ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY
HOURS OF OPERATION
Kings Kids Preschool is twice a week on Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 11:00
am. Please be considerate and punctual as you drop off and pick up your students from
preschool. I need your child to be present and ready for class to start at 9:00 am and class
will conclude with enough time for your child to be ready to be picked up by 11:00 am.

PAYMENT
The payment for preschool has been divided into eight equal payments of $50 dollars a
month (October-May). The payment is due by the 15
th
of every month. If I dont receive
payment, I will send a reminder email and $5 late fee will be applied to the months
payment making it $55. $5 will be added every following week the payment is late.
Paying upfront is also an option if you prefer. If you would like to know how much you owe
for the rest of the year, feel free to email me and I will let you know your remaining balance
and you can pay the total in full.
TRANSPORTATION
When transporting your child to preschool, please pull up to the front of my house. State
rules require that you walk your child into my home and to me before you can drop them
off. Children are not allowed to come from transportation to the preschool room
alone. When you come to pick up your child, I will either walk him or her out to you, or you
will need to come in to get him or her. Thank you for your cooperation with this!

DISCIPLINE
Discipline will be consistent, clear and understandable to the child. When disciplining a
child, positive guidance, redirection and setting clear limits that enable a child to become
self-disciplined will be used in this facility. Children will be encouraged to respect people, to
be fair and learn to be responsible for their actions. Aggressive behavior toward provider or
children is unacceptable. Good behavior will be encouraged and praised.
