around US & UK (for both Voice & Data) It offers various types of customer interaction services

• Handling Team of 15- 16 Engineers and One Helpdesk Co-coordinator.


• Handling daily issues of Lotus, Calendaring and Scheduling issues, Location Document issues,
Creation of Replica at client level, Configuration of Mobile Users, Creation of Password
Recovery Database, Directory Catalog etc.
• Taking care of Application issues at Client end, Checking Network Management Tool for
