In recent times, increasingly more dominant positions in the government have been undertaken by young people, which raises an issue of whether it is
a good trend or not. This essay will examine both sides of this argument.
On the one hand, there are several reasons for which old people should occupy more important positions in the government. For one thing, it is obvious
that a larger number of crucial decisions require a wealth of experience that only old people could gain during their long working time as an authority.
Meanwhile, the less regular exposure to such tasks is likely to make young people act recklessly, which should be absolutely avoided in politics or
foreign affair. Furthermore, old politicians go through longer process, building up higher reputation; thereby being more easily able to convince citizens
of governments policies. To sum up, the lack of experience is the most obvious disadvantage of young people against the older ones.
On the other hand, some people still have their own reasons to believe in young peoples ability to assume more authority. Firstly, with innovative and
creative thinking, the youth tend to be more willing to change and reform, which is vital for a stagnant economy without any changes for a long time.
Secondly, generational replacement is always necessary in any workplace. Such arguments make sense to some extent; however, I consider them still
short-sighted. Firstly, new ideas may not be always true, while most young people lack patience and experience to take such ideas into consideration.
Secondly, despite the vital role of generational replacement, young people still need certain amount of time to learn from their seniors to obtain enough
qualification for leadership.
In conclusion, although young people have certain good qualifications that their older peers do not hold, there should not be too many of them in charge
of important positions. Instead, they should be given more time in an inferior position to acquire prestige and gain experience. 7

The mission of governing a country has always been far from easy. It is thought that appointing young people to the key posts in the government means
a brighter future for the country while others subscribe to the notion that apparently it may sound, young governors are not fully capable of having the
great mission completed. In my view, advantages of having youngster operate the country outweigh their disadvantages.
Admittedly, a majority of leaders in most authority systems nowadays are the old. After years of vicissitudes, thanks to a wealth of experience and
knowledge gained from politics scene throughout life, our senior are able to establish a trust mark in the brain of his staff, his colleges and the hardest
part of all - his people, which makes it impossible for the youngster to do the same. However, being a politician means one having a huge amount of
workload to be dealt with everyday and thousands of important decisions to be made at any time. Yet, the fact has it that the old age is often associated
with health issues, which may deprive them the capacity of doing so. It is also thought that in accompany with the presence of the old governors is the
possibility of their preservation of traditional ways of thinking, resulting in outdated ways of operating the whole system. The young, unlike their former
generation, making use of their strength and receptive mind in the twilight years, always come up with new ideas, new strategies, new policies for the
new transformations and by that way, the whole nation is in a good place to moving forward.
Nevertheless, there are still some other pros if the crucial positions in the government are in the olds hands. Undeniably, nowhere is the will found more
consistent than in the mindset of the sexagenarians, which counts most when matter of Yes or - No decision is challenging. Is it really trustworthy to
put the destiny of the nation to the hand of impatient youngsters who are supposed to be easily stirred up by incitement? It is really a time taking skill
to be learned from the old ones. However, the young score more goals by their creativity and social activity, especially by their less proneness to
corruption as well as great vision for the nation development in the future.
In a nutshell, no matter who dominates the politic arena, no matter how qualified or not enough ones are, once they do, above all, they are expected to 6.5

Having young people elected to important positions in the government has always been a controversial issue. Both the supporters and the opponents
have reasons to prove their views. It is crucial to look at their arguments before forming an opinion.
To begin, there are several advantages if young people have political power in their hand. We can not deniable that young people have the unlimited
creativity. Their knowledge is up-to-date and their ideas are close to the needs of young generation citizens. Secondly, who would be more enthusiastic
and energetic than the young ones not to mention their healthy well-being that further guarantees more stable working performance. Finally, there have
been many examples of successful young leaders in the history, from US president J.F. Kennedy to Singapore Prime Minister Lee K.Y. They all
assumed positions in offices at early ages and they did great jobs in promoting their countries by excellent domestic and foreign policies.
On the other hand, the common opinion of the opponents is that being young is equivalent to being inexperienced. For them, experience could only be
gained through long training and there are things that people could only reap when they mature. Since politics is a complex environment that requires
those involved to have ingenious management over circumstances. Another social norm that hinders the effectiveness of young people especially in
Asia is the Confucius-influenced mindset that young people should always listen to old people regardless of reasons. That mindset could potentially
trigger conflicts when young people manage other senior members in the office.
In my opinion, I would choose to be on the side of the supporters because the reasons given by the opponents are just stereotypes and purely extrinsic
to our subjects. Ability and experience could only be proven through the outcome of work, not by counting ages.

These days, an increasing number of critical roles in government are dominated by young person. While I accept that there are disadvantages to this, I
believe that it is a good sign for all nations.
Some people, especially the older ones, argue that a government ruled by youth is a dangerous thing. They think that the young is impatience and lack
experience. Even one hasty, reckless decision may lead to serious unforeseen consequences. But in my opinion, in a rapidly changing world like now, a
bold, risky decision is still better than a slow, safe one or even no decision at all in many cases.
On the other hand, there is a great number of advantages if young people are the one directing the country. First, they are zealous and have a strong
body. Both mental and physical health is crucial in a strenuous task like this. Second, they have great visions that are not confined to old conventions
and are very willing to try new things. They are ready to face any challenges that require a breakthrough in thinking. Also, they can be role model, a
source of inspiration for all youth and even older people to really contribute something for the nation. Finally, they are less likely to be involved in
corruption and similar activities. The innocence and ideal of youth are the best virtues that earned the trust of people, not the greed and groups
benefit of aged members.
In conclusion, it seems to me that it is better to let young people have more influence in operating the government.

Nowadays, the issue of including young people in the Government sparks bitter controversy among top politicians. While some people are of the
opinion that it is not suitable for a youngster to play a crucial role in the political system, I personally believe that it benefits in much broader ways.
On the one hand, it cannot be denied that there are several reasons why young people are not suitable for such important positions. The first factor
contributing to this argument is in term of experiences. Adults who have worked for many years will certainly have much more actual experiences than
the ones who have just left universities and have lots of theories but little of experience. In addition, when having power, young people are more likely to
become ambitious and prefer a short way to achieve success, wealth. They are, therefore, easily embroiled in criminal paths such as taking bribe or
embezzlement.
On the other hand, I believe it is more beneficial to challenge the young in these positions. Firstly, as many young people desire to devote themselves to
changing the country, they should be given a chance. With youthful vigor, youngsters are very enthusiastic to do their best to bring up their nations.
Secondly, the opinions of young people are really helpful in many certain aspects that predecessors do not understand as well as they do. Take
education as an example, as the world is developing in every minute, students' thoughts are also changing. The younger politicians are, the more
adequate look they have at the benefits and drawbacks of current education to propose better policies.
In conclusion, for the reasons mentioned above, I believe young people should be considered to the essential positions in the Government.

An increasingly number of young people nowadays play a important role in the government. Many individuals believe that this trend should be
encouraged, while others think it is not enough ability for young generation to responsible for national problems. Both these views will be thoroughly
discussed in this essay.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why young people should be ran the major position in the governments system. Firstly, comparing with
elderly generation, the youth are more dynamic and enthusiatic. Young people, nowadays, tend to approach modern education, so they are more likely
to have innovative and creative thinking. For example, they will creat better solutions which are taken to tackle many social problems such as traffic
congestion or polution. Secondly, younger generation who have better physical often work more effectively. It is evident that if they have a strongly
health, they will ready to face with various challenges involve work pressure. Finally, Youngsters who hold the leader position in the government are
often source of inspiration for young generation. Many young people become a ideal model of many teenagers, especially those who want to set their
foot on political road.
On the other hand, there are undeniable drawbacks of holding the vital position the the government by young people. First, they are impatient and lack
of social experience, which might negatively affect their decisions and performances. While leader position in the government require a great deal of
skills and real experience that young people are not have. Furthermore, many citizens are not believe in leadership of young people, because each
decision can impact their whole societys life, concerned their rights and benefits. Thus, they always consider who are their leader in the government.
In conclusion, I believe the advantages of this trend far outweigh the disadvantages. Young people should be held the leader position in the government
in order to develop their country.

Recently, more and more young people assert theirself and take influential positions in the government. Some people argue that they are not suitable to
hold such important governing positions, whereas others believe that their youths enable them to fulfill even arduous jobs. In my point of view, I think
there should be a good balance of both young and mature members in a government.
There are many advantages if young people have the power and authority to control a governing jobs. With their enthusiasm and zealousness, they can
face up to difficult problems and complete them with creativeness. Besides, their physical strength is the key for them to be ready to face any
challenges. They also have excellent abilities to apply modern high technology management models to the government machine.
On other hand, some people argue that young people shoudnt assume the reims of government. They think that yong people are impatient and lack
experience while governing issues require not only energy but also matureness. They perceive young people may make a decision hastily and lead to
many serious consequences. For example, when it comes to politics, young people would seem to have difficulty in resolving the problems if their
country were invaded or inquisitorial by Neighbour Countries. Because they are inexperienced in the politic matters they have never undergone.
In conclusion, I believe that it is better to let the emerging youth take the nation forward by offering them important positions in the government. Yet its
also indispensable to have matured members in there. 6

Whether or not younger people can take responsibility for governmental tasks is a contentious topic. Some people hold the view that younger people
should be made ineligible for important government positions while others argue that there is a merit to offer important government jobs to the young.
The aforementioned viewpoints will be explored herein.
On the one hand, I accept that young adults have a specific limitation in comparison with older people in carrying serious national responsibilities. It is
down to the fact that governments jobs require a great deal of experience and advanced training especially in fields namely countrys military or heath
care system. Normally, in terms of experience and profession, older people far outweigh younger ones. Lack of pratical experience and in-depth
knowledge can lead to disastrous decisions which, in turn, have catastrophic impacts on the survival of a nation.
On the other hand, I am of the opinion that young people have enough capability to make good core employees in the government for some reasons. To
begin with, people at the young ages can bring more creative and fresh ideas to governments. Undeniably, the young are always looking to the future
and less likely affected by negative remains of old-fashioned regimes. Due to the fact that younger people are more open minded , there are more
possibility that they can make breakthroughs as well as conduct revolutions in numerous fields. Apart from this, the young have better health and more
boundless energy than older ones. This means they are able to work hard and keep learning continuously to effectively accomplish governmental tasks
as a result.
In conclusion, While some people hesitate to believe in the youngs abilities to hold key government positions, my own view is that government career
options should be awarded to capable people regardless of the age group and young people should given more chance to obtain government jobs. 6

Some people think that young people are not suitable for important positions in governments of countries. Others argue that young people have new
ideas in these positions. Discuss both views and give your opinion
Recently, youngsters are increasingly popular in government sectors with important responsibilities. Some people assert that the younger generations
are unsuitable for those positions since they tend to be less skilled. Nevertheless, other people perceive their creativity as beneficial in resolving the
difficulties encountered by the government.
There is no denying that the younger generations tend to behave in an impulsive and imprudent way to deal with controversial issues, and this is
especially detrimental when it comes to handling pressing tasks in government departments. The major responsibilities for the administrative organs
should be guaranteeing a harmonious society and tackling conflicts at the best interest of citizens. As distinct from the grew generation, youths are
commonly perceived as inexperienced. Specifically, a lack of practical experience could result in a failure to perform their tasks efficiently, especially
when they encounter unexpected events. This inevitably weakens the public image of the authority. In light of this, youths are not competent for the
positions in governments.
Nevertheless, young officials' superiorities in government departments could be justified. This is primarily due to their creativity and open-mindedness. It
is widely recognized that the task in the authority could be extremely complicated and troublesome while the workload is overwhelming. However,
youngsters are likely to tackle issues from different angles and demonstrate more tolerance to respect people from diverse racial and cultural
backgrounds. This in turn instills vitality and momentum in the working environment, thereby facilitating their work efficiency.
In brief, youngsters lack experience but have their advantages in addressing issues creatively. However, those significant positions in governments
should be performed carefully by people with rich experience and down-to-earth attitude rather than job cookies like youths. 6

Engaging young people in politics as crucial factors has been a growing trend as well as a controversial issue. This essay will present different
viewpoints on the matter and my own opinion.
The most outstanding advantage of young politicians is their courage to rejuvenate. To be more specific, young people are more likely to keep up with
new technology which serves as an effective tool of management. More importantly, in case of stagnant economies, newly-appointed young leaders are
willing to reform old methods of working and thinking.
However, young politicians are prone to experience deficiency. Hence, it takes them a longer time to come up with solutions in unfamiliar difficult cases.
Also, their lack of life experience is a hindrace when communicating with people, especially elderly ones. What is more, acquiring success at a young
age may lead them to become arrogant or satisfied and give up efforts.
In my view, I would prefer age not to be incorporated into criteria for assessing a politicians ability. Young age does not ensure progress, take Adolf
Hitler, who commenced his political career at the age of 30 and nearly 10 years later initiated World War II, as an example. Meanwhile, young age does
not restrict ones talent and vision, namely Emperor Meijis ability to transform Japan from a primarily agricultural and militarily weak country to an
imperial world power, all at his thirties.
To sum up, politicians, young or otherwise, should be provided with equal opportunities as ultimately, it is ones talent, character and passion that really
matter. 6

Operating a nation is an arduous mission and at present the numbers of young people who work for the gorvernment as essential positions are
boosting. While some people consider this tendecy is good, others are sceptical about it.
The young have enough ability to hold important positions of power for many reasons. To begin with, they are enthusiastic and more open-minded.
They can bring creative, fresh mind and modern technology of society management. Young people have broaden vision and international spirit which is
necessary for government managers to take responsibility for key tasks. Apart from this, the young have better health and energy than the older, which
enables them to work effectively in dealing with tough tasks.
What is more, it is seemed to be easier for younger leaders to inspire the youth do something for the benefit of the country.
On the other hand, there are some arguments that it is not suitable to offer important jobs of the Cabinet to the young. The main reason for this view is
that young people lack social experience and skills to become part of the political process. They are viewed as impatient and always judge the stuff as
the booking writing. Futhermore, young people mightbe over-confident sometimes that leads them make mistakes. It is a very hazard signal to older
people that new leader focus on wealth, money and living stuffs while they just enter their career life in Cabinet. It might have negative impacts on the
survival of a nation.
In conclusion, I believe that the young can take the nation forward if they are offered important positions in the Gorvernment, but they also need older
people to give them right advices and directions. (282 words) 6

That an escalating quantity of youngsters play significant roles in political field nowadays predisposes a controversial issue. Some people advocate this
tendency since it generates opportunities to reform policies whilst others hold the opinion that owing to deficiency of leadership experiences, it is
inappropriate that youthful people get involved in governmental activities.
Admittedly, young people have principal duties in the government, the result of which triggers chances to improve and renew policies. To commence
with, thanks to innovative and creative mind, youngsters are likely to regulate contemporary and suitable regulations. They are capable of applying
international renovation and modern technology to enhance the progress of society. Additionally, since they are enthusiastic and energetic, not only do
they dare to try new ideas but also they acknowledge and attempt to overcome challenges. They have ability to address serious problems by adequate
solutions which are highly approved by the community. Accordingly, it is suitable that youthful people are appointed to take critical positions in political
sector.
Conversely, due to insufficient experiences in governing, adolescents should not hold substantial function in government system. Since political
decisions have influential impacts on national situation, they should apparently be strong and capable leaders as authorities. Nonetheless, hardly can
they have broad perspective to control society when their knowledge about politics is limited. Additionally, they have inadequacy of organizing skill.
Regardless of being enthusiastic and ambitious, they can easily make reckless and hasty decisions which merely bring benefits to particular field but
not the whole country. Generally, owing to the shortage of leading experiences, youngsters shouldnt play essential roles in the government.
For the mentioned justifications, I assume that young people should spend time obtaining leadership experiences as well as comprehension of politics
previously to contributing their abilities and enthusiasm by holding important duties in authority. 6

Politics is one of the most crucial major of every countries in the world. Currently, a number of young politicians play important roles in the government,
which raises many controversies on their capabilities and responsibilities. From my point of view, young people should be encouraged to take part in the
government, but only in some certain positions.
On the one hand, the youth is very dynamic, which means that they have lots of innovative ideas and always working with passions and enthusiasm.
For example, Sebastian Kurz, the youngest foreign minister of EU at the age of 27, has done many programs to help immigrants integrating with new
environment and people. Moreover, young people grow up in a modern era which is full of new technology and equipments; therefore, their perspective
is totally more advanced than their elder counterparts. Thirdly, generation replacement is always necessary; there must be new successors to continue
operating the political machine.
On the other hand, young people are considered as lacking of experiences and having decisions based on emotions. It is especially inappropriate if
such young politicians hold important positions in Department of Defense or Ministry of foreign affairs; for its crucial effects to national security. For
example, with just one mistake in the direction of the military, wars between countries are absolutely possible. Furthermore, the youth sometimes have
impulsive decisions, together with the incapacity of having the insights and the intuitiveness of an adept politician.
In a nutshell, I think that the government should have both young and old politicians. If we can combine the advantages and remove the negative points
of them, nations would be more and more prosperous.

