
and leaving the perversive path, forward on the
virtuous way.

(MITRASYACA) May we intensify the feeling of

Dikshaayam aapnoti dakshinaam
Dakshinaam shraddhaam apnoti

-YajurVeda 19/30
(Vratena) By the observance of truth like virtues, one
obtains consecration. Then he would be revered by
one and all. Because then only a practitioner obtains
the boon of virtuous qualities, which is otherwise
impossible. When he follows the vow of truth and
other virtues and also makes others follow the same
path. Because the virtuous path only gives peace and
pleasure to any person. (Shraddhaya) and when we
are much inclined towards good behavior, the people
around us also get peace and happiness, which never
happens though the wicked behavior. So here the
verse says through consecration one obtains favor,

Everything in this world has the properties
of Adhyatma. Action pertaining to the
development of these material bodies is
called karma, or fruitive activities. And
through this Aksharaonly this destructible
world emerges with various names and
forms. This is called Adhibhuta. And the
non-destructable master form exists in this
destructible world, and that is called,
Adhidaiva. Oh Arjun! Who is the best form
among all the living entities! I am
Adhiyajna, in this body, which is named so
as it is the supreme of all the yajnas. There
are six forms in the creation of Brahman.
Aksharabhava, Swabhava, Bhutabhava,

All these are different in forms. All these are

These are called Brahma, Adhyatma,

which is concerned with, that matter. In
the same sense, Adhyatmameans, which is
related with the soul.
Adhibhutameans, which is related with the
five elements, and all the living entities
(animate and inanimate), Adhidaivata
means which is related with the deities,
Adhiyajna means which is related with the
yajnas or sacrifices. Arjuna asks Lord
Krishna, Oh Lord Krishna! Tell me now
what is the Brahman and how it is related
with the Atman, the soul? and how it is
related with the jada-cetan, the animate,
inanimate entities. For all the questions,
Lord Krishna says only one answer-
Ahamevatra. I exist in all of them. All
these are the different forms of me. This is
my relation with them. In the end of the
seventh chapter, Lord Krishna says, who
knows me as kritsna, as a complete entity,
who sees me in all the karmas of Adhyatma,
Adhibhuta, Adhidaivata, Adhiyajna, those
erudites, Prayanakale ca mam te vinduh,
means, immerse in me at the time of they
leave this world. This is the answer for the
seventh question of Arjuna.
In the third stanza, the term Param is used
as the adjcective of Akshara. In Sankhya
philosophy, Akshara is used to denote the
imperceptible nature. But the Brahman,
which is mentioned in vedanta is beyond
the level of this Akshara nature. The term
Aksharais used to denote the Sankhya
Prakriti and Brahman. In Mahabharata, it is
said that Swabhava is something which is
hidden in subtility. The deities who are
physically seen are denoted by the term
Purush, likewise Surya Purush, Varuna
Purush etc. Hiranya garbha is also inclusive
in that. The Sankhyas assume that every
individual has a different Atma. Hence the
Atmas are many in number. But the
philosophy of Vedanta says that there is an
eternal form of purusha, who is never born
and never die,and he is in the everlasting
bond with the prakriti, the nature. And the
relation of prakriti-Purusha is yvyapya-
vyapak, permeable-pervasive; hence it is
integral and identical. As he is the one and
the same, he is pervasive in us all and he is
in Ajara, Amara Atma form.

And whoever, at the time of death, quits his

In this verse the importance of Krushna
consciousness is underlined.

civilization, ancient values and spiritual
knowledge.
Moving on the path shown by Vivekanand,
Gandhi, Kabeer, Vinobha Bhave and Dr Ambedkar,
who followed the foot prints of Rama, Krishna,
Buddha, Christ, Mohammed, Nanak, Wahab-ul-
allah, our country is known as the world leader.
Spiritualism is the basic of our culture. To bind
our culture in the boundaries of the nation is not
justifiable. This entire universe has been set-up
by the almighty power. In all the four Vedas and
shastras, there is mention of `vasudev
kutumbkam`. It is the responsibility of our
country to make entire world a single nation and
the human beings, its model citizen.
When we say our nation, our land, our country,
we shall understand the spirit of our great culture
but we imply something else and hence belittle
the thought behind the supreme culture. Now
we should be prepared to work for our philosophy
`vasudhev kutumbkam` to save the world, fast
heading towards disaster.

