Petitioners Arguments

Petitioner insists that she is not boun) to pay interest on the P9'4 (illion because
the Con)itional ee) of !ale only provi)e) for the return of the )o0npay(ent in case of
failure to co(ply 0ith her obligations' Petitioner also argues that the a0ar) of attorney/s
fees in favor of the respon)ent-spouses is un0arrante) because it cannot be sai) that the
latter 0on over the for(er since the CA even sustaine) her contention that the i(position
of *,= interest co(poun)e) annually is totally uncalle) for'