It has always been controversial issue over whether the young is deemed suitable for crucial positions in an authority system. Even though some people
argue that it is not a positive trend, I firmly believe in the opposite.
On the one hand, the option to give important positions for the old is attractive for several reasons. It is, firstly, argued that being in charge of these jobs
requires various qualifications. However, experience is indeed one of the most prime criteria and undoubtedly, the young fail to accumulate sufficient
experience to handle these tasks. Besides, if they were entitled to make a decision, this would lead to disastrous repercussions, affecting thousands of
peoples lives. Another special consideration in this case is that having power at their early ages possibly makes them become arrogant. Rarely do they
listen to the olds advices. Consequently, they are likely to be lured into a trap of corruption or bribery. By contrast, the old are more mature and by
virtue of their experience, they can avoid political schemes that the young easily fall into.
On the other hand, I believe that it is more beneficial when the old give way to the young to take up these important posts in the governments. Firstly, it
is generally accepted that they are educated in better environment. Some of them graduated from prestigious universities in the world with many
professors who are experts in their fields. Thanks to both knowledge and practical skills that the young are equipped in these environments, they can
overcome all obstacles facing them in their careers. Secondly, by dint of being younger, more creative and enthusiastic generation, the youngsters are
more likely to catch up with every changes of new cutting edge technology as well as update latest information. It is no doubt that they are willing to
sacrifice their time and effort to keep perfecting themselves in order to compensate for their dearth of experience. Moreover, the important positions in
government should be in hand of younkers who are not affected by prejudice and old fashioned thinking which hinder their countries from thriving to
reach its zenith.
For the reasons mentioned above, it seems to me that the young should be encouraged to take responsible for more important roles in the authority
system. 5.5

In the context of modern-day life, young people assume office in government has become a subject of controversy and it has been argured that the
youth plays an important role in developing of a country. However,in this essay,I intend to dig deeper into both values and drawbacks of this tendency as
follows.
First of all, It is indisputable that young person provides resources essential to enable, sustain and enhance operational efficiency of government. It is no
exaggeration to say that young people supply a driving force for government management. For a particularly salient example, the youth, nowadays, have
complete knowledge, skills and qualities such as intelligent, self-motivated and self-directed which are intensively conducive to catching new trends in
the world. Consequently, these benefits that created by young people are regarded as an instrument for boosting productivity of government. Ignoring
the significance of this respect for the overall aim of promoting well-being of a country can thus be a grave mistake.
Despite positive implications, those who adopt an alternative stance maintained that young people bring about bad effects to operational government.
Their argument is based on assumption that many young people lack experiences to resolve problems that requiring practical knowledge. There is a
possibility that they are not able to cope with the complex tasks when take on new roles. Nevertheless, I would argure that with strong physical and
psychological state, the youth will adapt easily with these problems and complete them effectively.
By the way of conclusion, I once again reaffirm my belief that young people positively contributes to the sustainability of government, but they need to
learn more to become all-round individuals before holding a government post. 5.5

There have been an increasing numbers of young people holding important positions in governments recently. While some claim that those powerful
positions are better matched to senior officials, I am more convinced of the idea that each person should have the same opportunity to do what they are
capable of regardless of their ages.
The opinion that only experienced members of society should be allowed to apply for a position in government has some valid argument. Firstly, they
have gained real experience and learnt practical skills, which are essential in making decisions and leading to a successful career that benefits not only
themselves but also the general public. Secondly, many senior citizens are still in full possession of all their faculties and able to work as effective as
the young. Finally, senior officials have established reputations for a long time and therefore, they have stronger influences on community groups than
their junior counterparts do.
On the other hand, I believe that there are some good points to consider offering the young positions in political system. Firstly, creative thinking and
youthful enthusiasm enable them to have a perfect vision about the future of their nations, willing to change and ready to face challenges whilst old
people often have conservative attitudes. In addition, taking up a position in governmental bodies earlier allow young people to experience hardship of
the job and provide them with chance to learn from experts in this field. By that way, they could progress more quickly.
For the reasons mentioned above, it seems to me that young people still could benefit society and community by taking part in political system. That is
the chance for them to fulfill their potentials and contribute to the development of their countries. 5.5

Nowadays, there are more and more young people holding the important positions in government. Besides the supporting opinions, many others still
fear that it is not truly suitable. In this essay, I will consider both opinions concerning this issue
It is acknowledged that there is a great potential in young people. They have boundless energy, never tiring in whatever work they passionately believe
in. They are always willing to dynamically work with 100% energy without fear of failure. This can, undoubtedly, motivate other people much, especially
in our stagnant political environment which currently need the creative force and innovations. In addition, being well educated, they can always bring the
fresh ideals and solutions to inherent problems in politics. As youngsters, they definitely know more about the prospects of a country for future
generations than the elders, accordingly making the meaningful contributions to country construction.
In contrast, it is obvious that youngsters do not have adequate value of real experience. As we know, politics is a critical element for development of a
country. A wrong decision in urgent situations may lead to a great extent of damage, that is why many youngsters need to seek advices from the elders,
because they know how to deal with important matters concerned, and the youth may not. Whats more, the self-confidence sometimes makes
youngsters become impatient and careless. Gaining the success early, they may feel complacent and do not consider other opinions until they
themselves make huge mistakes.
In conclusion, in my own point of view, the youth are like dynamite which can do great good when used in the right way. If the youth can be an active
listeners and learners, in connection with their potential of youth, they absolutely can play well the vital roles in our government, rebuilding lives and
communities. 5.5

The past few years have seen a dramatic increase in the number of young people playing crucial roles in the gorvernmental hierarchy. While i accept
that milddle-aged politicians are the deep-rooted leaders, I would argue that it is better to have faith in the leadership of our descendants.
The idea of having young people in government is disadvantageous to some extent. The main shortcoming is that they are by no means experienced
than those who have had long-term times in the authority. Despite the fact young people are being educated in a much more morden system, lack of
practical experience is something they can not avoid, particularly in politic field. As a result, some of them will make the wrong choice when deciding a
decision which relates to fate of the country. Revealing confidental policies to the rival country would be a good example of this. Furtherrmore, it is their
over-cheerful youth that could lead them to some illlegal activities, mostly corruption. The immaturity of thinking as well as the lack of patientness to
deal with some challenging problems are also the paramount factors why youngters are not suitable for important positions.
On the other hand, it seems to me that young people should be allowed to have positions in the leader community because of some indisputable
benefits which the elders do not possess. Firstly, they are young, enthusiastic and educated carefully. So why not them? It would be such a waste if
they are not exploited efficiently. Secondly, they are themselves the ones who access the prevailing condition of their country, therefore, suitable
solutions would be came up with to lead the country forward. Opinions come from youngster in Vietnam are not seriously considered in the views of
elderly leaders, however, it is time for us to ask ourselves whether to change the way of thinking to develop or remain the conventional which is proper
for modern day no longer . Take education in vietnam as an example, young people said that it would be more reasonable to eliminate unnescessary
sessions, after many years, ministry of education finally took action to carry out this brilliant idea.
By way of conclusion, there remains some disagreement as to whether young people should be allowed to hold vital positions .It is my personal belief
that they would have such an impact on our society if the power is given to them, i mean, in a positive way. 5.5

In present circumstances, there is a growing change in authorities age that youngsters are increasingly having responsibilities for vital positions in the
machinery of government. According to some people, an increase in the number of young authorities should be welcomed, while there are those for
various reasons consider that the government should be managed by older politicians. This essay is going to clarify both points of view.
There are several reasons why more and more young politicians have achieved successes in pursuit of political careers. The first and foremost reason
is that youngsters, nowadays, are considered as gifted leaders, who are high-educated and have respected characteristics. Young people are provided
much more opportunities to acquire their knowledge and approach high-quality education throughout the world, for instance, studying abroad, searching
information through various sources like documents, newspaper and the Internet. Apart from these facilities above, many individuals who are still
extremely young in ordinary politicians age terms have proven that the younger they are, the more ambitious, dynamic, creative and quick-minded they
become authentically. Furthermore, providing more chances for youngsters to enter politics is also an effective method which encourage them to grasp
their opportunities and make their sustained efforts to devote to their nations politics. As an illustration, in several states in the United state, youngsters
were in their early twenties when they had won the election to become mayors, even there had been some mayors who were a freshman, sophomore or
junior at university.
On the other hand, there are some drawbacks to this trend which rejuvenates youth participation in politics, especially from the standpoint of
experience. It is reasonable that young politicians might have insufficient experiece compared to the elderly politicians. As a result, their opinions might
be not persuadable and reliabe enough or even sometimes, their young-in-mind thought will lead to immature decisions which are responsible for
serious consequences. Besides, a shortage of living experience will also cause to aggressiveness and self-esteem because they always aspire to
express their personality. What is more, people have little faith in a young government due to descendant of an influential family. Some senior
authorities have abused their position and power by raising their offsprings to a high position in government structure.
In spite of these demerits, the rejuvenation of the machinery of government will continue to be prevalent. While I tend partly towards the opponents, I
would have to support young politicians. If they could show their commitment to express their talent, they will definitely gain their citizens respect. 5.5

Currently, there is an upward trend in young people playing leading roles in the government. Many people hold the attitude that this may lead to a
brighter future while other individuals refute this viewpoint . To my mind, this issue hold both advantages and disadvantages. However, I believe that the
next generation should be encouraged to take part in the system.
Admittedly, this situation gives rise to some undeniable disadvantages to some extent. The main shortcoming is that the youth are usually less
experienced but more reckless than their old counterparts. Moreover, governing a country is not an easy task but rather a serious and important affair.
Therefore, it is somewhat risky to entrust them with such an important and serious job.
However, Some people conceive it as a positive thing which may lead to a brighter future. I heartily support this point of view. Firstly, young people are
often enthusiastic and ambitious so they are willing to face challenge and eager to figure out how to deal with the problem. Moreover, the majority of
young people are creative. Thus, they often come up with distinctive ideas to strengthen the regime. Secondly, the appointment of younger generation
to the dominant place in the government is subjective of an improved quality of education. The promotion of young people also implies that the youth
are gaining confidence from the high authority and given the priority.
In conclusion, I think that the promotion of young people in the government contain both pros and cons. However, I believe that the benefits outweigh
the drawbacks and I hope that there are more and more outstanding young people gaining the place they deserve. 5.25

Nowadays, more and more young people are encouraged to hold the important positions in the government because of their wonderful talents and
creations as well. However, if you ask a younger, he may agree with this trend, while if you ask an older, he may disagree. So what is the contradition
between these arguements?
Firstly, it can't be denied that young people are very talent, sociable, active and have higher education. Most of them graduate from good universities
and they are also well-educated. Their intelligence, society management and especially is their genius brains can build the country becoming richer and
better. For example, in the US, recently, several young politicians make waves in Congress such as Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin and Sen. Marco
Rubio of Florida. Additionally, older people have little energy to govern the country and they may cannot concentrate in something easy. Their backward
thinking sometimes can make everything become even worse.
However, the youngers have not as much experience as the olders. Just because someone is younger it does not mean that they should be up for
leading positions on government. Younger people have yet to learn what older people in government know. They need many years of study and
personal experience in order to achieve a position where they are responsible for such a big job as being in government. Younger people might have
fresher views on subject but they still lack the experience.
In my opinion, young people should take part in the government, but also need the olders and experienced people to give them right guide and
direction. Politics are the complex issues, so a wrong political decision can lead to a negative impact on a country. Therefore, the mix between the
olders who have experiences, thoughts and actions carefully and the youngers who have creation, open thinking and fresher views can solve all the
problems and make the country more developing.
To sum up, I hope that in the future, the young people will keep the main role in the government with the help of the old people behind. All of us should
believe in the great talents and creations of the young generation. 5.25

An often debated topic is whether young people should be allocated to pivotal positions in the government. Personally, i believe that this has both
negative and positive consequences, as will be now explained.
To begin with, it is safe to claim that young generations today are better educated than in the past. Thus, they utterly absorb a comprehensive education
which totally support them to address many complex issues such as political regime or macroscopic problems. For instance, young people nowadays
approach new knowledge easily thanks to the innovation of technology, so broadening their horizons and often have an open mind. Consequently, they
may come up with a tolerant solution instead of conservative judgement of previous generations.
Secondly, handing over authority for young people means that we can prepare for the next generations of politicians. Not all people can guarantee that
the young would do well immediately after the older s retire; hence, they need to time enough to familiarize with basic political things prior to get involve
in. This is the case that the government of Vietnam is manipulating for young citizens in its new policy.
However, there are those in favour of detecting young people to engage in the authority. Advocates of this way may base on subjective attitudes to
enhance their points of view. The reason given is that young people often lack experience to cope with national and international issues. However,
thorough understandings in this field requires a constant accumulation in long period; and it is irrefutable that no one can be perfect and avoid mistakes,
no matter how long they undertake an important positions in the government. Furthermore, it would be impractical to compare between the experiences
of the old and the enthusiasm of the young, this should be combined instead separated.
In conclusion, it seems to me that some positions in the government should be assigned for young people despite undeniable helpful experiences of the
old politicians. 5.25

Recently, youngsters are increasingly popular in government sectors with important responsibilities. Some people opine that this situation is good where
as others are skeptical about it. In the following paragraphs, I intend to discuss both views followed by my opinion.
There are many advantages if young people hold the positions of power. To begin with, they are enthusiastic and zealous. They have a great vision and
the spirit to take the nation forward. They are not confined to conventions and are willing to try new things. They are ready to face challenges. What's
more, as the new generations are better educated, they are capable to deal with a majority of problems with specialized knowledge of diverse aspect. If
an elder officer is assigned to design a reasonable setting of the traffic lights, he or she may have to conduct lots of experiments. However, a younger
qualified man can accomplish this task using statistics in just a few days. From two points, it is appropriate to appoint younger people to take some
important positions in the government.
On the other hand, some argue that it is not proper to give the reins of the nation in raw hands. They feel that the young are impatient and lack social
experience. Any of their hasty decisions may have serious consequences. Politic is one of the complex issues, whether young people have enough
experiences to do it better? A wrong political decision could also negative impact on a national evenly large relational peace. Following time, human
have thoughts and actions carefully, so seniors are difficult to make the right choices.
As far as I am concerned, there are certainly young talents that are suitable for certain positions of the government. Nonetheless, we should consider
more cautiously with strict tests when choosing new members of the government. 5.25

Nowadays more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that it is a good thing, while others argue
that it is not suitable. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
In the context of integrated world, the young have been offered unique opportunities to self-develop. A large number of them have gained advance in
their career and increasing number of them hold high positions in various areas, including politics. This trend has become a subject of intense debate.
Some beleive that it can brings benefits to society, while others do not agree for the detremental impact possibly caused to the whole nation. Each view
has its own merit.
There are quite plausible reasons why many people are against the applications of many youth into the government. The young are widely considered
to lack practical experience. Newly-graduated students, for example, are mostly equipped with domain-related knowledge at school but the real-world
experience. This undoubtedly exerts bad influence on their process of solving problems, especially unexpected ones or the ones relating to foreign
affairs, as they are frequently too young to have a comprehensive view of the outside world. Moreover, the young are often behave in impulsive and
imprudent way due to their active minds. This sounds unsuitable to positions whose main tasks are to tackle remaining issues in society, which have far-
reaching implications for the long-term development.
However, there are also strong reasons why many people consider the trend of young politicians beneficial. The young, with open minds and up-to-date
knowledge can be easier to get in the swing of the ever-changing world. Take the case in Vietnam as a telling example. Young Vietnamese now are
more flexible in the introduction of new technology into domestic production, for instance. This has boosted the productivity of the whole economy.
Furthermore, with the ever increasing number of students going overseas for further study in recent decades, Vietnam stands higher possibility to learn
from the civilization and development of highly-developed countries. This is certainly advantageous to the multi-faceted improvement of the nation.
In the final analysis, I believe that the increasing rate of the young in the government organs is good news as it brings more chances for the young to try
and contribute to the society. Of course, drawbacks still exist but the bright side of this trend can overweight the dark one if the government has
appropriate policies to recruit real genius. 5.25

It is often argued that young people are inadvisable to hold the important positions in the government. While this may be beneficial in some way, I
believe that giving young generations power is more significant.
On the one hand, some people think that lacking experiences is likely to be reason why young people have difficulies in solving serious problems. As
national and international issues have become more complicated than before, hence, politicians are often required to have experiences to deal with
them. The role of the government extends far beyond just ensuring public security, walfare and controling the price of consummer goods. It also
involves dealing with international affairs and avoiding potential conflicts among countries. From this view, we can feel that senior politicians seem to be
more suitable than younger counterparts.
On the other hand, I believe that it is a good idea for the younger to take on these positions in the government. Firstly, young people are better educated
then previous generations. This may lead to advantages when they communicate in the international environment. For example, young politicians may
be more professional than senior people because of their English when discussing with foreign politicians. Secondly, young people often have an open
mind, and they may come up with a tolerant solutions. By supporting the peace, young counterparts can give a guarantee that their citizen have a
peaceful life. Finally, giving young people power means that we can prepare for the next generations of politicians. When being acquainted with the
tasks in the government, they can store experiences and face challenges confidently.
In conclusion, it seems to me that young people are suitable to hold important positions in the government. 5.25

Nowadays more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that it is a good thing, while others argue

great vision and the spirit to take the nation forward. They are not confined to conventions and are willing to try new things. They are ready to face

What is more, young leaders could be a source of inspiration for the youth to step forward and do something for the benefit of the country. Finally, the
young have a clean track record and the younger leaders are less prone to corruption and similar asocial activities than the old ones whose aim is to be
in the seats of power somehow. Only youth has the innocence which can drive the motor of our country.
On the other hand, some argue that it is not proper to give the reins of the nation in raw hands. They feel that the young are impatient and lack social
experience. Any of their hasty decisions may have serious consequences. They believe that the important posts should be in the hands of the more
experienced sexagenarians and octogenarians. What they fail to see is that an emerging nation may not be able to cope with their conventional style of
functioning.
To put it in a nutshell, I pen down saying that, in the present scenario, it is better to let the emerging youth take the nation forward by offering them
important posts in the government. 5.25

Nowadays, the number of young people holding the important positions in the govt is increasing. Some people see it good, others consider not suitable
though and there are numerous reasons to express.
Firstly, the young people nowadays living in a modern and open world will have more chances to approach new and different ways of thinking and
doing. Therefore, their open mind set and broad perspective can build up and develop their creative ideas that are necessary for the contribution to the
sustainable and prosperous development of the country. Besides, in an interchanged and interconnected world, the young active people can easily
adapt themselves and then can bring and import the new tendency of economy, education, culture development, etc. into the country, and make it
reasonable and adaptable to the country's development. In addition, by the deep and wide knowledge together with willingness and enthusiasm of the
youth, in the world of high frequency and speed of travel, communication and information exchange, what their country is missing what should be
developed and what should be changed to deal with the challenges as well as to progress can easily become clear and then the country will have the
right on track development pathway.
In contrast, there is argument of others that the important position in the government should definitely not be held in the hands of young people. The first
main reason is they are considered too fast in action, which often aligns with lack of carefulness and this can lead to inappropriate decision to the
country. Furthermore, young people are often considered not experienced and mature enough to take part in the government. The world today has
changed so fast and created so many challenges to the countries not only the opportunities; therefore, the government needs to be led by those who
have much experience. Moreover, the older people are imperturbable and have a good overview of the matter and these characteristics are very
important to make the right and in time decision. Thus the young are considered not eligible for holding important position in the government.
In my point of view, i do think it will bring many benefits when more and more young people are put in some positions in the government. They should
be given chance to prove themselves to contribute to their peoples. However, the important position still should be put in the hands of the older
generation.
In conclusion, the number of young people playing big roles in the government is increasing and some of us think it is good while others do not. In my
opinion, the government needs to be regulated by the older people and the important position still should be in charge of the older people. 5.25

Today, the news about political changes of the countries all over the world is
broadcasted on many channels. Many important positions in the government is held by young people. So, is it good or not?
Some people say it is a good thing. Because they think that these people have to
suffer many things before they can get to the high position. For example, Stanislav Gross is the Prime Minister of the Prague Czech Republic in 2003 at
a very young age - 34 years old. Formerly, he was a train driver and had lived a quite hard life. Then, he joined in political activities, working hard to be
president of the Young Social Democracy in 1990. One year later, he became a member of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. To gain these
success, he had been cultivating and practicing communication skills. He had made efforts so unceasingly that he can seize the initiative in all political
situations. He is appreciated for his political experience and young age. However, because of this young age and experience maybe, he was forced to
resign after 2 years of being Prime Minister. This is why the others think young people are not suitable for holding important position.
They think it is not good because young people lack of experience anyway. This could lead to risks for example when the country is in political trouble
with other countries or just simply within the domestic. Back to the above example of the young Prime Minister Stanislav Gross, he had to resign under
the press of Czech's citizens because of political crisis. This crisis derived from the suspects about the bad finance source financed for his luxury
apartment. People said that this was because he was still young and had not matured enough.
In conclusion, giving power to the young people is not bad but we have to seriously consider to choose a young person to be in charge of the important
government position. This person must have real talent, enough experience. and of course, be moral.

