Training 1 Extensive training programs are provided for employees in firm. 2 Employees normally go through various training programs every year. 3 Firm provides formal training to promote skills to new hires as well as to promoted or existing employees. 4 Training programmes in my organization are planned ones. 5 Training Rules and Regulations are followed within the organization. 6 The kind of training provided to employees of my organization improves their productivity. 7 Trained employees are more enthusiastic for giving their performance. 8 Outside trainers provide training to employees when needed.
