Spark Ignitor
Lasts the lifetime of the heater.
Extremely easy to start. Rapid ignition
allows the Proheat to cycle on and off
as required. 30,000 volt automotive
type ignition coil provides the energy
for a sure start every time.
G-III Softstart

Proheat Control Module

Fully electronic controller with powerful onboard
diagnostics and memory - comparable to todays
electronic engines.
2 x 7 segment LED display pinpoints function
and component diagnostic codes.
Operating history is stored for easy downloading
using Proheat Datalink and a PC.
Sealed electrical connectors for long life and
corrosion resistance.
Heated coolant recirculates through
the system. A sensor measures coolant
temperature and signals the Proheat to stop when
the temperature reaches 185F (85C) and restarts
when the temperature drops to 150F (65C).
Coolant flow is checked at every start to detect
closed valves or other restrictions.

discharge. Proheat resists
carbon build-up, even with
fuel additives or fuel blended
with engine oil.
Coolant Pump
High output provides less heat
fluctuation. The pump has an
oversized motor with a magnetic
coupling, completely eliminating