In recent times, while many people firmly contend that the younger generation play the important role in the government with high-up positions rather
than older one, many others strongly refute that. Both sides are good to some extent, but I personally believe that the first view makes more sense and
some important reasons are outlined in this essay.
An essential rewards of young people are their brainpowers and flexibilities as they can understand the new technology easily or dare to face the
difficulties due to the fact that they are still in 'learning mode'. Young people are also have the best conditions of health with high energy levels that allow
them can invest their time and energy into building their career paths and be willing to looking for fresh challenges. An excellent example could be Taavi
Roivas, a 35-year-old man became the youngest prime minister in more than six decades of existence of the European Union (EU) in 2011, now he is
still doing his job very well.
Nevertheless, a lot of young people are lack of experiences, so they can sometimes harness their energy to propel the organization forward. Another
problem possibility of many individuals is impatient characteristic. This may be the serious consequences when young senior officials make sensitive
decisions related to the destiny of the nation. To illustrate, the tensions between Vietnam and China is increasing in recent days, if the Vietnamese
government lost temper with the Chinese aggression, the war will happen at any time. I absolutely trust, though, that this problem can be solve because
people who work in the government are trained to complete the necessary qualities and sense of responsibility.
To but in briefly, both sides are good in some cases, but I believe that young people have the ability to lead the country with their enthusiasm and talent. 5.25

It is argued that young people are not suitable for important positions in the government, while reasons can be given to justify this, I believe that it is
good idea for young generation to take on these positions.
I believe that it is not suitable for young people to hold important position in the government. Young people often lack experience to deal with national
and international issues that are becoming more complicated than ever before. The role of the government is not only solve national problems like
controlling consumer prices, providing welfare and guaranteeing public security but also involves tacking international problems such as international
affairs and avoiding potential conflicts between countries. From this view, I believe that senior politicians who have professional knowledge and rich
experiences achievement in a long time are more suitable than young people.
Despite the above arguments, I believe that young people should be challenged in these positions in the government. Firstly, young people are better
educated than previous generations. Therefore, they often have an open mind, and they may come up with a tolerant solution in order to solve many
international problems such as disputes between countries, and solve national issues like gender equality, poverty. Secondly, giving them power means
that we can prepare for the next generations of politicians. Because this breaks the previous precedents in history about age to hold these positions,
which helps young generation to have more opportunities to assert themselves and contribute to the development of the country.
In conclusion, it seems to me that young people should be considered to hold the important positions in the government.

Countries in the world wish to develop with more wealth, prosperity, and stability; where the people can live in peace. To achieve those aspects, the
appointment of key positions in the government holds significant importance. Nowadays there are so many fierce debates between leading politicians
on the issue of appointing young people to hold key positions in the government; the main reason for disagreement is because many believe that the
young people will be incompetent in their tasks in running the country. But in my opinion, young people would bring a refreshed scene for the country
when they are given chances to take part in country leaderships.
Undeniably, most of the leaders in current government systems are rich in practical experiences, they manage to steer their ship on the right track and
most of the time stable. While young people are less experienced in this, they might not know how to steer the large ships. With the youthful ambition
they possessed, and their desire to succeed quickly, they easily fall into the wrong paths, such as bribery and manipulating state funds to their own
benefits.
Nevertheless, they will expand the perspectives of the old leaders, because senior leaders often lead with the traditional way with paths that run the
same year after year. With youngsters that bring in more enthusiasm, youthfulness, creativity, and thoughts, they will fit into the future development of
the country; as they open up new paths, new perspectives, and face new challenges with new leadership styles. Initially, there might not be any visible
and positive outcome, but down the road there will be greater benefits for the country.
In summary, the key positions in governments need experienced leaders and youngsters at the same time. The young leaders will support the senior
leaders with open ideas that are future-oriented; and senior leaders to guide the young ones to the right path and stability. They need to exchange views
and knowledge to run the country. 5

It is said that many talented young people will make the country more prosperous. Important positions in the government are increasingly held by the
young people instead of the old is an extremely good change, particularly in the globalized society. - First of all, the young ones will have new fresh
ideas of developing economy strategies in my opinion. Its no doubt that the young people who are the leaders in the government are talented and well-
trained. Its this which helps them to be more creative and flexible in many situations. For instance, urgent issues sometimes need to be solved timely
and the young one is often quick-witted. What is more, being full of energy and enthusiasm is their second typical characteristic. In comparison with the
old, the young will devote their performance powerfully in the long difficult periods of the country to some extents. Last but not least, the young people
are often open-minded, especially those used to study abroad. Specifically, they easily adapt to change, therefore their ability of facing challenges and
overcoming difficulties is undeniable. They will consider issues from different angles to give most effective solutions such as raising the quality of
education or consolidating diplomacy relationships... - In short, holding significant post in the government doesnt depend on the sex as well as age, the
result is the most important thing which decides everything. However, the young people is thought to be more suitable to the important positions and Ho
Chi Minh is a wonderful sample, a pre-eminent president who managed to save our country from the slavery when he was still very young. 5

The issue of an increasing number of people at young at play important parts in the government recently arouses a great deal of controversies. Some
people argue that youngsters are not suitable for such governing positions while others reject this opinion, saying that young people should be given
chances to prove their abilities in the political system. Each side have their own reasons.
There are several reasons for supporting the forrmer view. One is in terms of experiences. Young people are considered to be impatient and
inexperienced in comparision with precessors who have worked in the government machine for a long time. They have nothing but a lot of theory after
graduating, thereby finding it difficult in resolving politic issues they have never encountered. Besides, the ebullient nature of youth is sometimes
counter-productive. They are too excited to prove themselves; therefore, they may make risky decisions that can lead to serious consequences. In
addition, when having authority over the others in the government, youngsters seem to be ambitious and prefer take a short cut to achieve success.
Consequently, they are prone to be involved to corruption.
Nevertheless, there are also strong argument in favor of the latter view. Firsly, youngsters are the most enthusiastic and zealous individuals. With
youthful vigor and eager-to-learn spirit, they can encounter difficult problems and resolve them with creatative solutions. Secondly, young people are
also known as ambitious and progressive ones; hence, they define clearly their priorities and eager to prove themselves. With the expectation of
promotion, youngsters are willing to sacrifice their leisure times in personal lives to devote themselves to national duties and not minded when being
allocated arduous tasks. Thirdly, young people are helpful in some aspects that predecessors do not have as thorough look as they do. For example,
when it comes to education, in comparision with the seniors, those who have just left universities will understand thoroughly, thereby proposing
appropriate policies.
On balance, I find the latter view more convincing. I believe that young people should be given more chances so that they can prove their abilities and
alter opinions of those who are still skeptical about their capacity. 5

The following is my opinion on this question Recently, more and more young people assert theirself and take influential positions in the government.
Some people argue that they are not suitable to hold such important governing positions, whereas others believe that their youth enable them to fulfill
even arduous jobs. In my point of view, I think there should be a good balance of both young and mature members in a government.
On other hand, some
people argue that young people shouldnt assume the reims of government. They think that young people are impatient and lack experience while
governing issues require not only energy but also matureness. They perceive young people may make a decision hastily and lead to many serious
consequences. For example, when it comes to politics, young people would seem to have difficulty in resolving the problems if their country were
invaded or inquisitorial by Neighbour Countries. Because they are inexperienced in the politic matters they have never undergone.
In conclusion, I believe that it is better to let the emerging youth take the nation forward by offering them important positions in the government. Yet its
also indispensable to have matured members in there. Thanks. 5

In recent years, there are an increasing number of young individuals assigned high positions in the government. While I accept that this trend
contributes to the national development, I belive that it brings out negative consequences.
On the one hand, there are several benefits that younsters hold vital position in the governments system. Firstly, it is undeniable that young citizens are
healthier than old ones, so they are likely able to bear higher pressure in workplace. Senior people who often suffer from health problems such as heart
attack or lung cancer, so they may affected their works. As a result, sometimes they would not perform well their all their tasks. Secondly, youngsters
are usually more innovative and creative old generations. This allows them to approach to advanced technologies and then apply to their countries,
which contributes to the national development. Finally, when young generation manages to make their contribution to the wealth of the countries, they
would become good models for adolescents. Therefore, teenagers would be encouraged to study better to become good citizens.
On the other hand, playing important positions of young people in the government also brings out some negative drawbacks. The first adverse
consequence is that young generation is still lack of experience, so they may introduce unsuitable laws which contributes to wrong decisions.
Additionally, it is difficult for young individuals to gain credits to their citizens. Citizens tend to vote for experienced authors because they believe that
these authors would do well.
In conclusion, that young generation become authors in the countries have both positive and negative impacts on the development of countries.
However, I strongly think that the advantages outweigh its disadvantages, so they should be motivated to perform well national jobs. 5

There is a tendency that many youngsters are keeping key posts in the cabinet. Some assert that it is good owning to reforming policies which the
young can create. However others assume the young are deprived of leadership experience and prestige for those office, they consider this trend is not
proper.
That the young play important roles in administration through creating some innovative policies becomes a new trend. To commence with, they have
opened-mind, progressive thoughts with the expectation for altering the nation, which distinguishes them with the old. They also contribute to fine-tune
in almost fields in order to bring comprehensive renovations, including: education, economics They find out a lot of new issues and apertures to find
effective ways. With former problems, they have new approaching styles with innovative solutions so as to ameliorate the conjuncture. By changing for
the better, the youngters are a new leader generation which is hopeful for developing the country.
Others assume that the young dont have capacity and experience to manage too many situations which effect directly to the country. There are many
circumstances which young people have to cope with when they are in leadership role of the nation. Not only have they not had enough real-life
experience but also been short of prestige from elements. Should they not grasp the whole of sides which they control, they can neglect some aspects
or even make some decisions which are erroneous. Accordingly, they need time to perfect their skill as well as spirit before guiding the nation.
I consider that the young people work in the government for important positions is a positive trend. Albeit they can lack of some skills, they have ability
to improve them rather actively studying and consultanting from advisers or old politicians.

The rising trend of letting young people take responsibility for crucial political posts is gaining mixed opinions. Some people believe that having young
minds to take charge of imortant tasks in the government is a good idea; however, others can not agree with this viewpoint.
There are some reasons for people to support the trend of giving chances for young people to contribute for the government while holding important
positions there. The most convincing reason is possibly lies in the differencies between how fresh young heads and many years experienced minds
work. The seemingly unlimited enthusiasm and energy is an undeniable plus for young people, as they havent been thrown into the ugly reality much
enough for their idealistic minds grow tired of dealing with problems in political inviroment, which is always sensitive and complicated. On top of that, a
lot of young people aware of how this new trend gives them an open gate to so many oppotunities they have been dreaming of. It gives them motivation
to work harder. And as a result, they do.
On the other hand, the lack of experiencies may create difficulities for people at young age while doing important duties in the government. Being
young, they may seem fearless but the actual reason behind it is that they havent face problems big enough. Some issues can be so much serious
than what they imagined, or in some cases, they heavent. Besides, with people who have been working for a long time and gained a lot experiencies
along with their ages, the idea of following younger people can be not so appealing.
In conclusion, there are convincing arguments both for and against placing young people in key posts in the goverment, but as a youngster myself, to
me the former outweights the latter. 4.75

With outstanding performances, young people have proved that they are exerting their strength to make positive change to the world. It is widely
accepted that this generation should play certain roles in the government to guarantee the fairness, while others suppose that society could be ruined
because of youngsters lacking experience. In my opinion, each idea has its own merit.
On the one hand, it is believed that the young acts an essential part in tackling the rising issues thanks to their specific characteristics. First of all, the
passion and enthusiasm give this generation the distinct advantages over the older politicians. As we can see, many young volunteers are working in
different associations for the sake of community, not money or fame. It is because of their junior age that they have not been lured into too much
negative temptation. Secondly, junior citizens are known for their open and dynamic mind, which contrasts to majority of the experienced governors.
This means they could easily execute adaptable policies to the current time.
On the other hand, it is undeniable that the youth is less experienced than their predecessors. Firstly, the senior are the old hands of the jobs and are
able to deal with any unexpected situations with calmness, loyalty and foresight while the descendants properly feel insecure. They may need more
years to cultivate skills overcoming obstacles. In the second place, their voices in community have not been fully trusted; therefore, the young politicians
could find it challenging to cooperate with general public.
In the final analysis, I strongly believe that all groups of people in the society should be equitably regarded for their unique value to create the most 4.5

I remember a poster which I saw in a United State presidential election campaign in 2008, it said No country for old men!. In some ways, this slogan
relates to the issue that I want to go in depth into, that is the increasingly number of young people who hold a significant role in the government. By the
government, there would be differences in political-based system between countries so in order to avoid misunderstanding about the issue, I will focus
on a specific case Vietnamese government.
Vietnam is a traditional country that people spend more respects to the elder, who has more experiences. So why a youngster with very little
experiences can be a leader in political field? In addition, there are proved evidences that explain how a youngster can take position not only in state-
owned organization but also in the government. Those reasons allmost based on closed relation, corruption or position power of their relatives. And the
important thing is that all reasons above could not guarantee the ability of a person, so we the citizen have to take risk about future development,
arent we?
However, in the other side, there would be some good points when young people hold an impotant position in the government. Having a better
education condition that will help youngster understand more about how the world is moving and address greater strategic plan for the future
development of country. Besides that, young generation are significantly contributing to economic growth, social responsibility and they need a person
who represent for their vision, mission in a political system.
For me, I strongly support having young people in a government system, however, they need to be closly supervised by the elder who has more
experiences the thing that youngster always lack of. 4.5

In recent times, the general tendency has been for young people to have significant status in the social ruling class. A lot of people firmly contend that
the phenomenon makes great strides but a counter argument by others states that this is not suitable. This issue poses quite a serious debate but I am
convinced that the first view makes more sense and my arguments are presented bellow.
For starters, we can not deny a fact that youngsters have better health and quite more enthusiastic than the elderly that give them the dynamic to
devote their talents in political field in longer time. Furthermore, nowadays young generation has more opportunities to study abroad and research about
different political institutions, then change their way of thinking, that give the motive power to change the conservation mind by creative solutions. An
excellent example is Mr. Dam Nguyen who has held the position of Deputy President of Viet Nam when was in 43 years old, has mentioned a lot of
innovative ideas that took significant changes in Viet Nam education system.
Nevertheless, holding important positions in the government may not a critical chosen for youngsters because of their deficiency of experiences. In
addition, a young political leader may receive less respect and public confidence than others who older. To illustrate, Sir Dam Nguyen was once time be
defied by his citizens in first days.
All in all, while to a certain extent it is true that younger politicians have less experiences and public confidence than elders, I would still conclude by
saying that giving them opportunities to stand in the government system could be an advanced chosen that lead to the positive changes to the country. 4.5

The number of young people work in essential positions in the Government have being increased fast. Some people think that is not a good decision, I
believe that youth is requisite for country's development.
The option to choose young people for essential positions in the government is not accordant for several reasons. Firstly, their practical skills are no
more than old people. Diploma is important but work experience is decisive factor. Secondly, youth is combative, impulsive and impatient. If without the
guide and advise of the forbear generation, these characters can lead them to have wrong decisions and break up all the system. That might cause
several serious consequences for economy, political situation and society of their country.
On the other hand, I believe that young people who have unlimited creative power and be well educated at the university would help country to advance
by leaps and bounds. The fact that a lot of developed countries in the world such as the USA, United Kingdom, Russia use young people hold the chief
positions in the Government. Youth will bring fresh and broad minded to the modern society which the old generation doesn't have. Their whole life
come along with the development of their country, so it is quite good if their youth is experienced with the growing up of their country.
For the reasons mentioned above, it seems to me that young talent people could be encouraged to dedicate to their country by sitting in the major
positions in the Government with the consultancy of old experienced people.

