Epistle Letter

From Lauren to the people of New York, called to be brothers and sisters in
Christ, wishful greetings and may the grace and blessings of God our Father fall
upon you. Christ has given you many gifts and treasures that have bettered your
lives. And although he constantly expresses his unconditional love for the entire
population, most of you seem to not recognize this.
The recent tragedy that took place in this place you call home has created
quite the disturbance and many victims have since turned to God to help and save
them from this harsh and cruel world. Many of you have developed a belief that God
isnt an omniscient and understanding God, but a cruel, Satan like man who relishes
in the pain of others. Apparently, this belief was created after the horrific tragedy,
when many began to believe that God purposefully created this hardship to ruin
lives, and to be cruel. The image of our God has been shifted and changed drastically
since this hard time. Why does this image seem to be real? Havent you realized that
God only wants the best for all of his children? The description of your God seems to
be much like one of the devil or a great monster when the truth is far from it. You
begin to compare your savior to a being of evil, cruelty, and hatred. Do you realize
that Christ is everyone and everything? He is one that has built you up and has the
power to tear you down at any moment.
My question is of the lessons you have learned in the past. The recent events
created an extreme sense of community and family within the city. Brought together
by the power of evil. Bonds were formed and friendships strengthened. Although
many of your brothers and sisters continually prayed to Christ in hopes of a
restored life, others began their spiritual life only to use God as a rock and had no
real intention to form a relationship. Now that time has lapsed since this event, past
Christians and you who have always had a strong relationship slack and refuse to let
God speak to you. Why do you never listen to the words of Christ and in return,
expect him to patiently listen and grant your wishes like a magical being or genie?
Our savior only yearns for a relationship with you, like a child yearns for his mother.
If Christ can listen and help everyone who forms a bond and prays for assistance,
you can take time to close your eyes and allow him to enter into you and speak to
your soul. Life with Christ is life with success and promise. If you live a good and
prayerful life, you will feel full and wont again fear death, for the followers of Jesus
understand that this life is nothing compared to the paradise of heaven. So I ask that
you close the door on your personal life and responsibilities and open the door for
the word and life with Christ. Since birth, Christ has constantly called for every
single one of you whether you have pursued this life, or simply hid it in the dark.
This call may have been hidden by a guardian that has little to no faith, or by a sin
that has clouded your mind by material things, or simply an action that conflicts
with the teachings of God. No matter your past, God will forgive and forget and will
run to you with open arms waiting to pull you into the love and happiness of his
kingdom and paradise. Just like God has called me to deliver this message to you,
brothers and sisters in Christ, he calls you to forget old ways and also join him to
preach and spread the good news of Jesus Christ the true and good Savior of this
world.
Please tell Matthew of Brooklyn that he still owes me 10 dollars from our trip
the past month. Also, please let Martha know that her husband is in the prayers of
my family and yours. Lastly, remind Mark to pay me a visit the next time he travels
out my way. Keep in mind that your needs and health will forever be in my mind and
heart, and I will continually pray for you and your loved ones. In conclusion, let the
promise of eternal life and happiness with our Savior rest on your shoulders and
guide you with a shining light into his kingdom.
