Date of Admission

The aforesaid candidates are required to report for Provisional Admission and complete the
Admission related formalities on 28th & 29th Aug, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in the Ph.D, Cell of
the University, Admin 2 Building, RMLNLU.
II. Payment of Fees and Other charges
All the candidates are required to deposit the prescribed Registration Fee of Rs. 31,000/-.
The fee may be deposited by using State Bank Collect payment gateway. The link of State
Bank Collect payment gateway is available on the University website. Fee through State
Bank Collect can be paid by using online banking/Debit/Credit Cards of any bank. (Please
note that for admission fee payment purpose your enrollment No. is your serial no. in the
admission list published on the University website).
III. Necessary Documents
1. Caste Certificates (if applicable)
2. Mark sheets and certificates in support of educational qualifications.
3. Conduct/Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
4. Transfer/Migration Certificate from the Institution last attended.
5. Five colour photographs (3 passport size & 2 ticket size).
6. One set of attested copies along with the original certificates/documents as
mentioned above.
7. Admission form duly filled-in and signed by the candidate.
8. An Undertaking, in the prescribed format, of acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
of the Admission, signed by the candidate.
9. A prescribed form of particulars for Proctorial Board duly filled and signed by the
candidate.
The Admission will be provisional and subject to the verification of all the
information's/facts given in the candidate's Application Form.
Terms & Conditions of the Provisional Admission
1. The Admission of any candidate is liable to be cancelled without giving any further notice
forthwith at any time during the period of the concerned course of study if it is detected that the
candidate has/had produced fake/forged certificate(s)/document(s) or indulged in any act of
misconduct/indiscipline/moral turpitude or has/had concealed any other relevant information at
the time of seeking Provisional Admission. Such a candidate is also liable to the prosecuted
under the law of the land besides being debarred from appearing in any of the Entrance Test
of the University in future.
2. Any attempt by the candidate or anyone else on his/her behalf to influence and/or
pressurize any authorities/Admission Committee or University directly/indirectly for his/her
out of rules, the University authority shall cancel his/her Provisional Admission.
3. The Provisional Admission of all the candidates shall be subject to such Ordinances,
Rules and Regulations as may be framed from time to time by the University.
4. The University shall not be responsible in any manner for non-payment of the fee on
time.

1. The above instructions are in continuation of instructions issued earlier to the
Candidates.
2. Commencement of classes are scheduled from 1th Sep, 2014