These days, there is a significant growth in the number of governments important positions held by young people. While I accept that this reality has
both benefits and drawbacks, I would argue that it will be better if youngsters can have opportunities at these places.
Firstly, it seems to be more risky for the country to let people who are at young age undertake important posts in state apparatus. Because young
people are often careless, impetious and especially lack of experiences. As a result, they may quickly make a wrong decision without careful thinking.
Certainly, if they do that, they might cause huge problems for their countries due these decision affect to everyone, every enterprises and the whole of
the nation. For instance, a young provincial chairman which has little experience in business decided to build many golf courses in his province without
refering economistss opinions due he thought that these courses could bring more taxes for government and higher income for people. However, when
they are all finished, most of people couldnt afford to play there and it made a loss of tens of billions of dong of the local government.
On the other hand, the adventure of young people can make a revolution in many aspects of their nations. As they have youth, enthusiasm, great
ambition, unlimited creation and want to do something that can make people remember them. In addition, youngsters also want to learn more and more
from the experienced people in order to make good their shortcoming. Therefore, they carry on reforming comprehensively that can make huge positive
changes for their countries, that the old usually mind doing.
In conclusion, I believe that there are many advantages for young people to have chances for showing their abilities in governments important
positions, although this situation has some notable disadvantages. 4.5

People hold different opinions about the issues that should some branches of national power be put on hands of young people. Some argue that thanks
to young leaders, the whole country would be better off. However, others assert that they still believe in experienced people rather than young people to
hold the vital positions. This essay will discuss both of views as follows.
It is obvious that there exist many plausible reasons in favor of the first argument. First of all, the young people who have a lot of energy as well as
enthusiasm, do not hesitate of changing to foster the whole country. Apparently, the changes are needed to reform and evolve some old parts of the
controlling system which may no longer be suitable with the society. Another reason worth mentioning is that the young people, who have a long way of
career to go in the future, would be scared to involve in corruption compared with the elders who will end up with their power soon.
As for reasons supporting the latter opinion, the old people dominate the youth by numerous experiences being concrete base for their decision making.
Besides, the conventional leading style which is built up by many previous generations would be a safer choice benefiting the country in the long run. In
fact, there exist a lot of reforming programs which not only cost a thousand dollars but also be useful in a short of time.
In conclusion, all things considered in balance, I find the opinion that it is better to give the young people the chance to hold the power due to the above
mentioned reason. It is my firm belief that the young people can drive the country to the fullest. 4.5

The youth have been playing a crucial role in national development, which is reflected by the increasing number of young people working at high level
positions in government. While some people think that we should give more young talents the opportunities to handle important governmental positions,
there is still conventional belief that those policy-maker positions should only be on the hands of experienced adults. This essay will take a closer look at
both views.
The youth, undoubtedly, is a precious resource that every country should take into consideration in national building process. Their open-minded
attitude and their creativity will bring many fresh perspectives and new approaches to handle social issues. In addition, young people are full of energy
and enthusiasm. Therefore, placing them at decision-making positions, we will expect to see many positive changes in our society. This puts old adults
at a disadvantage because they are usually more conservative and not willing to initiate the changes.
On the other hands, young people are often lack of experience and lack of understanding about how the government system works. Each new policy
issued is not a trial and error, where we have a return button to go back. Each political decision can have a big effect on the lives of millions people.
Therefore, we need people who are able to thoroughly evaluate the potentials risks for each of their decision. On a national level, changes are
important, but building a political and economic stability is a must. In this sense, we need old experienced adults to be policy makers.
I personally believe that young people should be given the opportunities to work at important positions in government. However, every decision making
should be discussed thoroughly with other senior adults. A government needs both fresh perspective of the youth and experience of the old people to
build a strong nation. 4.5

The past decades have witnessed an increase in the number of youngsters who have been appointed to the crucial posts in the authority. Some people
think that this is an obvious advance while others are skeptical about it. In my opinion, the youth is fully capable of holding the important positions in
political field.
The option to nominate young people is disadvantageous to some extent. While politic is a complicated issue requiring not only wisdom but also
experience, it is difficult for young people to find an exact solution at any time due to shortage of practical knowledge. This could causes serious
consequences to the whole nation. Furthermore, when it comes to to national affairs, young people are likely to receive less support from the skeptical
public. Thus, obtaining a higher place in the authority seems to be difficult for them, which could limits their actions. As a matter of fact, although the
number of young people in government has raised in the recent year, the most important roles in many countries, including Vietnam, are senior citizens.
On the other hand, appointing young people in the government has many undeniable advantages. In the twenty-first century society when changes
become the focus point, youngsters with enthusiastic spirits and inquiring minds are willing to face with challenges to eradicate backwardness and
catch up with the modern world. In addition, having absorbed high education, the adolescents could easily update and apply the latest technology and
management skills in governing their countries.

Nowadays more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that it is a good thing, while others argue that it is not
suitable. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
What merits and demerits that the young people are obligatory to be nominated to the key positions in the goverment has been under discusions among people who
concern about lawful and political issues. In the scope of this essay, benifits and drawbacks of the two adorementioned approaches are wholly presented with the
view to detect the most rational resolution.
To commence with, from a negative point of view, it is undeniable for the young people to get restrictions in holding the important goverment positions , because of a
number of reasons. Firstly, they are impatient and lack of social experiences, which negatively affects their decisions and performances. A decision affecting the
whole country if not properly given, will inevitably cause the serious consequences. Secondly, because of the prejudices that the young people do not have enough
ability of the leadership and management ,citizens usually give less confidence to the young people than the older people. As a result,As a result, the trust
associated with cooperative action, this lack of trust breaks down solidarity and unity between the nationals and the government. Briefly, the youngsters, with some
limitation, should be under careful consideration while being appointed.
Regardless of, the shortcomings of the young people mentioned above are offset by other advantages, which is necessary for the development of the machinery of
the government. At first, thanks to the moderm education, the youngsters are drawn from studying the the quintessence of developed social.
As learning the lessons of their predecessors, they can avoid unnecessary mistakes, make them closer to success. In addition, modern life with thoughtful 4.5

It seems that nowadays there has an increasing number of adolescents taking part in policy system. Some advocates consider it as a good signal for
the development of the country, while others worry about the real ability of the young when handling such challenging work.
Firstly, young people are believed to be inexperienced. Therefore, they can apparently make others skeptical about their leadership, decision-making
ability and management skill. The fact remains that the old having many years to cope with changes of the country can tackle difficult problems better
than the young because of their calm, experience and willing. Moreover, as a sense of psychology, people tends to follow the guide of older people.
Citizens are more likely to trust in the one who can be really mature, judicious and responsible, that are lack in young people.
However, holding an important position in the government early, in some cases, may be the good way for the young generation to express their internal
strength. It is the youth who can create breakthrough, eradicate the unsuitable policies existing for many years, change completely fogy thoughts.
People aged 20 to 35 years old are more likely to possess plenty of energy, creativity, and confidence so they can obviously adapt with the necessary
changes in the country. They wil be the factors that blow new wind into the government system in order to refresh, motivate and enhance the working
style, thoughts.
In conclusion, I still support to delegate key position for the youth because of the achievements they obtain through years in many fields. The
government should bring some policies to encourage new generation in dedicating for country career. 4.5

Nowadays young people rise rapidly in the goverment sectors with key positions. While some people support this trend, others judge that it is
unsuitable. In my view, I believe there should be a good balance of both young and former generation in a government.
Undeniably young peolpe are really capacble and dynamic and healthy so they have many neccesary factors to operate a nation. Also they understand
youngsters more clearly than the mature to give ideas what are more suitable and highly assessed. As a result of psychological research, when people
are still young they dare change more to help the nation become better. So today more and more youths play the important role in the politicial field like
Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi, North Korea's Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un and Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam who all are
younger than age of forty but work effectively.
However, youngsters have the greatest weakness that they do not often have experiences enough. A wrong political decision would give negative
impact on a national evently large religional peace. Following time, human have
thoughts and actions more carefully , so seniors are dificult to make the right choices.
That is why i think the balance of both young and former generation in a government is the need. Besides, we should provide opportunities for the youth
to improve and develop themself. 4.5

At the present time, the youth play greater role in governmental agencies. Although some people argued that it would be unsatisfactory, I believe that
young people can do it efficiently.
There are several reason that young people should not be holding the important role in the government. Firstly, they do not have a lot real experiment
on administrative working. They recently graduated from colleges and universities, so their thinking is quite hypothetical by the book. The problems
might not be deal with by them. Secondly, when the youth have the right to making decisions, they might abuse this right to do wrong thing. Because
they are not mature enough like adults, their decisions depend on the other feelings. They might easily lose control or even become criminals.
Despite above arguments, I still strong believe that the youth will be good public servants in the government. There is no doubt about that they have
higher educational than others. By taking full-time courses, young people are training the ability to think critical and to get information from vast sources,
especially from the Internet. This might help them to establish the rights and wrongs of the matters. Otherwise, they are more enthusiastic about doing
anything they want. The youth is always full of energy, they make ready do more workload, go further areas while the older fears to change their daily
routine and have much responsible with their families.
In conclusion, it seems to me that young people are suitable to hold the important positions in governmental agencies so they can devote their youth
and strength to the countries.

Nowadays, there are more and more youngsters occupying the important positions in the political system. To response to this controversial issue, many
people believe that it is a promising outcome whereas others hold the opinion that this trend is not appropriate at all. From my own perspective, in my
writing, I will discuss both viewpoints.
On the one hand, it can't be deniable that people may take risks when offering young people such fundamental governmental positions for two major
seasons. Firstly, the youth is normally considered to lack experience. The national duties require the extremely high level of training and experience to
fulfill all the tasks assigned, which means they need those who are experienced enough and undergo special and long-term training. Perhaps, young
people don't satisfy this requirement. Secondly, youngsters are believed to be not really careful and thoughtful to handle these vital responsibilities.
They may be easily hotheaded to come to a hasty conclusion without thinking over carefully the problems. There is a likelihood that that conclusion or
decision will result in serious consequences, leaving great impacts on the "living" of a country, millions of dwellers. Regards to experience and
thoughtfulness, in comparison with the elderly, the young are easily outweighed.
On the other hand, it is my conviction that young people deserve these key occupations. First of all, they are full of energy to obtain the jobs in the
government. As a result, they are both physically strong and spiritually energetic to indulge in new stuffs, welcome innovations and handle the careers
that demand good health and fertile brains. Secondly, their qualifications are profound and wide to be aware of the main issues when they get access to
a modern and advanced schooling. This means they stand a chance to accomplish work professionally and effectively.Technology and health care, for
instance, are representative aspects indicating that the youth will find it quick and not troublesome to deal with because computers or laptops are not far
from their reach.
In conclusion, despite some shortcomings in performance, young people are capable of governmental jobs. Personally, I think people could trust the
young more and present those who are outstanding or brilliant with opportunities to devote their mind, qualification to the country regardless of their
early age as the saying " Age is a question of mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter." by Leroy Satchel Paige 4.5

In todays society, an increasing number of people concern about youngsters activities on political field. Many young people playing an important role in
the government is a controversial topic with strong opinion for and against. This essay will explain both sides of the topic before presenting my opinion.
There are a lot of advantages if young people hold the positions of power. First of all, it is undeniable that the youth are dynamic, creative, enthusiastic
and highly educated. They tend to be willing to change and try new ideas to take the nation forward. In addition, they are always ready to face with
challenges to develop the country sustainably. Secondly, young people can approach and integrate easily to international areas which help our country
broaden collaborative relationships between nations in all the world. Finally, young leaders is a source of inspriation for young generation to step
forward and devote their talents for the benefit of the country. This is a good way to encourage talented young people taking part in political activities of
the nation.
On the other hand, some people argued that it is not proper to the youth holding the positions in the state apparatus due to the fact that they are
impatient, lack of social experiences, the diplomatic insight and the intuitiveness of older politicans. Comparing with older people in the government,
young people are too hasty, which leds to make mistakes. If youngers make a wrong political decision, it can cause extremely serious impacts which
relate to many important fields in a country such as: economics, politics, society and culture.
Considering both points of view, I strongly believe that we need to give more chances to young people to involved in the government, but also need the
elderly and experienced politicans to give them right guide and direction.

The ever more increasing trend in the number of young people playing the major roles in governmental machinery has raised questions to the public.
Although some people support this point of view, others believe that it is more reasonable to assign the fate of a country to mature ones.
To begin with, there is no exaggeration to say that the youth possesses sufficient quality and skills to be responsible for national political field. Actually,
nowadays young people have better assistance of education and training system in every aspect including economics, science, heath care,
construction and even social communication; so it is undeniable that they acquire not only knowledge background but also confidence and personal
attitude on such controversial problems as sovereignty disputes, commerce expansion. To be more specific, in the debate about the issue of Eastern
Sea in Viet Nam, a majority of adolescents with innovative and dynamic ideas expressed their perspective insightfully and received appreciation from
politicians as well as government.
In other aspect, however talented and enthusiastic young people are, it is apparently true that their immatureness and lack of experience become
fundamental difficulties for them to sustain performance in the long term. Otherwise, the older people can satisfy these requirements because of the
fact that with experiences accumulated through a long period of time they can solve complex situations and can create trust, loyalty and relationship
with the public more easily than young people.
In conclusion, as a coin has two sides, it requires both of knowledge and critical thinking in charge of leading the whole society. However, it is essential
that government should take young talents into considerations and encourage them to contribute to political machine for substantial development of
country. 4.5

The phenomenon of young generation holding major responsibilities in a government agency is increasingly prevalent in modern society. Some people
believe this can provide countries an opportunity to change destinies in the future while others claim that it may put national orders at risk. My essay will
analyze both views of this issue.
On the one hand, there are several benefits of young people working for government. Firstly, it is undeniable that the young who are extremely dynamic,
flexible and open- minded will easily nurture a current of quintessential ideas of humankind. Secondly, other advantage of this problem is that it can
bring nations a chance to integrate into International Organizations. Obviously, with the boom of globalization, an ability of adaptability to new
surroundings is the great strength of youngsters to devote themselves to national development. For example, no sooner did David Cameron work for
government than he achieved the most powerful position in Britains Cabinet in 2010. At that time, he was only forty six years old and he has become
the youngest Prime Minister in British history.
On the other hand, some drawbacks have seen in this circumstance. It is true that in order to enter government agency, there are series requirements
which candidates ought to respond. By no means does any person perform successfully without a long time practical process. Additionally, thanks to
professional knowledge and rich experiences achievements in a long time, the old people are able to tackle difficult problems as well as make valid
decisions. Furthermore, a disadvantage of young people working as a governors is that they are definitely changeable and impatient, which is derived
from their characteristics. As a consequence, youngsters easily fall into social temptation and it is the rationale why young generation is not adequate to
governmental cabinet.
In conclusion, each sides of this issue has own validity arguments. From my point of view, advantages overwhelm disadvantages, whether or not
appointing young people to crucial positions depends on different nations. Therefore, each country should consider carefully before deciding youngsters
enter key roles in government agency. 4.5

It is argued that today more and more young people are holding on top positions in government offices can bring negative results to our society. While
reasons can be given to justify this, I believe that it lead to a positive tendency.
There are those who believe that younger generations should be given to handle some important tasks in government department. Firstly, comparing
the older generations the youth would be better in physical fitness .For this reason, they have ability to cope well with the pressure of governmental
tough jobs without tiredness .Secondly ,they are always full of energy and enthusiasm. This means that they are so eager to learn anything new and
more likely to aware of innovative ideas. For example , the youth can find more easier to tackle some problems related to technology or communications
because they are more fully equipped with modern education compared to the older.
On the other hand , I would content that there are some drawbacks of giving the young people the control over a country. Primarily, they are fairly
impatient and lack social experience .It is clear that politics is a complex environment requiring a great number of skills and real experience which the
young people may not have. Therefore , if they lose their temper and make a hasty decision , it lead to serious consequences .Another justification is
that many people are highly skeptical about the leadership of younger people. As a consequence , this will gradually lead to a lack of trust between
government and their citizen .
In conclusion , it seems to me that young people should be encouraged to hold some important posts in the government despite the undeniable
drawbacks of this trend . 4.5

Opinions as to the increasing number of young politicians vary considerably. Many experts think this is a breakthrough of the obsolete system, others
acclaim that the youth are not ready for national problems. In my opinion, each ideal has its pros and cons.
Firstly, with entrepreneurial outlook, young politicians can make huge changes. It is undeniable that the youth are extremely creative. As a result, they
come up with numerous new ideals which bestow upon countries tremendous revolutions. In the era of new inventions, the pioneers are the ones who
matter. For example, the Unite States president Obama who is considered quite young to shoulder such a huge position won the fierce selection by dint
of his entrepreneurial points of view. American believed that he could bring something new to the nation in crisis while his older competitors could not.
However, the senior still play the vital roles by virtue of their experiences. By donating decades for their work, these mentors have been encountering a
number of extreme situations that the next generation are not taught about. In fact, it is a common sence that we have counselors for particular
circumstances in the politic systems.
Secondly, when old politicians cling to their obsolete opinions, the youth are more open-mind. For example, no sooner do young people take important
position in the congress than Vietnam can strengthen the relationship with other nations, followed by the huge amount of investment into Vietnam.
Nevertheless, little do young people understand the history, which lead to inappropriate decisions when the senior with their thoroughness can also
glorify the national image.
In conclusion, each generation has the specific merits. My suggestion is to combinate every factor to reach the perfection. 4.5

