2014-2015 as a full time student.
ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER
2. Candidates are requested to confirm their acceptance of the offer of admission with the subject Confirmation of Admission via E-
mail at confirmation@galgotiasuniversity.edu.in on receipt of this offer letter.
3. Candidates may check their offer letter and other details online at www.galgotiasuniversity.edu.in and click on the GEEE Result
2014 tab on the homepage.
4. Candidates who require a change in their branch may report to the campus directly at the address given below at the time of
depositing of Fees. Any Changes in branches are strictly subject to availability in seats in the respective branch/streams.
5. The Last Date to deposit the fee is on or before 30th June 2014.Candidates will be required to pay the full fee payable per annum
at the time of admission.
6. All payments are to be made by way of Demand Draft only in favour of Galgotias University Uttar Pradesh payable at New Delhi/
Noida / Greater Noida.

DOCUMENT VERIFICATION
8. Fee will be accepted after due verification of relevant documents .Candidates are requested to bring the original marksheets and
certificates along with photographs.
9. The original documents will be returned to all candidates after verification at the time of depositing the fee.
10. All admissions are subject to fulfilment of minimum eligibility criteria set by the University and as mentioned on the website.
11. Successful candidates will be granted the final admission only after verification of all below mentioned documentation.

(b) Class X Marksheets and Certificates as proof of DOB
(c) Class XII Marksheets and Certificates
(d) Migration Certificate
(e) Character Certificate.

HOSTEL ADMISSIONS
12. If Candidates are seeking Hostel admission, a separate Demand Draft will be required at the time of submission of fee for the hoste.
13. The allocation of hostel seats for all IN-CAMPUS hostels is done by an auto-allocation computerised system.
14. All allotments of hostels will be done in In-campus hostels only.
15. The Hostel fee includes Boarding, Lodging and Mess charges and no separate charges for the same will be applicable.
16. Laundry facilities are available in hostels on a chargable basis.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
17. All Admissions are subject to discipline and conduct of the Candidate.
18. Admissions are done only on merit basis. Please do not entertain any Brokers, Consultants and other intermediaries.
19. All Admissions are subject to availability of seats.
TRANSPORTATION
20. Transportation charges are free of cost between Galgotias Campus one and Galgotias Campus Two.
21. Transportation charges are as follows :
From Botanical Garden (Sector-37, Noida) to Campus Two Rs. 25,000/- (Per annum)
