Nowadays, many Indonesian people are interested to raise pet.
There are many ypes of pets to keep, bt it all depends on the pet owner.
For e!ample is do". #o" is carni$oros mammals that are $ery friendly to
hmans. %ost people keep do" not only to look at the benefits and the
fnctions of the do", bt also for the do"&s body postre which is
attracti$e. It also has loyal natre character and "ood intelli"ence. Norish
and carin" for a do" is now a new trend in life that become a new hobby.
For do"s lo$er, they do not hesitate of lar"e amont costs for carin" their
pets. 't the do" has a deficiency of difficlty to track the position in
certain conditions sch as( "o ot play with other do"s, "ot kidnapped, and
etcetera.
#o" is an emotional animal, when the do" is lost way back to
home, it will "et sffer and stress. At all times, do" is findin" way to
retrn to home and search food at e$ery place, which is casin" the do"
became wild. #o" will bark and bite e$ery crossin" people when it
emotional became nstable. )ome cases e$er happened, if the do" has a
beatifl and attracti$e postre, people will catch and sell it with

e!pensi$e price. The worst case e$er happened is, some people ha$e a
habit which is like consmin" do" meat, so the do" will be killed and
ne$er be fond a"ain. Indeed, it has been many times that the do" "one
cases has been pblished by poster of its owner, on behalf to look for a
miracle that some kind hearted people will find and call the owner for
retrn their do"s. Possibility for the do" will be fond by this method is
$ery small.
To sol$e the problem abo$e, the reseacher tries to create a trackin"
system which is called *Trackin" #o" Position by +sin" Android,. It can
be easily controlled by sin" android smartphone so with sin" this
inno$ation all the problems described abo$e will be sol$ed.

The prpose of this Final Project desi"n is to desi"n a portable
system for do" trackin" de$ice. And the si"nificances of this Final Project
desi"n are to se -P) tracker for easily transmit the do" location and to
sin" Android smartphone as the monitorin" recei$er location.

Project it as follows(

In completin" this final project, the athors se se$eral methods.
For data collection methods, the athors obtained data from lectres of
electro department, Internet search, and reference books in the library of
'atam )tate Polytechnic.
In desi"nin" the final instrment, the athor condcted the testin"
method and direct obser$ation of electronic circits sed and the pro"ram
that created the software. All electronic circits implemented on project
board to be tested and then in the analysis. Test reslts and obser$ations
are then re$iewed by the )per$isor Final. In addition, the athors also
compare the test reslts with theoretical basis in connection with the
desi"n tool.

In writin" this final project report, need to make systematic. It has
the objecti$e to facilitate the reader in nderstandin" the contents
contained in the report, and to a$oid misinterpretation. Therefore, here the
athor is not only actin" as a maker of the report bt also act as the first

this report is easy to learn and nderstand.