People have different views about participation in the government of young people. In my opinion, they have enough faculty to direct a country.
On the one hand, holding the important positions in the government is opportunity to dedicate to their country . Firstly , they have wide area of
knowledge with many skills which they have been being studied in society and school. So they can keep pace with not only development tendency of
world but also political tendency and others. In some subjects, such as education, they will have many practical solutions to innovate education better
because they understand clearly about education. Secondly, With a health, a creation, along with self-confidence and great enthusiasm, young people
will have many new ideas , make breakthroughs for the development. They can go everywhere, study everything and work everyday .
On the other hand , some people argue that young people should not join in the political power. The government keeps important role in the
development and the national destiny . While young people lack of experience to confront difficulty and deal with many important problems. Futhermore,
A immaturity and the ebullient nature of youth lead into erroneous decisions affecting peole life . It is the challenges that young people have to face and
it is harder when they havenot been a lot of belief from everyone
In conclusion , there are convincing arguments both for and against the participation in the government of young people but I believe that young people
have been attempting study, work to make society more beautiful and the member of government is one of the best ways to devote to their conntry 4.5

Nowadays, more and more young people take important positions in the government. While some people argue that the youths are not suitable to hold
such high governing position, others believe that they should be encouraged. In my essay, I will discuss both views.
To begin with, there are several reason why people think that young people should not be in the government. Firstly, the youths have just graduated
from their universities with a number of theories. They are still not mature enough and lack in practical experiences. Also, they are superficial and
impatient, therefore, they tend to make decision hastily and then lead to innumerable consequences.
On the other hand, it cannot be denied that, young people are more enthusiastic, dynamic and more zealous. They are willing to change, to face
difficulties and give creative approaches to deal with them. Furthermore, we are now in the era of technology and the youths are better adapting with it
than the olds. Besides, young people who hold the important positions in the government will be the model for the next generations and give the
inspiration and motivation for teenager. We can take Sebastian Kurz as a typical example, he is now 27 years old and he is the current foreign minister
of Austria.
In conclusion, with such advantages, I believe that the youths should be given chance to work in the government, to assume responsibility to bring the
nation forward. Also, there must be the elder generation to instruct them. (248 words) 4.5

In our society, there has always been substantial attention to politics. Regarding this topic, there is a debate about becoming the authorities in the
government of young generation nowadays. While some people support youngers, others strongly disagree. In my opinion, both arguments are valid to
a certain extent.
On the one hand, the young citizens are active and highly educated in a variety of fields. First, the teenagers early take part in many social
organizations and clubs, therefore, they have many chances to experience various soft skills, helping them more energetic and dynamic. For example,
many members of AISECT organization are students and they take part in running some local economics projects or planning events schedule, which
supports much to standard living of the poor. Another benefit is that the postgraduates have a rich academic performance in modern learning
conditions. In detail, nowadays new generations are trained by the most advanced methods. As a result, it is easy to improve and update knowledge in
many sectors for the youngers. Moreover, most of them are very ambitious so they always try my best to broaden their mind. It is widely agree that the
abundant amount of their knowledge will help country significantly develop more and more.
On the other hand, there also exist many drawbacks of young authorities. First, rarely are these youngers have enough experiences to solve complex
national issues. Instead, although they have deep understandings about these problems, they are lack of practical involvement. The reason is the
students only study through theories in textbook, being not old enough to face to face with these issues outside. For example, a post-graduation know
definition of inflation term, however, when they are required to give a solution for this, it is obvious that it takes much time to think.
When the pros and cons of becoming an administrative at an early age side by side, I strongly believe that these disadvantages outweigh the
advantages. In specific, despite the lack of real experiences, young generation have a dynamic and active spirit.
In conclusion, even though using young generation in important position in the government has both benefits and shortcomings, I am still support
youngers. The main advantages of animated activities and wisdom mind exceed this negative aspect such as overcoming practical situations. I think
that the government should create much more real chances for youngers to solve these national problems through referendums. 4.5

In the present scenario, people always ponder that in order to deal with political problems at best whether young people deserve to hold essential
positions in the government which is considered as government is a supreme body of state administration or not. This issue is still in the center of
debate.
On the one hand, it is irrefutable that young people could be brilliant candidates for the political positions. This is because nowadays with the help of
comprehensive education system, they open up an avenue to be more highly educated, intelligent, active and enthusiastic in many different fields.
Moreover, their voices and ideas in todays social problems are highly assessed by the public. For example, in terms of sovereignty sea dispute
happened between Vietnam and China in recent months, there were many movements established by Vietnamese young people stood up for Chineses
invasion and called the supports of international friends as well as international organizations with the sake of claiming Chinese government to respect
the international seas laws. Therefore, they were really successful, which proved that they have enough abilities to take the nation forward better by
holding the essential positions in the government.
On the other hand, some people think that young people are too young to take part in politics. This is because politics is one of the most complex issues
and it relates to many aspects of one nation such as national security, economics, relation among other countries and the like. This means that it is hard
for them to handle these political problems with green social experience, impatience. Therefore, they easily make mistakes and these positions should
be in the hand of more experienced people.
In conclusion, in todays society, it is better to give young people a hand to hold important positions in the government and previous generations may be
intelligent advisors so that our society will become more developed with modern paths and excellent strategies. 4.25

These days, it seems that more and more young people are holding the vital positions in the government offices. While some people are of the opinion
that this situation is good, others are skeptical about it. In this essay, I tend to discuss both of views followed by my point of view.
It is undeniable that young generation is really talent, active with highly education in a variety of fields. On many websites or media, the number of
adolescents who express their opinion is rising. They have a great vision to the politics issues. Taking South East China sovereignty dispute as an
example, Vietnamese teenagers used media especially the Internet so as to require the Chinese government respecting the International seas Law as
well as call the support of international friends. Secondly and more importantly, though, adolescents are better physically which enables them to fullfil
the difficulties and face some pressure of their jobs.
On the other hand, some argue that it is not proper to give the mission of nation for the youngs hand. They feel that the young tend to be impatient and
lack of experience. As a result, some their decisions may results in many serious consequences. In addition, they believe that adolescents depend too
much on their family. Although they do not have a real ability, they are able to have a good position in the government with the fame of their parents
before.
By way of conclusion, I believe that the young is likely to become even more important in that present scenario. Therefore, it is better to let young
generation take the nation by offering them in some positions in the government. 4.25

In these years, there is a growing recognition that the number of young people who have dominant influence on the government is on the increase.
View on this issue vary from person. Before arising my own opinion, I do think it is necessary to analyze this thorny issue from both sides of this.
On the one hand, there are many reason why some individuals opine that the authorities are younger and younger in contemporary society. The prime
reason is that in this day and age the youngsters are highly educated, thus they have capable of dealing with political phenomina. It can not be denied
that the young people who are intellectual and extrovert can accelerate a breakthough innovation in politics. This is clearly illustrated by the fact that
Stanislav Gross, the youngest prime minister of Czech, had a tremendous influence on the evolutionary development of Czech.
Another reason of peoples opinion is that there are those who believe that the youths are self-motivated and willing to take risk hence make a life-and-
death decision which led to a massive change in national policy. It is obvious that because of being open-minded, the youngsters are able to absorb a
wealth of knowledge to the latest technology, which help to boost the hitech-oriented industry.
On the other hand, those opposed to this phenomenon argue that young people should not hold the key politics-oriented positions. The main drawback
is that the young people are superficial and lack experiences. This is mainly because politics are the complex issues, so a wrong political decision can
lead to a negative impact on a country.
To draw a conclusion, the youngters have played a significant role in government. This has both upsides and downsides. Yet, it is my firm belief that its
advantage outweigh the disadvantage. 4.25

Nowadays more and more young people play the important role in the government. Many individuals believe that this trend should be encouraged, while
others think it is not suitable for young generation to responsible for national issues. Both these views will be thoroughly discussed in this essay.
On the one hand, there are undeniable drawbacks of holding the vital positions in the government by young people. The first factor is in term of
experiences. Adults who have worked for many years certainly have much more actual experiences than the ones who just left their universities. Also
because of lack of experiences, it is difficult to maintain their opinions by others pressure. Furthermore, when holding power since they were young,
they tend to be arrogant and prefer a fast way to achieve success as well as wealth. They will, therefore, easily have misconducts as bribery or
embezzlement.
On the other hand, there are several reasons why young people should be challenged in these positions. Firstly, as young people tend to approach the
modern education, they are more likely to have innovative and creative thinking. They will create breakthroughs which are taken to tackle many social
problems such as traffic congestion or polution. Secondly, many young people are the best choices in many certain aspects that the old ones such as
education or technology. The world is developing in every minute, students thoughts are also changing.
In conclusion, for the seasons mentioned above, I personally believe young people should be considered to the essential positions in the Government.

5. Bi lun IELTS Task 2: These days, a growing number of young people are responsible for positions which play a integral role in the government.
Some people think that the positions can suit the young, whereas others are sceptical about it. In my opinion, there are more drawbacks than benefits
from it.
On the one hand, there are some noticeable advantages to the youngsters holding the important positions in the government. Firstly, young people are
enthusiastic and zealous. They are ready to face challenges and try new things in their works. It is common sense that they have spirit to take the nation
forward. Secondly, the youngsters can under the high pressure of work. They are often better physical and mental than the elderly, which allows them to
complete their achievement successfully.
On the other hand, it seems to me that young people have more disadvantages when they are responsible for the important positions of a country. The
most convincing argument is that the young are lack of social experience. If they give a wrong decision in work, it may have serious consequences.
Vietnam and China, for instance, are currently having disputes about the East Sea, if a Vietnamese young person who did not have enough experience
in the work gave a mistake policy, the tension could be increased highly. Another reason is that the young are less patient than those who are old. Most
of the policies of a country are planned for a long time, while young people are likely to carry out in a short time.
In conclusion, whereas I accept the youngsters brings some benefits to a nation when they work for the government, I would argue that the important
posts should be in hands of the more experienced sexagenarians and octogenarians. 4

Recently, youngsters are more increasingly popular in government sectors with important responsibilities. While many people argue that they are not
suitable to involve the regulation of public activities, others perceive that having young blood is advantageous in resolving issues that need more
modern approaches. Such idea, however, has raised different perspectives for and against this issue.
There are several ostensible reasons why younger generations are not proper to hold top positions in government offices. First of all, some people feel
that the young tend to behave in an impulsive and imprudent way to deal with controversial issues, and this is especially detrimental when it comes to
handing pressing tasks in government departments. The majority responsibilities for the administrative organs should be guaranteed a harmonious
society and tackled conflicts at the best interest of citizens. as distinct from the grew generation, youths are widely perceived as lack of social
experiences, this could result in serious consequences.
Nevertheless, others are of the opinion that young officials superiorities in government departments could be justified. This is primarily due to their
creativity, enthusiastic and zealous. They have a great vision and the spirit to take the nation forward. They are willing to try new inventions and ready to
face challenges .More importantly, youngsters are smart and energetic hence is more capable to tackle some complex problems including economic
and social problems. This I turn instills vitality and momentum in the working environment, thereby facilitating their work efficiency.
In conclusion, youngsters lack experience but have their advantages in addressing issues creatively. However, those significant positions in
governments should be performed carefully by people with rich experience and down-to-earth attitude rather than job cookies like youths. 4

Nowadays, an increasing number of people are concerned about youngers activitives in political field. However, whether many young people play a key
role in the government is a heat debated. In my opinion, adolescents have entirely ability to paratipate in the government activitives.
It can not contradict that young generation is really talent, active and higher education about many different fields. On the publiscs blogs, websites and
media, number of youngers who express their opinions before social, economical etc issues is rapid rise. In fact, they sovle the daily problems more
and more effectively and their ideas are usually highly assessed by the pulic. For example,Dong sea sovereignty dispute between Viet Nam and China
in recent months, Vietnamese tenager who have used media especially the Internet called for the support of international friends and required the
Chinese government respecting the international Seas laws. This contributes on reducing stressfull and preventing war both two nations. As a result ,
what adolescents hold the important sites in the government is not uncommon.
However, there are many individuals unbelieving youngers when taking part in the political works. Politic is one of the complex issues, whether young
people have enough experences to do it better? A wrong political decision could also negative impact on a national evently large religional peace.
Following time, human have thoughts and actions carefully , so seniors are difficult to make the right choices.
In conclusion, officals not only need to have wide knowledge but also critical thinking. These requirements youngers generation can be improved by
themselves. Living in the information age, youngers are accessed world news faster and ealier so they can completely find out correct solutions when
facing to national dilemmas.

That government officials are young people is no longer unusual for the public. Besides supportive opinions, some people do not appreciate young
governors claiming that they are incapable of completing these noble missions. In my opinion, engaging young people in political younger generation in
political system has both advantages and disadvantages.
Firstly, using young generation helps the political system avoiding stagnation and conservatism. The young are always known for their creativity that is
expected to lead to revolutionary changes; simultaneously, they are enthusiastic enough to implement those renovations. Meanwhile, seniors tend to
make decision by following the path. It should be emphasized that adaptable policies in accordance with the change of society are what the government
needs to operate a country.
Secondly, employing young officials in the government encourages the young to dedicate themselves for the development of the country. Nowadays, an
increasing number of juniors flock to other countries seeking for jobs to comfort their lives instead of developing their motherland. If the young feel that
have the right to decide the countrys fortune as well as their lives then they will devote themselves more responsibly to the nation.
In contrast to supports, many opinions argue that youngsters are lack of experiences to operate the government. It is absolutely reasonable. Making
decision in the position of senior officials requires practical experiences other than knowledge from books. Therefore, the higher the position is, the
more precious practical experiences become.
From my point of view, the government should maintain a balance proportion between the young and the old to utilize advantages of both. Involving 4

That more and more young people hold the important position in the
Government is a subject of controversy. Some people claim that it is a good
thing while others argue that it is not suitable. In my opinion, two views
have both rational and irrational points and my essay will analyze them.
Firstly, it is believed that young people acquire the advance of
educating timely. By dint of the inquisitive and striving for mastery, they
will help the Government achieve breakthrough developments. In addition,
with being enthusiastic and dynamic, human infants will bring motivation to
others. This makes the state apparatus be not old and stunted. Equally, young
people are stronger in health than old ones. As a result, they can work with
high intensity in the stressful competitive environment, which is the worthy
of attention. Finally, the policy for young people holding the important
positions in the Government helps to reduce brain drain. They see that they
get preferential treatment and devote their abilities to the nation.

Politics and its seats are always an endless complex matters, especially in this industrial society nowadays. Many ideas stated that more and more
young people hold important positions in the government is a good thing, while others objected this. Personally, I dont find these statements are
completely justifiable as every matters have both sides- right and wrong or benefits and drawbacks.
Lets see why many ones think that it could be a troublous politics when youngsters run the power of the government. Its hard to understand how you
could control an unpredictable situation other than luck and help if you have no experiences, but a bunch of vague theories and thats a real
circumstance of many youngsters now. People said that Better comes with ages, which means most one believes that the more life experiences you
overcame, the more things you accumulate. Thats so right, but looking at another angle, its severe subjective and somewhat negative. When being 21,
Uncle Ho decided to find a job on an oceangoing vessel to be abroad to learn the essence of the West to return to help the Vietnamese. When being
56, after a prolonged arduous fight with an impetuous patriotism, Uncle Ho was elected as a great president of a Vietnam democratic republic. Actually,
it has not too many youngsters like Uncle Ho but some characteristics and personalities of them, such as progressive outlook, creative thinking, and so
on, couldnt be disappeared easily.
Clearly speaking, agreement or disagreement with this matter is just an opinion affected by the specific situations that one has seen or overcome. Age
is just number of age, not justify how well you do anything. Let youngsters try, if they are truly talented and confidential, to contribute to the development
of country. 4

That the young are playing important roles in government is a controversial topic recently with strong opinions for and against. This essay will examine
both sides of the argument and present a final conclusion.
Those in favor of supporting young people to undertake significant positions, have a completely strong belief in enterprise of the young. With an
enthusiasm and decisiveness, it is not difficult to perceive that obvious reforms are occurring. Do not like old generations afraid their reputation and
career, the young get various chances to implement their desires and sound leadership. To illustrate, activities of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union
are presently operating effervescently with young force. Hence, young generations deserve to be advocated to create occasions for our country more
developing in the future.
On the other hand, there are those argue that lacking of leadership experience drives the young difficult to work in government, especially when
developing countries are in process to bridge the rich-poor gap. Former leadership generations experience a long term and understand precious
managements knowledge from other leaders in many countries, which overwhelms narrow understandings of the young. Regardless of youngs
flexibility, huge issues of a nation for instance unemployment, national environment, poverty, are macroscopic and offer leaders to equip themselves
necessary experience. Accordingly, that old people hold and operate a country creates chances for inhabitant to support and believe.
Considering both points of view, it seems that a compromise may be the best solution. Association and a balance between the young and the old are
best to assure about decisiveness, creativeness and experience lessons for development. This would encourage both advantages them in the panoply
of issues in a nation. 4

Having the youth increasingly elected to the key statuses in the authority system is the one of the most controversial issues currently. Many people
believe that it is beneficial whereas others are skeptical. In my point of view, it is good chance for young people to contribute to the development of
country.
On the one hand, there will be some problems emerging when the youth forms a government. It is undeniably that they have lesser experience of
leading the authority system than the previous generations do. Not only does this lead to ineffective results, but also affects badly the whole apparatus
of government. Besides, the lack of consistency can easily make everyone feel that they are not competent enough to be responsible for this position.
On the other hand, when opted to the government, the young people create many significant advantages to our society. Firstly, thanks to their strong
health, they are always willing to face to face with risks and under pressure resulting from their working process. Secondly, unlike old people, it seems
to be uncomplicated for the youth to access to advanced technologies and utilize them professionally. Finally, the enthusiasm of youth helps them
quickly adapt to the new environment and learn from the earlier generations experience. Thus, their final results will be acknowledged positively.
In conclusion, for the reasons mentioned above, I strongly believe that the young people should be given a hand to hold the essential positions in the
authority system and the previous generations who have more close experiences need to firmly supervise them behind at that time.