W
e would have to deeply understand our
own heritages, resources, ancient
values and spiritual knowledge. India could
achieve the same place in the world, where it
stood decades earlier. Now the time has come,
when we seriously think of our culture,
civilization and constitutional values, then only
it would be re-established. In the time to come,
in entire world, `Vasudhev kutumbkam` would
be established. Only India could bring peace in
the world, with the support of its culture,

The fire, the Guru, Brahmin and the cow- these should not
be touched by the legs by any unmarried girl or a old

Chanakya says, some acts are considered as against the
custom. Hence such things should not be done ever. If
something is touched by the legs, it is considered impious
and humiliation.
44. Sakatam panchahastena dasahastena vajinam
Hasti satastena deshatyagena durjanam.
Chanakya opines that one should keep distant five metres
from a bullock cart, ten metres from a horse, and hundred
metres from an elephant. And to keep distance from a
wicked person, one should leave the place where he lives.
45. Hasti Amkusamatrena vajee hastena tadyate
Srungee lagudahastena khadgahastena durjanah.
An elephant should be controlled by goad, a horse by reins,
a horny animal by club. But when it comes to the matter of
a malicious person, one needs a sword to control him.
In this verse, Chanakya declares the behavior of the
spiteful person is rather dangerous than to the elephant,
horse and bullock.

troubles to the others and feel happy.
Here Chanakya says different kinds of people find their
pleasure in different kinds of things.

not be uncertain in business deals and in communication.
Chanakya opines that one who hesitates while learning

results.

we may deal with him in a powerful manner and the enemy

Here Chanakya says about the application of behavioral

one should go in accordance with the situation. If the
enemy is powerful one should behave in a humble manner.

Arya at his Karnal located residence. He praised Mr
Ramsharan Arya and lauded his contribution in the
freedom struggle. He informed that Ramsharan Arya
also went to Hyderabad jail during struggle. On the
question of Hyderabad blast, he criticized the union
Government. He said that the union budget presented
in the Parliament is nothing but a bundle of lies. He said
that the Congress is inviting troubles for itself. The
nation now needs a change.

Bijnor (UP), Yogguru Baba Ramdev has said that the nation
is not being governed by the leaders but Mafioso. In the
Babas fight against corruption, he held Congress responsible
for it and forecast that the Government would not last long.
He said that in 2014, foundation stone of the genuine and

clean politics would be laid down. He was addressing
`Rashtra Raksha Mahasammelan` in Ganj Daranagar, held on
the occasion of the 73rd annual day of `Kewlanand
Nigmashram`. The program was arranged by the former
minister Swami Omvesh. Swami Ramdevji Maharaj focused
his attack on the Congress and corruption. He said that our
earning is being sent abroad, in the form of black money.
The total black money inside and outside the country is
around 1000-1500 lakh crore and whoever launches an
agitation to bring the money back, becomes enemy in the
eyes of the Government. Naming Italy, Baba criticized Sonia
Gandhi and said that Rahul Gandhi is an immature person.
He said that the probe agencies are witch-haunting the
people, critical to the Congress and not doing their main job
of exposing scams and scandals.
Baba expressed optimism that in next Parliament election,
around 300 such members would be elected, who would
raise voice to bring black money back, fight against
unemployment and make efforts to give correct and genuine
price of the produce to the farmers. He called on to identify
own strength of being a super power. The present people
also took a pledge to dispose of their duties properly for the
proposed change. Later, while addressing a press conference,
he said that he does not any association with any of the
political party.
