1 . The Health and Nutrition Section of Tangub City Division, in coordination of
the City of Tangub enacted a City Ordinance regarding the BAN ON SELLING OF
JUr'lX FOOOS inside the school
premises and within the radius of 100 meters away
from the schoolcampus.
2. ln view of this, school administrators are requested to disseminate this
information to their respective school for its strict implementation and for the saiety
and protection of the health of ihe children.
3. Enclosed herewith is the copy of the said Ordinance.
4. Your positive response on this request is hjghly expected and appfeciated.

SECTION 11J.10. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENT The amount oi Tlventy
Thousand (Php 20,000.00) Pesos shall be appropflated for the inlllal operation of ihe
Rabies Control Program.
SECTION 11J.11. PENALTY. Any owner of the dog who violates this Article shall
be fined of One Thousand (Php 1,000.00) Pesos or imprisonment of Three (3) days or
both, ai the discretion of the Court

SECTION t1K.01. PROHIBITED ACT. No person shall sell

SECTION 11K.02, DEFINITION. As used in this article the terms

SECTION 11K.03. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISION. The School Administrator
shall strlctly implement this Article. Failure to do so shail sublect the concerned school
official to administrative sanction in accordance with the rules and regulatlons of the Civil
Service Commission.
SECTION 11K.04. PENALTY. Any percon who violates this Article shall be
punished by a fine of Five Hundred (Php 500.00) Pesos or revocation of business permit
