CIRCULAR
The Central Government in exercise of powers conferred under sub-
section (1) of section 25 of the Khadi & Village Industries Commission Act,
1956 (61 of 1956), vide Notification No.S.0.1895 (E) dated 24.7.2014 to be
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, Section-3, Sub-
Section(ii), Govt. of India, Ministry of MSME, New Delhi has dissolved the
Khadi and Village Industries Commission established under sub-
section (1) of section 4 of the said Act with effect from 24.7.2014.
A copy of said notification dated 24.7.2014 is forwarded herewith for
information. .

5.0.1 f6Qs-'(E)._In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (l)
of section 25 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, -1956 (61 ot
1956), hereinafter referred to as the said Act, the Central Government hereby
dissolves the Khadi and Village Industries Commission established under sub-
section (1) of section 4 of the said Act with effect from 24thJuly, 2014.
2. _Consequent upon dissolution of the saidCommission and in pursuance of
the pmvisiol1s of-sub-section (2) of section 25 of the said Act,-
!r,) all properties and funds which, immediately before the said date of
dissolution were in the possession of the Khadi and Village Industrie~
Commission shall now vest inthe Central Government; and
