As a Product Manager in Enterprise Market Planning / Wire line Product Team (Dec’08 – Till date)

a. Conceptualized and launched National pooling feature under the brand name of “Value Pooling”.
b. Conceptualized and developing IP centrex and SIP products.
c. Managing pan India operational issues of PRI and Centrex products.
d. Responsible for analyzing the revenues of national accounts and tariff revision to increase market share.
e. Initiated and concluded the New ILD segmentation in Enterprise wire line segment which is helping the
organization saving millions.
f. Initiated the new DoA (Delegation of Authority) for the evaluation of the business cases to minimize the
bottlenecks and prompt support to the field team.
g. Supported the sales team in acquiring various PAN India deals with many top customers (TC).
h. Operational in the complete process of closing PAN India deal of EPABX bundling with Syntel.

B. As Management Trainee in HNI sales – Rajasthan (July’08 – Nov’08)

1. Project Data Card Bundling – Laptop/PC dealers:

a. Initiated and created sales channel for Plug2Surf through bundling with laptop/PC.
b. Created a database of computer dealers in Jaipur City and targeted them with mailers and calls.
c. Formulated the complete commission structure and logistics, from the tie-up with the dealer to the
delivery of the device.
d. Further drilled down and targeted the last six months sales data base of the dealers to leverage the
customer loyalty.
e. The project was endorsed and appreciated by the COO and the HNI BU Head. It was replicated in all the
territories of the circle.

2. Project Walky – Tie up with residential apartments:

a. Initiated the business opportunity of tying up with the residential apartment builders and societies.
b. Created bundled offers of walky product with mobile connection, Blackberry, Plug2Surf and Tata Sky.
c. Created a BTL activity to promote the offer.

C. Summer Internship: Respond Inc., Virginia, USA (May’07 – July’07)

a. Online Marketing: Worked as category Manager and used affiliate marketing, search engine optimization,
pay per click, pay per call and pay per lead model as marketing tools for the category.
b. Cross cultural learning: Working with people of various nations helped in becoming more adaptable and
sensitive about cultural issues and gave me insights about their thought processes.
c. Buyer and Seller Acquisition for various service categories.
