WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

In consideration for receiving painting/repainting of my street address on my

propertys curb (hereinafter referred to as Event), I hereby release, waive,
discharge and covenant not to sue Tom Kerby, any volunteer involved in the
Event, or the Boy Scouts of America, its officers, servants, agents and employees
(hereinafter referred to as "releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands,
actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any loss,
damage or injury that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to
me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise, in relation
to the Event.

The Eagle Project is spray painting house addresses on the sides of curbs to make them
more visible for emergency vehicles.
The Project is free of charge and only requires that you bring the release waiver back
signed. (Without your signature I CAN NOT perform this service.
I will be collecting waivers on the 24
th
at the Dunsinane church building; we will also be
collecting them the 26
th
at 6:30 if you have them posted outside the door.
The Project will be on August 30 and will begin at 9:00 A.M.
