Detailed usage reports You are able to run detailed usage reports to gain a view of the quantity and quality of usage within the institution. Workgroup hierarchies Administrators & Editors can organise your account to have various workgroup hierarchies and this is a great way of capturing and sharing the knowledge of experts within any given department or faculty. Each workgroups can be assigned an editor or administrator who can create saved searches or other relevant content for that workgroup, which only members of that workgroups can see. Members of that work groups can then save those searches onto their own personal accounts and set up alerts to receive new funding opportunities matching the same search criteria. Remember, once the alerts are set up, the researchers dont need to keep re-running the searches are they will automatically receive funding grants matching that exact criteria each week! The work groups also ensure that the information researchers are receiving is directly relevant to them!

Content annotation Administrators & Editors can annotate our content with your own internal information. For example, by adding internal deadlines, appointing an internal mentor, adding your own URLs- directing researchers to relevant information, adding internal notes and marking an opportunity as a high priority. The ability to appoint your users as an internal mentor is particularly useful if you want to indicate who within your institution has had success with applications to a particular sponsor and to whom you wish to direct more junior researchers to! The ability to annotate our content is one way that the Networked functionality features help capture the knowledge and the know-how within your institution and ensures that its shared effectively! This magazine can then be viewed online, or emailed to people or users can opt to subscribe to the magazine which will be emailed to them every time a magazine is published.
