a good trend or not. This essay will examine both sides of this argument.
On the one hand, there are several reasons for which old people should occupy more important positions in the government. For one thing, it is obvious
that a larger number of crucial decisions require a wealth of experience that only old people could gain during their long working time as an authority.
Meanwhile, the less regular exposure to such tasks is likely to make young people act recklessly, which should be absolutely avoided in politics or

creative thinking, the youth tend to be more willing to change and reform, which is vital for a stagnant economy without any changes for a long time.
Secondly, generational replacement is always necessary in any workplace. Such arguments make sense to some extent; however, I consider them still
short-sighted. Firstly, new ideas may not be always true, while most young people lack patience and experience to take such ideas into consideration.
Secondly, despite the vital role of generational replacement, young people still need certain amount of time to learn from their seniors to obtain enough
qualification for leadership.
In conclusion, although young people have certain good qualifications that their older peers do not hold, there should not be too many of them in charge

generation, making use of their strength and receptive mind in the twilight years, always come up with new ideas, new strategies, new policies for the
new transformations and by that way, the whole nation is in a good place to moving forward.
Nevertheless, there are still some other pros if the crucial positions in the government are in the olds hands. Undeniably, nowhere is the will found more
consistent than in the mindset of the sexagenarians, which counts most when matter of Yes or - No decision is challenging. Is it really trustworthy to
put the destiny of the nation to the hand of impatient youngsters who are supposed to be easily stirred up by incitement? It is really a time taking skill

those involved to have ingenious management over circumstances. Another social norm that hinders the effectiveness of young people especially in
Asia is the Confucius-influenced mindset that young people should always listen to old people regardless of reasons. That mindset could potentially
trigger conflicts when young people manage other senior members in the office.
In my opinion, I would choose to be on the side of the supporters because the reasons given by the opponents are just stereotypes and purely extrinsic
to our subjects. Ability and experience could only be proven through the outcome of work, not by counting ages.

minds to take charge of imortant tasks in the government is a good idea; however, others can not agree with this viewpoint.
There are some reasons for people to support the trend of giving chances for young people to contribute for the government while holding important
positions there. The most convincing reason is possibly lies in the differencies between how fresh young heads and many years experienced minds
work. The seemingly unlimited enthusiasm and energy is an undeniable plus for young people, as they havent been thrown into the ugly reality much
enough for their idealistic minds grow tired of dealing with problems in political inviroment, which is always sensitive and complicated. On top of that, a
lot of young people aware of how this new trend gives them an open gate to so many oppotunities they have been dreaming of. It gives them motivation
to work harder. And as a result, they do.
On the other hand, the lack of experiencies may create difficulities for people at young age while doing important duties in the government. Being
young, they may seem fearless but the actual reason behind it is that they havent face problems big enough. Some issues can be so much serious
than what they imagined, or in some cases, they heavent. Besides, with people who have been working for a long time and gained a lot experiencies
along with their ages, the idea of following younger people can be not so appealing.
In conclusion, there are convincing arguments both for and against placing young people in key posts in the goverment, but as a youngster myself, to

I remember a poster which I saw in a United State presidential election campaign in 2008, it said No country for old men!. In some ways, this slogan
relates to the issue that I want to go in depth into, that is the increasingly number of young people who hold a significant role in the government. By the
government, there would be differences in political-based system between countries so in order to avoid misunderstanding about the issue, I will focus
on a specific case Vietnamese government.
Vietnam is a traditional country that people spend more respects to the elder, who has more experiences. So why a youngster with very little
experiences can be a leader in political field? In addition, there are proved evidences that explain how a youngster can take position not only in state-
owned organization but also in the government. Those reasons allmost based on closed relation, corruption or position power of their relatives. And the
important thing is that all reasons above could not guarantee the ability of a person, so we the citizen have to take risk about future development,

However, in the other side, there would be some good points when young people hold an impotant position in the government. Having a better
education condition that will help youngster understand more about how the world is moving and address greater strategic plan for the future
development of country. Besides that, young generation are significantly contributing to economic growth, social responsibility and they need a person

For me, I strongly support having young people in a government system, however, they need to be closly supervised by the elder who has more

All in all, while to a certain extent it is true that younger politicians have less experiences and public confidence than elders, I would still conclude by

guide and advise of the forbear generation, these characters can lead them to have wrong decisions and break up all the system.That might cause
several serious consequences for economy, political situation and society of their country.
On the other hand, I believe that young people who have unlimited creative power and be well educated at the university would help country to advance

It is first claimed that young people do not have much realistic experience. They are be trained the theories very well when they were at the university,
but due to the lack of practical and social experience, they aren't capable of solving the problems by a wise solution and smart dealing. Moreover,
because they are too young they might be aggressive and superficial, so if they made a wrong decision it will have very serious consequences,