Today, younger generation tend to hold more and more significant positions in the government. While there are benefits for this, I would argue that it is
better when older generation hold the important positions in the government.
On the one hand, the significant positions are filled by young people, this is beneficial to some extent. Youngster approach the scientific and
technological innovations faster than the senior, which allows them to work more effective. For instance, if the chief organize a online meeting of their
staffs in other places instead of going to each place, he will have a great deal of time and money. Secondly, younger generation is creative and able to
make total changes. While most old people do not like changes and to be satisfied with what they have currently, young people like challenges and
willing to take responsibility for their decisions.
On the other hand, it seems to me that youngster should not hold the important positions in the government because of some reasons. One reason is
that the older generation may not believe in the decisions of their younger boss. They might do things differently as what they was told to do. Second
reason is that young people lacks experience in resolving many problems. For example, a minister of heath should be a married person and have
children. If this position belong to a young woman without having her own children, she can not be able to solve the problems related to children well.
In conclusion, although young generation might be better than the older generation because of some reasons, I believe that the significant positions are
more suitable for old people. 4

Nowadays, more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that it is a good thing, while others argue

Essay:
There is a trend existing in personnel system of the government: more and more young people hold the important positions. Some people think this is a
good trend, but others argue it is not. Both sides of the issue will be discussed in my writing.
A young person can become a good leader for a nation. He has better studying conditions than an old man. It is undeniable that a young person
prepared excellent physical and mental health for going and learning management skill, political or economic conditions of many countries and going to
international meetings all over the world. A young mans brain is ready for receiving new knowledge or information such as technology, renovating ideas
of people and a young manager will quickly find out the problems and solve them after referring to many good ideas of people and colleagues.
However, a young person is not a completely perfect leader. He can lack of management experience. It is easy to see that controlling and guiding a
whole nation is really difficult. He needs to understand clearly about the country, which costing a lot of years. Furthermore, impetuous temperament of a
young person can be a big barrier for being a good manager. It means that an old manager will more carefully consider a problem and make a decision
than a young manager. Careful observing is really necessary for a manager when he is holding important position of the government.
In my opinion, a young person may be a good or a bad leader of a country depending on his dignity and learning attitude. People who suggest any
person on an important position of the government should consider about his personality such as patient, serious, consistent and trustful. He also needs
close to people to understand more about them. He needs to receive good ideas and ready to renovate into better policies for a better life of people. If
he cannot do this, he may be a bad leader of a country.
In conclusion, a good or a bad manager of a nation cannot be assessed based on ages, it based on many important other factors as personality,
knowledge or human behavior.

In authority, the young have more chance to reach the critical positions. Some people claim that it is a good thing while others have opposing views. My
writing will discuss both sides of this issue.
Initially, it is claimed that the nations can utilize the high skilled labor if the young keep the considerable positions. United States is a typical example. As
a result of appropriate policy and other privileges to attract the younger group from all walks of life, this country ascended the top of the world and
shortened time to develope. Nevertheless, it is undeniable that younger people have deficiencies in experience to manage. The saddest of all is that
only by the knowledge in books are they difficult to perfect governmental system. The fact demonstrated this point. Kim Jong Un becomes supreme
leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea when he is 27 years old. As a consequence of limit actual knowledge, he caused the stressful
atmosphere between two nations.
Subsequently, the advantage of receiving higher places is to encourage the young to contribute more for their countries. Comparing with the elder, they
can tolerate the high stress levels, absorb foreign culture, equip themselves with modern technology. Moreover, not only do they have creative idea, but
they also work hard, which enables them to give birth to wonderful invention as well as hit the big times. It is because of their characteristics that they
can accelerate the development of their country and enhance the living standards. However, is it true in all circumstances? In spite of succeeding
easily, the young become a victim of their own success. Being blessed with the values of money, they are vulnerable to social evils such as abusing
power or corruption. Once putting their foot in it, the young relinquish their future and have no way to return, which endangers the communitys profit
and the law. In a word, it last disadvantages and advantages in this issue.
In conclusion, each idea has its owm validity. I totally agree that the young is the hope of the world. If they are given the opportunity, they will make a
better future. 4

It is not easy to decide if giving an opportunity for the youth to lead some vital statuses in government. A school of thought is that the young generation
is inappropriate for these positions. Another possibility is that they seem more likely to become the excellent candidates for some significant spheres in
governing body. While the first view may have some parts to play, it is my view that young leaders should be trusted for their young strength and fresh
mind.
The idea that the youth is lack of practical experience in tackling dilemmas does have some merits. One reason why people propose this is that
achievements of experienced leaders policies have become a clear proof to attract citizens reliance on them, especially in some important fields such
as defense and economy. In fact, it is very essential to have clever and experienced leaders for situations like war or economic crisis, which always are
tensions to any countries in the modern ages. For example, Mr. Phm Bnh Minh, the minister of Foreign Affair of Viet Nam, have given reasonable
solutions and clever speeches to the East Sea- related disputes by peaceful means, which raises international friends supports for Viet Nam as well as
prevents Chinese invasion. More importantly, they have built reputation through many years reliance; therefore, their policies would be easily accepted
by residents.
The alternative suggestion of giving these primary responsibilities to young leaders seems more likely to be reasonable in practice. This is partly
because young challengers have the dynamic and enthusiastic manner in their blood. It means that they are willing to cope with problematic tasks
without anxiety of failures or haunting of unpleasant experiences. It is also relevant that descendants usually have more creative mind than their
predecessors in giving suggestions for any policies. For this reason, the hot dilemmas such as pollution and traffic congestion always became the
clearly unanswered questions in policy-making because of the outdated thinking. However, if the youth had right to make policies about these problems,
there would have a hundred of feasible ideas from them.
My conclusion is, therefore, that while it may seem better for experienced leaders to control some significant positions, in practice that the innovative
and creative mind of young leaders would be more beneficial for policies in the technological society. 4

Whether the young should take up the vital positions in government remains a matter of controversy. Some people think that youngsters are not the
suitable candidates for political arena while the opposite claim that the later generation is completely capable of take responsibility for these national
missions. I strongly agree with the latter opinion for the following reasons.
It is, firstly, believed that handing important governmental positions over the young is an unwise decision due to their lack of experience. There is an
undeniable fact that with ups and downs throughout their life, seniors have accumulated a deal of precious experience. However, experience is not the
factor that hinders political career path of the young. Their flexibility and intelligence enable them to learn quickly from the former generation. What is
more, by virtue of sagacity, the young completely have ability to absorb precious lessons from the later generation in a short time; thus that experience
can be put into practice effectively. Even more, there is more possibility that they can achieve real breakthroughs as well as carry out revolutions in a
variety of fields thanks to their creativity and updated trend, which leads the nation to a brighter future.
Secondly, it is considered that youngsters are not well-qualified as government officials because of their impatience. A number of young people with
hastiness are oriented to premature decisions; as a consequence, they have to face up to regretful failure. Yet, with those who feel confident to take up
the important positions in government system, it is very likely that performing their duties carefully and affirming their value are what they bear in my
mind to control themselves. Apart from this, brimming with vitality and boundless energy, the young are willing to study with all their constant effort to
accomplish effectively governmental commission.
To encapsulate, with aforementioned points above, I am greatly for the idea that young people are eligible for government positions no matter how
young they can be. The key is not the age gaps, but qualification-both ability and morality. 4

Nowadays more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that it is a good thing, while others argue

Young people are frequently seen as the leaders of changes in the country, which leads to the increasing young population in playing major roles of the
government organizations. However, some people claims that it is unsuitable for the fate of nation depended on the young only. This essay will shed
light on how to allocate the resources country to guarantee the long-term development.
It is undoubted that in some countries where the young people dominates, for example, America, Vietnam and others, the earmarking of impressive
changes about society-based issues and timely solutions make sense. Vietnam, after a short time of growth, has reduced a variety of administrative
formalities with using a digitalize method; in fact, this online-approach made registrations easier to both citizen and office workers. This remarkable
modification is depended on the timely mind-broaden ability of the younger group from government departments, who enjoy access to global modern
educational systems and receive open-mind opportunities. That their educational training is superior to previous generations took immediate measures
against global problems; for example, most countries such as Japan, China, America put the effort into the alternative energy resources production.
Nevertheless, there are drawbacks to such a labor distribution. First and foremost, this would be a heavy burden on young leaders on account of their
lack of experience for managing tasks and solving important problems related to national and international issues. China, which becomes an economic
superpower in present, tend to make a sense of aggressive attitude to the gap between the rich and the poor. In addition, the young people frequently
eager for success, which leads to a sense of solidarity. This would mean that it would hit the strong relationship among members of the government
with a view to enabling favorable conditions for the enemy to separate the government and the citizen.
To conclude, this labor distribution is worth considering to improve the economic situation, however there are advantages and disadvantages of
introducing such a young labor-related usage. 4

Currently, there is an increasing tendency that young people hold important positions in the government. While some people are of that opinion, others
express their disapproval. The essay will discuss both sides of the issue and give the writers opinion.
There is a wide range of argument to against the young to hold the positions in the government. The first thing should be considered is their lack of
actual experience which is regarded as a critical tool for policy makers. The people possessing more experience will definitely give better decision. Also,
the shortage of experience may lead to their uncertainty in discussion with other members of the board. Next, the personality traits of the youth should
be taken into account too. The young often show their envy and desire to win and to change, which is not always bring positive outcomes.
In contrast, many people have shown their belief in the youth for holding critical position in the government. It is argued that the young can be more
easily adapt to changes, which is vital in the context of fast pace of globalization. The world is changing at a high speed so the people ruling it should be
quick too. In addition, young people tend to get faster approach to modern education and technology. They possess a more creative and innovative
thinking that is essential for the future development of a nation.
To sum up, for the above reasons, I am of the later opinion that agree with the tendency for the join of young people in government. 4

People have different views about taking for key positions in the government which have being done by younger people. Some people think that it is
beneficial. However, others contend that it is not eligible. Personally, I fall in line with choosing junior people for completing national responsibilities.
There are several reasons why young people is inappropriate for holding crucial positions in the authorities. The first reasons is that many young adults
are lack of practical experience of managing the national organization. For example, with a enormous political system, unless the leaders are
experienced of organizing or dealing with issues which are generated by running it, the organization will be unstable and lost the belief of people in
governments. Another drawback is there are more likelihood that if young people are too successful in holding important tasks of nation, they can be apt
to be arrogant and aggressive which lead to harass for bribes or illegal activities. It is really a danger to a country.
Despite the above arguments, I believe that governments should choose junior people for holding key positions in their system. Firstly, at younger ages
but with better health and great energy, young people can work harder and more effectively with huge workloads than older ones. In addition, living in a
modern world, there is an increasing need for active commanders. This means they not only update the advanced achievements of human, but also
bring more fresh and creative ideas such as : new technologies, appropriate policies and creations or inventions over the world. Finally, greeners have
more opportunities to improve their competence and experience by studying abroad to get expanded knowledge or undertaking various positions before
having responsibilities for carrying out important tasks of nations.
In conclusion, even though young people have some negative aspects , I strongly believe that we should give support to greeners of taking for key
positions in the government because of all the benefits and prospects they bring. 4

It is obvious that the governments are holding most important positions of each country and especially some of the critical ones are held by the young.
The issue of the young enter into critical positions of the government is still argued by many experts and from public. In my opinion, this issue has the
advantages and disadvantages as followings.
On the one hand, any governments should have young people in critical positions to run efficiently since many affairs can be done by them. Firstly, the
globalization creates many opportunities and chances, a country can realize and catch them easily with the eyes of young cadres and managers.
Secondly, the young are often a healthy and enthusiasm one, they can try their best to success a mission even it is something impossible. Thirdly, they
can work in pressure for a longtime, as a result, the productivity of our country will reach higher.
On the other hand, if too many younger people enter the government as high officials, many mistakes can be caused. A case in point, the young do not
have many chances to face with reality affairs because they are often ones with short-working time. Additionally, within the administration of them, there
is nothing to ensure the stable development process because of their short vision and easy-changing. So they should be arranged in less-important
positions and coped with anything before stepping in a critical position.
No work seems to be hard to the young, but they need time to experience to learn from reality. Though, many people still argue in this issue, but for me,
the government is a brilliant entity, they will choose an appropriate one for their critical position. 4

These days, there is a tendency that more and more young people are appointed to some important positions in the government. Some people see that
phenomenon is a good advance while the others think it is the adverse choices for the government.
It is possible to argue that young people now can be very eminent and they are enough worldly-wise to be accepted to take a place in the government. It
is a true that people now have become mature and sophisticated earlier than before due to the advance of the science and technology. They, from
being a child, have a lot of opportunities to access the international education and the world through the media and the Internet. In addition, young
people are believed to be more aspired, creative and dynamic than the old ones because they have more desire to show off themselves and prove the
ability to contribute no less than perennial personnel.
On the other hand, it has been argued that young people normally are not enough wise and profound in making decisions. Because of the important
property of the decisions and its effect to the country, although young people could have a better comprehensive education than before, some people
prefers the seasoned ones who have a lot of experience in dealing with decision-making as an authority. Furthermore, it is generally believed that young
people are not as careful and responsible as old people in term of deciding the essential issues.
In conclusion, I believe that although old people can be wiser and more experienced, they can be affected too much by the precedent, meanwhile,
young people are more freely active in reform and contribution to break through the limitations from the last generations thinking. The defect of young
people is the experience can be early compensated by the rapid comprehension and learning that is the strong point of the young generation. 4

In this modern world, the number of young people who hold the fundamental posts in the government is growing. While some people suppose that it is
not good, I would argue that this trend is really suitable at present.
In my opinion, that young people are becoming an increasingly important part of the government brings a lot of benefits. First, their youth is a huge
advantage which makes them creative and up-to-date. This is likely to result in many new breakthrough policies and modern management. Second, the
young have a very long period of time to contribute to their nations. For example, with the same abilities and qualifications, a younger candidate is more
likely to be elected than an older counterpart in some countries because of his longer time of devotion in the future
On the other hand, this trend also carries some remarkable drawbacks. First of all, it is really hard for the young to make the older accept their
leadership, especially in some Eastern nations. Because of prejudice and bias, it is common sense that the older a man is, the higher position he should
stand. It is a big problem that young people have to face up with. In addition, all of them are in shortage of real experience. If they have not faced much
trouble in their career, they will easily make mistake, which can affect the lives of many people.
In conclusion, I personally think that more and more young people should be chosen to play some vital roles in the government although this trend is
disadvantageous to some extent. 4

Nowadays, there are more and more youngsters work in administration system of the Government. Optimists state that it is a spark light of the country
development while the pessimists claim that such these young birds could mislead the countrys destiny. Both these views have the pros and cons, my
essay will discuss both of them.
First of all, it is the fact that the young leaderships are having more and more essential positions in the government of not only Vietnam but also
numerous developed countries in the worlds. It is undeniable that thanks to the participant of the young leaderships, there are some spark signs in the
development of political, economic and administrative systems of the government. With the typical features in the youngsters characteristics, they are
having the bold decisions for the problem of their countries. Nevertheless, in some cases, such those hurry decisions are the mistakes which mislead
their own countries. The main reason for this is the shortage of experiences without consultancy of the old experts as well as all the people of the
countries. This problem was apparently shown in the history of Vietnam, in which a huge number of Vietnamese upper classes lost their real estates as
a result of the wrong decision from non-experienced leaderships.
In the second place, one of the advantages of the young leaders nowadays is the opened mind which is useful for the immigration of the country.
Following the trend of the global citizens, young leaderships tend to encourage policy makers enhancing their countries market into foreign countries,
spreading out domestic culture to the others. This is surely considered as a valuable opportunity for the society in general and business community in
particular improving their capability and making more benefit for countries. However, the small number of their age is their advantage but also becomes
the disadvantage in their career. The age, the shortage of experience is the essential factor for other under estimating their own ability and knowledge
as they make the decision for any issue.
It is reasonable for the pessimists state their opinions. Nonetheless, I strongly approve the young talent for the important positions in the Government
positions for their enthusiasm. Obviously, it is necessary for them to consult the other professors opinion before each decision. 4

From the first years of the 21st century, more and more youth decide to pursue the political way to become a young leader of a country. Many people strongly
support that its time for the young generation to engage in the government, however this is refused by others who say that they need the elder and experienced
politicians to manage their country. Both sides have, of course, their own merits, but I think the combine of both two opinions is more reasonable and popular, and
my reason will be outline below.
First and foremost, it cant be deny that the youth is always stronger and more dynamic than the elder. They can take on their work in the government within several
terms, as well as easily tackling the challenge and withstand the pressure- one of the most threat to the health of the old. In addition, a young leader can bring a new
leash of life to the government, because he (or she) often listen to the others and consider carefully before making a decision. Finally, people claim that the elder
nowadays often lack of creativity and they have no chance to approach the new invention and modern technologies -the indispensable factor for one leader. For
instance, there are many young politicians took place in the government in mnay counitres like Romanian minister: Razvan Orasanu at the age of 24, Czech
Republic Prime Minister: Stanislav Gross when he was only 34 years old.
However, many people also believed that the young generation shouldnt be let to hold to the important position in the government. To their opinion, experience is
the factor that can only be collected after many working years, and a full-experienced politician will choose the safer way, without so much risk to solve the
difficulties of the country. Moreover, the youth are often more eager for success and they are often try every way to reach their purpose, even using bribery or
embezzlement. It will cause the consequence not only to themselves but also to the country and the habitant. In fact on July 2014, the Australian government had to
enforce a law to prevent the spectators from discovering a terrible bribery and protecting seven young and high officers of the Australian Centre bank. After that the
Australian government is now facing to the criticism from both the habitants here and many press organizations.
Everybody had their own opinion, but I think that the government should have both the youth and the elder, because we need a combine between the experience
and the daring to ensure the development of the country.
To sum up, the tendency of becoming a politician at the early age is wide-spread all over the world. It also makes many success, but this wave should be controlled
and some of the most important positions of the government is taken by the experienced politicians besides a generation of young and auspicious leaders. 4

