4 about -- I would like you to hear messages.
5 She said I isolate my father. I feed my father
6 every night because when my mother died, they
7 had been married for 50-some years, he doesn't
8 cook for himself. I feed him dinner every
9 night.
10 I go -- When I went over to his house,
11 he told me that she had been leaving messages.
12 He played the messages for me. He is here. He
13 can tell you he played messages for me. And I
14 have the messages that she left, if you would
15 like to hear.
16 Also, before I play them, I would like
17 to address this constant accusation of my drug
18 use. And I also have for you a copy of an
19 e-mail from Marcia Phelps, who she mentioned.
20 Marcia Phelps was the person who discussed my
21 drug use, concerned about it.
22 Marcia Phelps, I notified Marcia that
23 Kim was using -- forwarding her e-mails and
24 twisting her information to make it appear as
25 though I had a drug problem. I have a copy of

1 the e-mail that Marcia sent to me saying she
2 was very disappointed in Kim's actions and that
3 she wanted -- she wanted me to tell her to stop
4 forwarding the e-mail. That was dated June 14,
5 2011.
6 Then my sister Beth, to make sure that
7 Kim got the information, forwarded, told Kim in
8 an e-mail dated June 15, 2011, that Marcia
9 Phelps had asked her to stop distributing that
10 e-mail.
11 When that continued to go on, on March
12 12, 2012, a year later, Marcia Phelps herself
13 sent Kim an e-mail telling her to stop
14 forwarding the e-mails because she became aware
15 of it because Kim had, once again, used that
16 e-mail to try to imply that I have a drug
17 problem.
18 Now, the discussion I had with Ms.
19 Phelps was at my mother's funeral, a day that I
20 told her that I had been prescribed
21 antidepressants.
22 Now, to say that I am a drug user or I
23 have a drug problem because I am taking a
24 legally-prescribed pharmaceutical that's been
25 prescribed to me by a licensed
