SCORE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM RUSHABH MARKETING

STEP 1:
Rushabh Marketing would work on their database to identity potential
customers for score improvement program. These customers might
have been rejected for loans by banks due to low score or not meeting
the cut-off limit stipulated by the Banks underwriting polices.
The telecalling/ Sales team at Rushabh marketing would speak to the
customers to get their consent for this service. Once the consent of the
customer is obtained, customer need to fill in application for score
improvement plan (Annexure I with T&C)
Step 2 :
Rushabh Marketing will collect the copy of CIBIL report along with the
application form (Annexure I with T&C) along with the cheque of INR
7500 (Rupees Seven thousand Five hundred only) payable to InfoCredit
Services Private Limited, Mumbai for score improvement program of
the customer. The above documents will be handed over to CreditAssist
team
Step3:
CreditAssist team will work on the application received for Credit
Analysis. Basis the analysis will provide a report identity the pool of
customer where score improvement plan can be deployed. The cases

which cannot be cured will be informed to Rushabh Marketing to be
communicated to the customer accordingly.
Step4:
For all applications which can be cured for Credit Improvement
program, customers will be provided with a welcome call from
creditAssist team. The welcome call is done too confirm their review for
credit score improvement has started. For all cases which are rejected
the customer will be refunded a sum of INR 5000/-(Five thousand only)
after deducting the service charges for credit report diagnostic of INR
2500 ( Two thousand five hundred only)
Step5:
On periodic basis the plans for score improvement will be discussed
with the clients for implementation online. The credit improvement
program will be monitored for next 90 - 180 days. Client will also get
free credit counseling from senior Credit counselors at CreditAssist on
an on-going basis depending on the need. Once the Score Improvement
program is completed, the customer will be advised to pull a new CIBIL
report/Score at his/her own expense.
Once we establish the score has improved and the client meets the
lending banks criteria, CreditAssist would provide loan advisory services
to clients by informing him his eligibility for loan.




Step 6:
The cases which qualify for loans would be handed over to Rushabh
Marketing team for retail loan fulfillment. The Sales team at Rushabh
would approach the customer to complete all loan formalities.
Step7:
Once the loan is disbursed, Rushabh would share the commission as
agreed with CreditAssist on a monthly basis as per the disbursal.
CreditAssist and Rushabh will maintain a tracker of all cases provided
for retail loan requirements.
Note:
Fortnightly review meeting will be called by Senior team members
from both the side to review this arrangement
Monthly MIS to be circulated on cases logged for Score
improvement plan and loan requirements
