3. Customer complaints resolution within TAT
Daily basis customer complaints to be analyzed.
To check the enabled BSS parameters to further tune the sites.
Customer complaints forwarded should come with the resolution within TAT and all databases of
customer complaints to be captured and analyzed with plan in every month
4. Planning and dimensioning to meet capacity utilization bench mark standards.
BSC rollouts in new locations. Maximum BSC TRX loading.
Carriers/BTS/ BSC/ A-bis/ A-ter dimensioning and capacity roll out tracking to maintain 80%
GPRS/EDGE /DAP/PCU and GB link capacity utilization to maintain at <=80%.
Weekly report sharing against TRX addition, new site or BSC implementation process RF Survey against
new sites requirements.
5. DT(s) & report formulation/ circulation for analysis, status sharing & problem identification of 3G
towns.
Conducting regular comparison DT(s) of 3G towns on monthly basis (voice & data).
Preparation of reports post analysis of issues detected against 3G DT(s) of all 3G towns.
Monitoring measure 3G KPIs such as DCR Voice ,DCR Video, DCR HSDPA , DCR HSUPA, DCR
R99, CSSR voice , CSSR video, CSSR HSDPA,CSSR HSUPA,CSSR R99 , RRC Connection
success rate , RAB set up success rate, SHOSR (RT & NRT),IRAT (RT & NRT) & Latency.

Analyzing RF Drive test through log files verifying & hardware check of upgrades and new elements
added to the network & keep track of all the up gradation activities.
