Working as a Lead for current production setup, handling the new migration and
upgrade projects with Fujitsu / Sun / Netapp and below are my responsibilities

 Planning for the future requirements according to the expanding business growth
and arranging the proper resources to meet these business needs.
  Coordination with the EidosMedia team in Italy to implement the application for
the business requirements.
 Daily functional requirements for the current production setup and keep them up
and running in a 24*7 environment.
 Installations and Back Process requirements for Fujitsu Team to get there setup
live.
 Managing the team of 35 people supporting the IT infrastructure.

 Installing Net Backup 5.0

 Migrating Backup application to new hardware
 Upgrading Backup Application
 Creating Policies as per requirement
 Designing backup infrastructure which includes Installing Veritas Net Backup
server and Legato.
 Creating Device pools to run different backups like Differential, Full and Offsite
backups.
 Adding new Production servers to Backup master server as per customer

 Creating tools from SQL data base which useful to monitor the backup session
about library status, Drives status and No. of jobs pending
 Creating Customized reports to address ERRORS in the backup session
 Remotely installing the Net Backup Tools.
