Abstract
Reduced graphene oxide (RGO) was prepared via low-temperature heat treatment, which was used to study on the effect of
aqueous electrolyte on electrochemical properties of RGO. The RGO were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field
emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM), the electrochemical properties of
RGO were investigated by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge/discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy
techniques. The results indicate that the retained functional groups were benefit for the improvement of specific capacitance and
the specific capacitance of RGO in 1 mol/LH2SO4 was better than that in 1 mol/L Na2SO4.
