published to html when the cell is updated

Advanced Feature
ATM supports having the periodic boundary cut along any
(appropriate) topology line defined within the template
User can override the cut line by specifying a different vertex
Choose vertex id from Topology Viewer

For Single Round Round template, want to use vertex 8
