Business Growth Hub is recruiting a Access To Finance Service Team Co-ordinator to support and assist the team of
Access To Finance Specialists in the day-to-day running of the Access 2 Finance Services.
To be based in Manchester City Centre


The duties of the job include:

To assist the A2F Manager in the preparation of documentation for monthly reports, ad hoc requests for data and ERDF PEV
& PAV / City Deal visits under the above contract and representing the business at the Audits as required.
To support the Manager in the external promotion of the service and to proactively initiate and assist in the generation of
business enquiries, leading to increased activity.
To run the necessary office systems and procedures to support the A2F Manager and the team.
To undertake any other duties commensurate with the position and as required by the A2F Manager and the team.
To contribute to marketing effort as required ensuring that overall performance targets are achieved.
To maintain and assist with the continued development of the Website pages.
To handle client enquiries via, phone, website and email, checking eligibility and referring to team members or other
services as required.
To support the provision of client feedback
To ensure client enquiries and partner referrals are correctly recorded on the CRM system and associated data capturing
systems, updating progress against agreed actions.
To process grant funding applications and claims as part of programme delivery, checking for accuracy and compliance with
programme guidelines.
To ensure all associated administration such as raising purchase orders, invoice production and period end
reports/reconciliation are completed in timely manner and are checked for accuracy.
To represent the A2F Service at appropriate events.

Experience within similar role.
Effective written report and letter writing skills.
Effective verbal and presentational skills.
The ability to work with a wide range of partners at a wide variety of levels.
The able to work well as part of a small team.
