GeneraI Characterization
TEXAPON K 12 P PH is a white to off-white powder with faint characteristic odour. The product tends to
agglomerate. The agglomerates exhibit a yellowish to brownish colour and are completely soluble by heating
and stirring. Solubilizing, the agglomerates do not influence the product quality. The product is characterized
by a very high active substance matter and a very low content of inorganic salts and unsulfated fatty alcohol.
Preferred areas of application are pharmaceutical emulsion., tablets and cream shampoos.

n the original unopened containers TEXAPON K 12 P PH remains stable for at least two years, protected
from moisture at below 30C. Texapon K 12 P PH tends to agglomerate. The agglomerates exhibit a
yellowish to brownish colour and are completely soluble by heating and stirring. Solubilizing, the
agglomerates do not influence the product quality.
