morning. As you are all aware, we are gathered here for the ground breaking ceremony of
our new Aerospace project Manufacture of Do 228 NG Aircraft fuselage and Wings with
RUAG !
We expect the honourable chief minister to grace the occasion with his presence in a few

We are gathered here today, in this august gathering to celebrate the ground breaking
ceremony of Do-228 NG program in manufacturing of the fuselage and wings for M/s RUAG
- An initiative from the Tata Group with a vision to be a leader in the defence and aerospace
sector. The TATA Group envisions major growth in this Sector over the next 5 years. This
new program will position Hyderabad as a focal point of the Aerospace sector in India.

TATA Advanced Systems, a subsidiary of the TATA group, is a pioneer in the manufacturing
of Aerostructures, Defence and Homeland Security systems and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.
Today, we at TATA Advanced systems are extremely delighted to commence our newest
Venture for the The Donear 228 New Generation .
Tata Advanced Systems will undertake the manufacturing of the Fuselage and Wings of this
Aircraft. With Long range, high utilization rates and high payload carrying capacity at low
operational cost, this aircraft is the most versatile and advanced high-wing aircraft in the
world making it favourable for special missions of various kinds.

Ladies & Gentlemen, a result of endless effort, the moment has arrived when we lay the
foundation for what will be a successful venture.
