Benefits are great and some of them are available upon your employment:
Medical Insurance Life Insurance Meal Subsidy Rice Allowance (1,500 php) Stock Ownership and Purchase Wellness Allowance (every Jan. of each year) Clothing Allowance (4,000 php) - I think they give this every july Shift Rotation Allowance up to 17% of your salary
Upon regularization:
Car Loan (interest free) Gas Allowance ( 5,000 php/month via gas card) Pension Plan Sick Leave and Vacation Leave ( after 1 yr. in service)
and among many others.....
Shuttle?
just a simple tip to those who are applying too, i tell you, you just have to present yourselves very well, be self-relfective and know your leadership skills... They don't ask about grades in the application process. They asks different situations that you have exercising your leadership skills...and i have lots of them during my stint in the Student council.. A newly hired friend in Makati told me he earns 30 k +++++ with overwhelming benefits. I think that could compensate well for the living expenses in Makati. A good budget will only cost you P6000-9000 monthly all-in (house rent, transportation province-makati-province, food, others). You get to save the rest of your salary, less the tax, of course. Rumor has it that Makati people earn at least 38K a month. Based on my computations (if my memory of taxation class serves me right), that is taking home about 29K plus the benefits and the training. It's a really good pay, especially to those who have families to support and it's a jackpot deal for fresh grads.
2-4 interviews po 2 sets of interview per day. Audit vs Acct = AUDIT
The first interview is bloody hell. Im an IT grad and so the interviewer is also from IT. The questions are all situational and about leadership experiences. The interviews are far from the others that I have experienced from the other companies. Interviewers are all brainy and would know definitely if your making up stories. There was one question about my thesis back in college and his even more knowledgeable about my topic than anybody else I knew. They look into communication skills and leadership skills. I believe that P&G mostly hires fresh graduates who has leadership experiences in their undergrad. Anyway, I'm planning to join P&G at the age of 27 and I just hope qualified parin ako. *comp. package!(wag na yung exact figure ah) *flexi sched(definitely not routinary, why? ***** ndi ito yung work na papaxok ka ng 8 at lalabas ka ng 5, no need to time in/out di ka papagalitan kasi late ka ng ilang mins. and so on, kelangan mo tapusin yung work mo in the fastest way possible**which is very challenging kaya ikaw bhala mag decide pano mo gagawin) *ownership u'll have the feel of owning the company, bxta may literal na ownership even w/ the company's assets *cool people competent officemates na makakatulong sayo(most coming from big3 universities at experienced employees *work from home if you feel not going to work or my emergency like baha, you can ask your boss, pero ***** dapat may access sa net *career advancement ikaw bhala kung ano gusto mo manyari sa buhay mo, lot of opportunities pero ***** dapat mo iprove mo(performance) *food(classy) marami pag may meeting *corporate- they will equip you with skills in interacting in the business world, you will make presentations and present it, you will conduct meetings etc. etc. *cool ambiance kung bored ka you can play wii, magpamasahe maglaro ng hockey and so on, pde mo timplahin lahat ng drinks (mind you, if youre not busy ) walang makukulit na mga guard bxta ok yung security system nila walang kumag na sekyung magsaswipe ng magsaswipe ng metal detector sa bawat pasok mo *food(classy) marami pag may meeting *pde lahat(u can search the net walang makukulit na it na makekelam sa gnagawa mo, you can use ur phone you can do anything ***** wag naman yung mga skandaloso bxta tapusin mo trabaho mo *the company respects ur calendar- even you are assigned to foreign markets, ull get to enjoy holidays *free products It's super situational sets of questions. Those questions kasi should get answers na will prove that candidate is fit for the culture of P&G. I cant give you the exact questions but I can only say na think of your leadership skills before going into the interview. It will have questions that you should answer in this way: what happened, what did you do, what was the outcome.

Hey guys! Just want to share my experience in applying for a position here in P&G.
08/24/2012: Took the GRT 09/03/2012: First interview (finance manager) 09/05/2012: Supposed to be second interview (was not able to attend) 09/12/2012: Second interview (at around 10:00 AM) 09/12/2012: Third interview (at around 11:30 AM) 09/12/2012: Job Offer (had second thought of signing the contract due to the supervisory position that my current employer is offering to me) 09/14/2012: Contract Signing 10/15/2012: Start date
Now, I already tendered my resignation in my current employer. Thanks for this thread. This helped me a lot.
My tip based from my experience: Prepare for the situational interview questions. Highlight your leadership skills. Show confidence in every questions the interviewer is asking. Smile. Smile. Smile.
Other sources also mentioned that aside from positions that really require expertise skills, P&G favours fresh graduates more than employed ones, and their reason for doing so also seems logical.