So, what
adolescents hold the important sites in the government is not uncommon.
However, there are many individuals unbelieving youngers when takingpart in the political works. Politic is one of the complex issues, whether young
people have enough experences to do it better? A wrong political decision could also negative impact on a national evently large religional peace.
Following time, human have thoughts and actions carefully , so seniors are dificult to make the right choices. 4

Whether young people should play a important role in the government or not, which is considered as a heated controversy in recent years. Many people
point out that there are many advantages if young people hold the positions of power while antis hold certainly valid arguments to the contrary. In the
following essay, I intend to shed light both views as well as propose my own opinion.
To begin with, there who are of the opinion that youth generation is appropriate to hold important positions in the government. First and foremost, they
have unlimited vision and are willing to face challenges, it creates many growth opportunities for country. This is because studying in modern education
system help adolescence broadens their horizon and develop their skills at school. Hence, this is a youth generation with cyclopedia knowledge and
extremely active. Different from traditional and outdated ways of thinking by the former generation, youth generation have breakthrough thinking, which
contribute new ideas and new strategies to cope with risk and transformations in society. Further and even more importantly, while old governor is often
associated with the health issues, new generation are better physically which allow them to perform complex task. Especially, they are young, this
equivalent to enthusiastic, engrossed and active in work. Therefore, they bring about motivation as well as promotion for their staff and the youth who
are future masters of the country.
Turning to the other side of the argument, as distinct from the previous generation, there is no room for doubt that the young are impatient and
inexperienced in society. To put it simply, a lack of practical experience plus hasty decisions could result in serious consequences, especially in dealing
with unforeseen circumstances. One striking example which should be noted here is that a wrong political decision can leads to far- reaching effects
relates to national peace and development of economy. What is more, due to the fact that the old people dedicate their whole life to work in this field,
they obviously gain credibility and the public trust. 4

Nowadays, more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. There are many different idea around this problem.
Some people think that is not suitable. This is a proper worry. People hold the important positions in the government, every their decision makes serious
effect to our lives. So these positions offer people who have not only knowledge, morality, leadership capability but also work experience. The
experience a person takes is the thing that we still are used to measure with the age of that one. Everyone usually thinks that the elderly have much
time to work, to find the world, to understand the personality, the difficulties in the life. Therefore, they can make decisions which are most realistic, most
helpful. Meanwhile, the young person is considered as an immature and unexperience person. It is an one sided view and unfair to the youth. Now, to
keep up with the improvement of the world, the youth make their best. They are self- confident, energetic, enthusiatic, are eager for knowledge, so,
maybe they have more knowledge about the life and work than we think?
Besides, some people think that is good. The youth catch up with the trends of technology, internet, They receive the knowledge , mix up with the
foreign cultures easilier and faster. Specially, they arent blocked the progress by the difference of languages. Morever, the youth can absorb the
environment better. They can solve the problem actively and not inflexibly. So why dont we try to believe the youth one time?
In my opinion, we should change the bad view about the youth, consider the problem that the young people hold the important positions in the
government fairly and objectively. Give the youth a chance to prove themselves!

Nowadays, more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that is a good thing, while others argue
that it is not suitable. To me, it is time and chance, as well, for the youth to prove themselves.
Here we are in the 21st century, all of people, from all walks of life, have the right to show their abilities as well as talents. And whenever you are better
than other individuals in an exceptional field, you had better be their leader, not related to age. Sebastian Kurz, an Austrian citizen, became Minister of
Foreign Affairs of EU at the age of 27 in 2013. This is not the first time the Austrian government has had young leaders in the important positions. In
Gracie, Mikheil Saakashvili, 37 years old, officially won the election and became the President. All people around the world are having a right direction
to stimulate the youth to lead their countries, there is no reason for us to be against with it.
If we keep conservative ideas that it is not suitable for young men to hold the important positions, it is hard to change bad situations, especially in poor
developing countries like Vietnam. We are now facing at many problems, if we want to solve, we have to change. Therefore, we need an open mind, a
flexible style and even the recklessness of the youth. Le Hai Binh, the youngest announcer of Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Vietnam history, has proved
that he is suitable for this position for many years.
Therefore, in my opinion, letting the youth hold the important positions is actually an encouraging sign in a countrys management system. 4

"Throughout history, young people have always played a crucial role in communitys development. While some people believe that the youths formal
participation in government is a strong point for the future of their countries, others argue that it is not easy to require them to face lots of issues in this
path. In my opinion, both views need discussing for finding out the most persuasive conclusion.
For a variety of reasons the youth participant in goverment should be encouraged. Firstly, they can be a creative force, a dynamic source of innovation
with different perspectives and a host of different ideas. By allowing them to voice their opinion we could be opening and moving the political world
forward, economic opportunities as well. Thats why the government of almost countries are more and more willing to invest in the youth development
for their sustainable development target. Secondly, for young people, they definitely will benefit by feeling that they are able to have an impact on their
local communities and lives, especially improving their self-worth and enhancing their commitment to local government. This two-side connection builds
up an essential motivation for the youth participants in government, nowadays.
However, there remain strong arguments for the explaination about difficulties youth need to get through when they are more involved in important
position in goverment. For facing poverty, barriers to education, discrimination and limited employment opportunities, they are required continuous
enthusiasm and real capacity to tackle issues appropriately. Morever, the limitation of empirical understandings may prevent them from making
decisions in the urgent cases. Therefore, there may exist some certain risks for the whole community under the direction of the young leader in
government.
In my opinion, the youths capacity can not be rejected. Young people, nowadays, have more and more the constructive ideas for communitys
development, and they are completely able to be qualified for important positions in government. However, period to taking charge these duties, they
need to experience a lot to be really mature.
In conclusion, I believe that talent young people engaged with government are able to contribute significantly to the worlds perspectives in the positive
way. In any aspects of living, their efforts are important for better policies" 4

In the present, the world has to cope with many challenges asking to the power of leaders. This is the good opportunity as well as a test for young
leaders to perform their ability. There are a lot of debatements the young people should hold the significant positions in government to demonstrate their
capacity and intelligence whereas others agree it is unsuitable. In the following paragraphs, I would like to discuss both ideas by my opinion.
When we encounter any difficulties in the life, it is important that we will have to overcome them by the way or the other way. There are several
advantages if young people represent their capacity. They are very intelligent, enthusiastic and different. Moreover, if they have trained in the famous
university before, they can contribute many new and good ideas. So, why can not they hold important positions in the government? As can be seen,
David Cameron has become the youngest Prime of Minister of England around 200 years when he was 43 years old. He launched a wave of tightening
finance in England to cut the deficit, has improved the relationship with American, Europe and AsiaAnd the same thing have taken place in Denmark
when they have a youngest Prime of Minister women Helle Thorning Schmidt 44 years.
There is no doubt that the young people are ready to face challenges and can understand the demand as well as desire of their citizens. Furthermore,
the strength of young people helps them work harder, more creative and innovative. Thus, the significant positions should be put by young leaders to
present their talent.
On the other hand, the young people will encounter to some disadvantages. The experience is main reason to lead the greatest worry for young
leaders. In many cases, they can not know the correct way solving the difficult problem because they have not confronted with them before. The lack of
experience can lead the terrible results which will influence their future. Sometimes, they are so young that their good ideas can not be accepted or miss
reliance and persuasion although they are really very good.
In conclusion, the young people should be selected on the important positions to promote the creation and enthusiasm. Moreover, they also need the
help of experience people in the government. 4

Today, youngsters have been more and more trustworthy in political vacancies. Some people consider it a beneficial scene, while others suggest this
decision should not be implemented. My essay will discuss both views on this issue.
On one hand, young politicians are sometimes regarded as the inexperienced. Being immature and impressionable, their decisions maybe establish
temporarily short terms. For example, some of them nowadays set Western countries as models and make an attempt at imitating those countries.
Hence, no sooner is the willingness to assist the nations to take more advances than the concern about cultivated cultures and freedom is raised.
On the other hand, it is necessary that young people should play the crucial role in the country authority. Firstly, the retirement of elder politicians is
inevitable. Therefore, the more youngsters are taken into account in those positions earlier, the more they are well-prepared in order to build up their
nations. As a result, worry about unemployment will not be a huge dilemma for political job fields which are highly in demands. In addition, young people
can make more contribution of open minded ideas to government. Due to the generation gap, there are numerous issues of which elder people cannot
have a profound understanding in comparison with young counterpart. For instance, former Vietnamese government stood against same-sex marriage,
but after a short period of time in discussion with political youngsters, Vietnam today government has totally mended the rift of segregation.
In conclusion, it is still controversial whether or not youngsters should have a political position. Even though this issue remains disadvantageous in
terms of delegates experience, however, if a further look is taken, this decision is unavoidable and full of convenience related to new developments

It is true that there are many vital positions in government are holden by young people. While some individuals think this is disadvantageous, i believe
that it would be a good tendency
On the one hand, there are some undeniable drawbacks of letting young people holding important positions. Firstly, they have lack of experience.Being
young, they do not get many opportunities to work in real life, which leads to many difficulties in facing proplems. If the proplems happened many times
before, experienced persons could tackle it easily.Secondly, people tend to disapprove the youth holding leading positions. They are likely to wonder
whether a person who are as young as their children can carry heavy responsibilities or not. As a result, influence of young people who keep important
positions is less than elder
On the other hand, i also believe that there are some reasons why young people should keep crucial positions. Because being trained in better
education, the youth is increasingly progressive. As a result,This may benefit socioties in some ways. For example, thank to Mark Zuckerberg and
facebook, people can communicate from different parts of the world easily, which is impossible ten years ago.Futhermore,it is obvious that the youth is
much healthier than elder. This allows them to work under high pressure from heavy working environment. For example, instead of woking 8 hours at
work offices like other staffs, ministers have to travel a lot. Therefore, they would cope with many health proplems such as headaches, stress if they did
not have good physical conditions
In conclusion, because of reasons mentioned above, i personally believe that it would be proper if young people keep leading positions in society 4

At the moment, a young person keep a significant place in the government is not the special circumstance as before. As a result, that issue made two
argumentative sentiment, one believe that its a advantageous thing for their country and society while other think its does not make a sense. However I
personally suppose for the first opinion.
First of all, before entranced the government every people have had to overcome a lot of strict exams, deep investigations and hard conditions,
therefore the qualification of the staffs in the government always guarantee.
Secondly, young people are able to approach to the new technology and supplementary methods faster than old people hence they can save much
time, money and also solve more work. According to the research of HaNoi University, the average time to solve a same work of young people alway
faster than older people including the government.
Of course there is no denying the fact that, young people usually lack of experiences than older people so they can easily make a wrong decision which
can bring a terrible result. Furthermore, ordinarily old staff have number of partners and relation with gravitative person that is the important factor to 4

In this modern and democratic society, it is more popular that many significant roles in the government are taken by the youngster. Though to some
people this may be lead to some negatives impacts, I myself believe that it benefits not only the whole society but also young people themselves.
On the one hand, it is reasonable that we should not let the youngster be involved in the state system. Firstly, they are not experienced enough to take
such enormous duties in the government. Being as politician or a leader, knowledge and skill are required but one more important factor is intuitiveness,
which can only consolidated through experience. Secondly, working in the politic field means you must be reliable and advanced in working year so that
your subordinates can respect you. In fact, in any election almost the nominees are those aged more than 30 years old and it seems that citizens are
not likely to vote for the young candidates.
On the other hand, in my opinion age is not a problem that we should take in to account when considering a person for a vacancy in the state. One
reason is that, the younger people have new perspective towards every problem, which can be a breakthrough in some situations. This is due to the
fact that they were born in a modern society and are well-equipped with up-to-date technology. Therefore, they can approach issues in a more
innovative way which may adapt better to the developing society. Furthermore, letting the youngster in charge of important jobs can help raise their
awareness and responsibility towards the development of their country. It is undeniable that nowadays many teenagers are spending their time doing
worthless, even harmful things to the whole society because of wrong perspective.
In conclusion, despite some disagreement to young people to occupy significant vacancies in the state system, I am in favor of the idea that it would be
better when they do those tasks according to the above specific reasons. 4

On these days and ages, there are an increasing number of young people who play absolutely vital roles in the government. While some people
contend that this trend is obviously advantageous, the reverse is true of others. This essay will shed light on both sides of this highly contentious issue.
On the one hand, there is no doubt that the young are more open-minded and creative, moreover, they have better access to a comprehensive
education and as a result, they are likely to complement proper policies to develop our countries and improve citizens's lives. In fact, only by dint of
studying aboard do the young acquire new experiences and gain better understanding of serious problems such as environmental pollution and human
rights which are often neglected in their nations. Furthermore, because of the old are believed to be conservative and subjective, they can hardly
understand the demand of their citizens; sometimes, they impair countries's prosperity for the sake of their own profit. Numerous middle aged politicians
in Vietnam are stark examples when they are found guilty of embezzlement.
On the other hand, manifold unwanted phenomena may emerge when the young have more momentous positions in the government. Firstly, it is
undeniable that the young are immature with their dearth of experiences as well as relationships, that is why we often witness politicians being in their
sixties or evens eighties. Secondly, so ambitious and greedy are the young that they may sell their countries' confidential information to their rivals and
pose a threat to their security. By no means does a nation become an economic superpower with young leaders who underestimate their common
goals. In addition, it would be unfair for the old who were willing to sacrifice most of their lives for their nations if they were substituted by youngsters in 4

In recent years, more and more significant positions in the government were applied by the young. While some people consider that is quite good, the
others believe it is not suitable. Both points of view should be concerned carefully.
On the one hand, it is reasonable to let the young take responsibility for some position in the government because of several reasons. Firstly, most of
the young are graduated from professional training courses with deep knowledge about their job. That is the reason why government could be safe in
their hands. Moreover, young people who are obviously dynamic and enthusiastic in working could complete the task quickly and effectively. In spite of
the fact that the young are still having many problems to concern, say their love, dream or family, they always put their career on top of this list.
On the other hand, there are some disadvantages that stop the young from working in the government. To begin with, lack of experience is one of the
most important factors causing it is too hard for the young to get a post in the government. Definitely, people who have just graduated from university for
two years would be lower valued than the others with more than five-years-experience. Furthermore, it seems to be a common opinion that the young
are too green to address difficult situations, especially in political field. They have not got enough capability to face complex and varied problems. It
needs a long period of training in real life to gain this ability.
To sum up, there are still argumentative between two ideas whether it is good or not for the young to hold essential posts in the government. However, I
personally think that it does not matter of the age; the importance is how people work and what people contribute to the government. 3.5

While a number of people suggest that it is better when a variety of youngsters apply for the requisite posts but a counter argument by others states that
young generation is unrelevant to undertake a lot of important events in a country. Both sides have valid rationales but I personally believe that the first
one is the better way and my reasons are outlined in this essay.
For starters, becoming useful citizens for the country is probably the dream of most of people. They aware that very soon and that perhaps is the
reason why they strive to be State employees when they are young. Youth is the generation of energetic , dynamic, especially ambitious to accomplish
the great works in a huge organization as the government. Not only that, they are fast-absorbed, sensible and observated to perceive active knowledge
of the outside world that has many challenges as well as a lot of alternative over each period of the country. A concrete example Id like to mention that
is my brother who is just 34 years old and take part in a competion which is for leaders. Fornately, he passed that exam and was chosen for one
important site thanks to his capacity of recognization and his ability from adapting every situations.
Nevertheless, working for the government is not easy when people lack of experiences on every fields in their life such as politics, finance ; so middle-
aged people with broad understanding of all aspects, there are likely to influence those around them by their voices. Besides that, they will assume and
cope with the challenges from national requirements. Vietnam is one of the nation which focuse on promoting the strength of human resources and
prioritize those who have much experience to participate in the state apparatus. I absolutely trust, though young generation is in lacking experience,
they can easily adapt and contribute their best to the state growing and prosperous regulation.
All in all, we should trust and help the youngsters that they devote their maximum effort to the course of nation construction. 3.5

Nowadays, the amount of young people is critical roles in government. Some of opinions show that it is not suitable but apparently a downside that
adolescents cannot join in the authority. In my view, nothing is impossible, young people will change the world.
I strongly believe that young generation is really clever, active and higher education than some of different fields. On many website and media, the
amount of young people who share their ideas, concern before public, issue is presto. As a matter in fact, they deal many troubles in their life more and
more effectively so that in the social they are respected from everybody. In addition, they willing to face with the challenges owing to they have a healthy
physician and have a high education. Therefore, what youth hold the important sites in the government is not uncommon.
On the other hand, there are many views unbelieving youths when they join and take part in the government. Politic is one of the complex mentions, the
young peoples abilities can solve anything as well as same with older authority. I am not sure youths have full knowledge to creative idea and solutions
because they do not have enough experiences. A further point is older people have thoughts and actions carefully to make the best choice.
In conclusion, youngers generation can think on their feet and cultivate their knowledge to develop their country. They will be accessed world news
quickly and as soon as. Absolutely, they are always completely looking for methods when they meet problem. 3.5

