electrolysis. Given, Faradays constant, F = 96500 C mol

, relative atomic mass of silver = 108.
8. From a point on the ground at a distance 15 m from the foot of a vertical wall, a ball is thrown at an angle
of 45 which just clears the top of the wall and afterwards strikes the ground at a distance 5 m on the other
side. Find the height of the wall.
9. (a) Explain the reversibility of light with ray diagram.
(b) An object of size 9 cm is placed at 30 cm in front of a concave mirror of focal length 20 cm. At what
distance from the mirror should a screen be placed so as to obtain a sharp image of the object ? Also find
the size and the nature of the image.
10. (a) Find the formula for electric filed intensity due to a point charge Q at a distance r, also write the formula
in vector notation.
(b) Two similar charges (each Q coulomb) are placed at some distance in air, charge q is placed at the
mid-point between them. Find the value of q in terms of Q so that the system will be in equilibrium.
