Vendor Booth Application
Women of Truth is seeking vendor booth proposals for our 2
nd
Annual Womens Conference: Experiencing The
Power of The Chain Breaker being held in Houston, Texas on Saturday, July 26, 2014. All potential vendors must
pay in full at the time of the submission of this vendor booth application.

The deadline for submission of Vendor booth application: July 25, 2014.

Please make money orders/cashiers checks payable to Gods Spirit of Faith Fellowship Church (GSFFC) and
submit this application to Jermany Dorsey, 327 Walthall Street, Houston, TX 77022. You will be notified once
your application has been approved after we have received your signed form and booth rental fee.

______Booth assignments are final and vendors are not allowed to change booth locations at the event- no
exceptions. I acknowledge my designated set-up and breakdown times.

______Vendors must provide their own equipment, tables, and chairs. All vendors are responsible for their own
finances including small change issues.

EVENT INFORMATION
Date: Saturday, July 26, 2014
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Location: 327 Walthall Street, Houston, TX 77022
Cost: The event is open to the public and has free admission




BOOTH INFORMATION/VENUE RULES AND REGULATIONS

Booth Space: Vendors will be provided a comparable space in the Fellowship Hall. As a courtesy to other vendors
and guest, please do not set up anything outside of your designated area.

Booth Rental Fees: Standard booth fees are as follows:
$50 booth rental fee

The deadline to apply July 25, 2014 at is 5:00 p.m. Make money orders/cashiers checks payable to Gods Spirit
of Faith Fellowship Church (GSFFC). Checks, cash and credit card payments are not accepted.

Set-up: Vendor set-up takes place the morning of Saturday, July 26

beginning at 8:30 a.m. and must be
completed by 9:30 a.m. Once you have begun set-up, you must make sure your booth is attended at all times.
Although GSFFC sanctuary servants will be monitoring the event, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen
items.

Breakdown: Once the event closes, vendors must remove all displays and merchandise from the venue.

Clean Up: Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth areas during and after the event. Final clean-up
begins at the conclusion of the Womens Conference.
