EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION

With Tranont there are multiple programs to increase profts while helping those around you achieve their fnan-
cial goals. For Tranont Executives these programs include:
1) Start Right Bonus
2) Duplication Bonus - 3 in 30 + 1% Bonus Pool, 9 in 90 + 1% Bonus Pool
3) Generational Team Commissions
4) Executive Coding Leadership Bonus
5) Loyalty Bonus
6) Retail Preferred Customer Acquisition Bonus
START RIGHT BONUS

By personally referring people to Tranont you receive a
$200 commission for every individual that becomes a
Tranont Executive.

3 in 30 - If you are able to personally refer 3 people
that become Tranont Executives in your frst 30 days
with Tranont you receive an additional $600 commis-
sion and are entered into the 1% Bonus Pool.
9 in 90 - If you are able to help the 3 Tranont Execu-
tives that you personally referred into the business
each personally refer 3 Executives within your frst 90
days, you are entered into an additional 1% Bonus
Pool.

COMMISSIONS

Tranont provides long-term stability income by pay-
ing residual income on those individuals that you
and others in your group sponsor up to 9 levels deep.
The residual income you earn is a commission on the
monthly subscription that is paid by each user of the
Tranont Financial Utility.

EXECUTIVE CODING BONUS (Leadership Bonus)
As a Tranont Executive you are eligible to receive an Executive Bonus on every new personally enrolled Execu-
tive who joins your group. Based on your rank this Executive Bonus is paid to an unlimited number of levels! For
example if your executive rank is Regional Managing Executive you could make up to $75 on every new qualifed
Executive that joins your organization! As you reach new ranks, this bonus can go as high as $300 for each new
executive that joins your group.
The following chart outlines the rank requirements and the Executive Bonus that is paid.

TRANONT LOYALTY PROGRAM (Long Term Pension Plan)
We want to reward you for your loyalty! To accomplish this, we at Tranont set aside 1% of company revenue to be
paid to Executives that obtain the rank of President and are paid at the President rank or above for at least 75% of
the 5 year increments.

RETAIL PREFERRED CUSTOMER ACQUISITION BONUS
When you sponsor a Preferred Client (an individual not interested in participating in the Tranont opportunity) you
receive a 40% commission on the license fee and 10% commission on the monthly subscription. In addition, your
sponsor receives a 10% commission on the license fee and a 5% commission on the monthly subscription.

DETAILS
* You must have at least 1 personally sponsored Active Associate to qualify for commissions in the Freedom Sharing Bonus
* Re-enter the 3x9 Structured Uni-level with an Auto-qualifying business center when President level is maximized
* No more than 60% of GV can be in the largest leg, and at least 10% must be found outside of the two largest volume legs
* Active: An Executive Associate is Active if they have 80 PV within a given month. For weekly commissions an Executive Associates must have the minimum 80
PV within 40 days of the end of date of the weekly period to be considered Active.
* Personal Volume (PV): Volume from an Associates personal orders, and orders from personally sponsored customers, will be considered their Personal Volume
* Group Volume (GV): An Associates Personal Volume and Volume within the Associates entire sponsor genealogy will be considered their Group Volume
* Car Bonus: You must have 10 Active Executives to qualify for the Car Bonus
* Car Bonus: Tranont will pay you up to the amount specifed in the car bonus - Tranont is not responsible for securing or paying the lease of the vehicle
* In order to participate in the Tranont Loyalty Program you must maintain a business that is free of any type of disciplinary action
