PTO doesn't end in elementary school!
Dowell Middle School PTO -
The best way to support all Dowell students, faculty and staff

The PTO has decided that in lieu of doing any type of door to door
or catalog sales as our main fundraiser, we would ask families to
donate $35 per student attending the school.
This way 100% of your donation will go back to Dowell.
Benefits of the One Check Fundraiser include:
Your donation is tax deductible.
Dowell PTO keeps 100% of the money raised (traditional fundraisers
allow schools to keep only 40%-50% of the money collected).
Your student does not have to sell or deliver anything. Busy families
appreciate the ease of writing a check to help support their school.
Receive Membership to the PTO and a complimentary Dowell Middle
School PTO Directory.

How does the PTO benefit the Dowell community?
--Students enjoy extracurricular events that might otherwise not be
available. Examples of recent PTO-supported activities are
Field trips, speakers and special events for all grade levels
Honor Roll ceremony, including medals, pins and decals
Mixers for 6th and 7th graders
8th Grade beach bash and farewell walk
--Classroom projects are funded through the annual Teacher Grant
Program, which this year disbursed $1,500
--The campus is improved and beautified through PTO-funded projects
--Parents can stay involved through the PTO's many volunteer
opportunities, from copying to working with student activities

2014-2015 RECAUDAR FONDOS "ONE CHECK" / PTO AFILIACIN

Otra vez, la organizacin PTO de Dowell pide su ayuda en el alcance de nuestro
objetivo financiero Un Cheque Paseo de Ingreso de Recaudador de fondos. Este
esfuerzo se llevar la necesidad de recaudadores de fondos PTO-patrocinados
adicionales. Un Cheque Recaudador de fondos es rpido y fcil. Simplemente
escriba un cheque a la organizacin PTO de Dowell. 100 % de su donacin van
directamente a apoyar programas de la Escuela Dowell y profesores.
El objetivo de este ao es levantar 30,000 dlares para ayudar a seguir nuestros
programas que estn ya en el lugar. Adems, este dinero ayudar a crear programas
nuevos, emocionantes para nuestros estudiantes, comprar artculos para la escuela
que no son incluidos en el presupuesto cotidiano, y tambin ayudan a nuestros
profesores y personal.
De recaudadores de fondos terminaremos el 30 de septiembre de 2014.

Los beneficios Un Cheque Recaudador de fondos incluyen:
Su donacin no tendr impuestos.
El 100 % del dinero levant se queda en con la Organizacin de PTO en la
Escuela Dowell (los recaudadores de fondos tradicionales permiten que escuelas
guarden slo el 40 el %-50 % del dinero coleccionado).
Su estudiante no tiene que vender o entregar nada. Las familias ocupadas
aprecian la facilidad de escribir un cheque para ayudar y apoyar su escuela.