Nowadays more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that it is a good thing, while others argue
that it is not suitable. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Answer essay:
With the increasing popularity of the youth career, the question as whether juvenility should play an important situation in government or not become an
issue of broad interest. Many are of the opinion that young peoples are not enough experience and unsuitable in key places. Some other; however,
counter that they have better educated recently, therefore they can dedicate for nation organizations the best thing to develop. Both of these arguments
will be analysed before conclusion is reached.
On the one hand, supporters of this view claim that young people often lack of experience to deal with national and international issues. Indeed, when a
problem has been incurred older people who worked for many years in the profession will have workarounds more clearly and quickly than those who
younger and have little experience. Moreover, youthfulness often have an open mind, and they may come up with a tolerant solutions, hence, they may
be losing their power and their voice in organization. From these perspectives, it is understandable why the argument that juvenility is not appropriate
for important positions in the government.
On the other hand, it can also be argued that there is an increasing number of young people who are knowledgeable than previous generations and 3.5

A growing number of crucial positions in the government belong to young people. I believe that is an inevitable trend and a positive alter.
To begin with, young generation have many merits. Firstly, they often have progressive attitude; because they know they do not have enough
experience, they tend to consider advice from the eaderly. Besides, when we think about youth, we also link to the creativity. Young people always want
surrounding people to recognize their capability, therefore they attempt to create new ways to resolve problems. Moreover, young leader is strong and
active, they take advantage of this features to travel and observe staffs and citizens. Let me mention General Vo Nguyen Giap as an example. He
became General of Vietnam's Army when he was 37 years old. With his assertiveness, he created the fast combat way and rescue Vietnamese people
in the war between Vietnam and USA.
On the other hand, young people often have less experience, they will unforeseen a great deal of consequences when they get an issue. If
unfortunately, civilians have to suffer the bad things from wrong decision of leader. But then again, I still believe young people, with their courage, will
bring a number of surprising transform for social.
In conclusion, it is essential that the government let youth take important positions if they are worthy and need to encourage us expand their ability. 3.5

With social progress, a surge number of youngsters play a significant role in authorities. In general, it is plausible to highly suppose that young people
are too young to assume the responsibility of overseeing society and regulating polices. However, some people hold firmly to the belief that the
performance of the youth overshading that of the elderly is an inevitable and irreversible trend in governmental field. In my essay, I would like to explore
both standpoints before presenting my own opinion.
On one hand, young people have a large number of advantages that the elderly people do not possess. Firstly, innovative and creative thinking makes it
easier for young people to regulate the newly and proper rules and regulations. They have little experience, thus they may not be disturb and intervened
by clich ideas. Secondly, compared with elderly people, young people are more dynamic and enthusiastic when it comes to tackle serious but boring
criminal problems, such as vehicle theft, drug abuse and so on. Furthermore, rare exposure to official circles encourages the young to be disgusted with
bribery and corruption.
The senior officials, on the other hand, are different from their junior counterparts in that the seniors have considerable experience which can help them
avoid making rush decisions and oversee society more seasonably. In addition, the high reputation the elderly have can obviously make more people
convinced.
To my opinion, I strongly agree that young people can also lead a order society and be a great plan makers, even a preeminent politician. The public 3.5

The world economic is develop day by day. Catching that way, government of all countries is changed. More and more young people hold the important
positions in the government today. From my point of view, that both a good thing and bad thing.
In my opinion, the first of good thing is that: when more young people hold the important position in government, we will have a younger government. It
means that: the government will have new thinks more modern and more opened in some problems: education, job because of the intelligence and
enthusiasm from young people.
The creativity is one of the strongest respects of young people. By that way, the development of country will have many difference way. Although the
country continues develop follow the political orientation before.
Im inclined to believe that there are many reasons made people think about the bad points.
Young people will not have as much experience as old people who have worked and hold positions in the government for years. Many opinions from
young people will be different from the others. So if the government is not strong and clever enough, there will have many troubles. It will made country
become critic easily.
In conclusion, I believe that if we trust young people and give the power to them, under the right orientation from the old people, they can changed many
things in good way. The country will develop more and more powerfully. 3.5

It is true that there are an increasing number of youngsters playing significant role in the government nowadays. While some people disagree with the
idea of young people should to be a key role in the authorities, I believe that this is a suitable position.
On the one hand, it can be argued that young people cannot hold this important position. They lack practical experience in comparison to elderly people
who has more challenging in their life. In addition, they are less patient that makes them difficult to reach a right conclusion. Politics is one of the
complex issues, decision-making processes of youngsters could put the national peace into effect. Many young people cannot train themselves enough
to think carefully whenever giving decisions or maybe they too confidence which lead them make mistakes.
On the other hand, young people have a large number of advantages that the elderly people do not possess. Firstly, they are more enthusiastic and
more creative. In recent years, many teenagers involve in voluntary activities, they tend to solve the problem in alternative way. Their enthusiasm and
creative thinking put environment at ease and make everything become easier to overcome. Secondly, it is clear that youngsters health is better than
elderly people. They have an abundance of energy and always willing to face challenge. Furthermore, they graduate from well educated Universities,
they can breathe new life into modern society.
For the reasons mentioned above, it seems to me that young people are likely bringing a fresh air if they work for government. 3.5

How positions in the government are chosen is a vital issue in every country. While many people disagree with young people taking central situations of
nation, I totally believe that youths inspiration and creativity not only support senior generation, but also rise national potentiality.
It is the fact that the elder politicians, who have more experiments, also work time, may be straightforward to control complex issues. That is main
reason why all most of people joining into politics are usually in middle-aged. Nevertheless, only by changing some youngers in the government, do
more and more countries gain advantageous success. It is undeniable that not only do young people have quick and logical thinking to approach the
contemporary technology, but they also innovate or renew something failed to current. For instance, Mohammed became the Prime Minister of Arabic,
also the leader of Dubai city when he was only 22 years old. With his managing talent, he sped up Dubais GDP to reach the top of the world.
In other hand, by dint of holding important situation, young politicians inspire and encourage strongly adolescent, also teenagers who are the future
bosses of the world to have believes, determination. Vo Nguyen Giap, as an example, held the position General of army Vietnam in 37-year-old,
progressively, more and more youngers take part in army with full of concentration, energy to bring back the liberty, independence to peoples.
In summary, I strongly claim that although the youth have too much experiment like senior ones, they having talents, enthusiasm, imagination certainly
will turn into celebrated politicians to foster social development. 3.5

Nowadays more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that it is a good thing, while others argue
that it is not suitable.this options will be discussed thoroughly in this essay.
Some people think that young generation should be reponsible for important position in political fields.Young people are thought that they are talent,
active and highly educated, dynamic and enthusiastic .they dont affraid of challenges.however, young people can made innovatively, creatively
decisions that have positive effect on government systems. They access to modern technology and education, they could tacle problems such as

Some people argued that youngers shouldnt hold the important positions in the government they are impatient and lack of political experiment.Being a
leader, they often face with delicated issues if they dont have intelligent solution, their own desicions could make a negative effects on social issues or
create violence in regional areas.
In generally, advantages of this trend outweigh disadvantages . The youngers weeknesses could be improved in the future, they also can be assisted
by the elders.of course, the goverment have to seriously, cautiously choose.I believe in young people and I realize youngers should be considered to

Nowadays, its not easy to allow the young people to hold important positions in the government. People think that they lack both work and life
experience. Giving the important positions to the young people could be a dangerous thing due younger people tend to be more impulsive. But times
have change. First, the more a country grows the bigger is the chance for giving the young people experience. They learn not only in their school but
also outside school. They are not ashamed to learn from other people. Secondly, they are very eager to learn and active. They have confident enough
to experience hardships. It is important to work in a competitive environment. Thirdly, they have a great vision and thought of how develop a country in
new and creative ways. And finally, they are the youth. So they have the young mind and view to apply for their country. It's too far from middle-aged
people to understand what is best for us. Especially, they do not apprehend failure. They dare to think and dare to work. However, they wont gain many
that experience and knowledge from the politic scene that the leader of the government needs. So the government must take a vast acquirement man
teach new members. To sum up, everybody can dominate nation, and take part in the government. It can be an old leader or a young leader. I mean
that people must have an expansive opinion about youths. Observe they carefully. They are the future of country. They are pioneers in many ways.
They can build up a new brilliant and prosperous country. So don't look down on them. Lets give the chance to them, they will surprise you. Believe me!

Whether young people can hold the important positions in the government? I think it's difficult to say can or can't. However, we can discuss to find the
advantages and disadvantages about it.
First, we can't deny that the young people can bring a great number of new ideas and change to the development of our society, economic growth,
social responsibility ,..., ect. Because they are enthusiastic and creative. Second, they are flexible so they can ready to face with difficult. Besides that,
they have ability to work in a team and willingness to listen the view of others. There are some good point when young people hold the important
position in a government.
On the other hand, lack of experience becomes one of disadvantage for young people when they hold the high position in government. They can't face
to difficult problem that need a real experience. In addition, citizens can't put their trust in young people so it's difficult to give a decision. And as you
know, in a traditional country as Viet Nam, Vietnamese Government, the elder difficult to accept the leader who is younger than them. Furthermore.
ambition and power can make young people lose themselves then do something wrong.
I personally would feel the young people hold the important position in government is good thing. because they can work and study at the same time to
improve knowledge then help citizens have a more and more beautiful life. A country want develop need give to young people an opportunity. 3.5

For certainly, all of us know the importance of a persons position in the government. Whether that stand is high or low, they still affect the citizens lives
and the development of that country. Nowadays, I realize as more and more young people hold the important positions in the government, a question
that always being asked is that: Is it suitable for the young generation to get involve with its country matters? In my opinions, I think that everything
comes with two explanations and I am going to explain what those two points of view are.
First of all, I am going to explain about the downside of having the young generation in the government. There are 4 main reasons from this perspective.
The first one is that seniors are much more wisdom than the young people; since they had gone through many struggles in life. The only source of
knowledge is experience (Albert Einstein). For the second reason, I want to talk about influences. Surely, as they underwent struggles, they had gained
themselves reliance from many people. Someone probably might say: "I know him. He used to be my subordinate. A good man indeed. Lets do what he
says... As simply as that, they will easily get the peoples trust. The next thing is that if they have a stable family, they will get less pressure from their
family members than the youngsters. The last reason is that old people are less attracted to the temptation of money compare to young people. As a
result, we can limit inflation and bribery in the government because these are the problems that sometimes come up on the news or newspaper.
On the other hand, it is better to have younger people to work in the government. Why is that it is important for young people to a voice in the
government? It proves that young people have the abilities. For example, we have many young leaders such as Joseph Kabila, Marcus Stephen,
Mikheil Saakashvili, and Faure Gnassingbe... Moreover, these young leaders still do well in their jobs since they have enthusiasm, creativity ...
Furthermore, if we trust them, it will make the youngsters realize they have chance to do good in their studies. As a result, they will have a better
perspective in how to pursue their dreams rather than get their time wasted.
In conclusion, no matter who you are or what generation it is, you should not judge a book based on its cover. I believe everyone can do what they
want to as long as they have the abilities to do so and it does not matter how they are going to pursue their hopes and dreams. 3.5

A lot of people firmly contend that increasing number of the youth in charge of the government is an excellent thing, many others strongly refute that.
Both sides have valid rationales but I personally believe that the first view makes more sense and my reasons are outlined in this essay.
One strong point of improving number of young staff in the bureaucracy is creating new ideas which are more competently, modern and unique due to
the fact that these participants grow and study in a advanced environment and their ages are young enough to think in adventurous way and open up a
can of worms. A growing number of young adults in the governmental appointment is also very promising in terms of attracting juveniles or teenagers in
making decisions, policies or resolving national issues as help this generation experience more and improve their social skills as well as understanding
the countrys difficulty. A concrete example would be Vietnam where the government is committed to young people who just graduated from universities
involved in public decision making and work in local communities as managements. The change in using human resource policy contributes to the
development of rural areas and also in some organizations.
At the same time, a numerous young people in the government can make mistakes and some consequences as a result of lacking of experiences and
skills. It is also true that there is a mixed variety problems in country which is difficult even for old staff, and young participants they cannot control it well
without supporting from the old. A case in point, my friend who works for the government often gets tress and pressure from the working field, and also
from some mistakes which he makes as long as less practice time and group skills. Fortunately, with the support of the experienced people and training
course which they study, the young can regulate and control all things.
In a nutshell, while to a certain extent it is true that young people holding more governmental position has made society face to some unexpected
consequences, I would still conclude by saying that they do better and in creative way, improve the countrys condition in many aspects. 3.25

A commonly held belief is that youth is a special part of society and has held increasingly important role in the government, yet others believe that, it is
not enough ability for young generation to responsible for national issues. Of course, there own merits, but I think the first view is more reasonable. I will
discuss the arguments supporting this claim in the following paragraps.
There is no denial that, young generation is really talent, enthusiastic, active and highly educated in many different fields.we can found its really
satisfying when there are a lot of youth express their opinions before the leadership talent contests or the burning issues of the society are rapid rise.
Besides, young people are trained well and have good knowledge platform having the ability to undertake the necessary expertise positions in the state.
In fact ,minister of education, traffic, finace in Vietnam are young people who is under 40 years old resovle the Government policy problems more and
more effectively and their ideas are usually highly assessed by the pulic.
However, there are many individuals unbelieving youngers when they participate in the political affairs. Politic is one of the complex issues, whether
young people have enough experiences to do it better? A wrong political decision could also negative impact on a national even though the world
peace. Following time, human have thoughts and actions carefully , so seniors are normaly to make the right choices.
Inconclusion, working in government requires youngers generation can be improved their knowledge and critical thinking in order to hold the leader 3.25

As you can see, i just a young student study in high school. Maybe too young to say some affair like adult things or something complex. But at this point,
a thing you give me to discuss make me really interesting.
In the world now, young people are more and more intelligent of everything. So i'm not really suprised that they are hold the important position in the
government.Because my teacher told me that the person who work harder, more intelligent, more sensitive and creative power, they can come out and
can be a good leader in the future. So young people just like that. Some one thing it is the good thing because it will be impetus in the future and make
the world more developmental in every aspect of life. Some people thing it is not a good thing. Why? Like a person not really young but have a lot
experience in their life and their work and they should to take the important positions. Younger people don't have a lot experience in everything because
they too young to have a knowledge like the generation before. They will get in troubles and can't make thourght for some no reasons. So if they try to
make somebody do like what they say, it can be disaster. And of course who have more experiences, more mature, have a knowledge have to hold that
positions.
But this is not what i looking for. In my opinion, i think that we need to choose a younger people. The can make some mess but they will grow up and
make that mess become an experience. And yes younger people always more creative than their generation before.Because if the older teach the
younger, the younger will learn that thing and their creative and a basic knowledge, they can do many ways to solve a thing that the older can't do.
Everything, every problem if you can come out at the second time or maybe the third time is always better. Life need more and more better. So young
people is really need at this time.Their results will make things change and good for us.
To sum up i thing young people are really suitable for holding the important positions. They will make the best thing for our future . 3

Young people is main labor force of society. they are trying in many different fields. and positions in the government remark more than before. this trend
have good and not good aspects.
We have to recognize that young people is enthusiastic, dynamic, and creative. They have time, bold idea. These make change for government to
resolve problems. This is a stable work, have pension.
but, in other hand, positions in the government have difficult problem. These positions need practician. Young people is often hasty. they must undergo
many case, face with difficult situation. Moreover, work in government is formal, sometime boring. It lose creative of young people.
In my opinion, Young people need to choose a suitable work with ability. They need try in dynamic job than work in the government. 3

If you usually watch the politic news on the public information medias, perhaps you'll be able to know too that it is nowaday more and more young
people hold the important position in the government. Some people agree while others argue. But i think it is the new change that is supported and
developed.
The young generation is always the generation that represents the new changes, the recklessness and the advance. The model young people of
Vietnamese is dinamical, confident and initiative in the time of the economic boom, the co-operation opens the door to make relationships between the
countries in the world. The most light was in the stydies, the training, the investigation and the creativeness. That was success science investigation,
the improve about education, economic, industry, agryculture,... In the countryside.
On the other hand, there are not less people benefit by this clear ideas to put somebody who doesn't have abilitive on the government. It was done by
the Civil service examinations or given young cadres to build countryside by the pilot project recent times. This one has caused gread damage about
our country's economics and politics.
Now, we need more and more young people have good quality, moral qualification, and knowledge abilitives enough to complete goverment's mission
gives them. Therefore, to apply this long strategy we need more than the time and the model for than the time and the model for education to practise
and to train with right way, purpose for young generation. 3

Nowadays more and
more young people hold the
important positions in the
government. yes, i know that and i think that it is good thing. Maybe you think that the old people will have much experience , so they can manage all
things better . But , i don't think so. I agree that the experience is very important , but it is not all .
Preceding one problem , an old leader will use his/her experience , and try to think about all abilities that can be happen , then they will look for best
solution of that problem . But, if you do that, it is very difficult to find a new way.
With a young people , they do not have much experience , but they are not obliged by old thinkings. They can bring a new wind for our country.they can
change all .
Reality, there are many young people that keep important possitions in the goverment, ex : prime minister deputy . Vu Duc Dam,.....
At last, t think that it is a very good thing 3

Today, the worl is flat world. Information and knowledge provide easy and complete for young people. With the information and knowledge that young
people quickly complete their personal talents and contributions to the community.
More and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that it is a good thing, while others argue that it is not
suitable. The viewpoint of unsuitable is conservative and rigid. Young people have talent and zeal to contribute to their nation. We have to recognized
and to create opportunity for developing young people. The fact, in 2013 Austria republic appointed Mr Sebastian Kurz to foreign minister at the age 27
and he havent qualifications but his talent was recognized. Some people didnt believe in him, then he responded: I havent experience in diplomatic
but i bring about zeal, power and desire to be devoted. His statement show a sense of responsibility to be a young people.
Now, The United Nations is very interested in role and say of young people to resolve the problem: education, peace & security, the right to participate
in solving policy. At UNESCO youth forum, Mrs Irina Bokova - UNESCO director general said Youth are the future leaders with bold ideas, have the
potential to make a positive change to the world. Youth Ambassadors of the United Nations Mr Ahmad alhendawi also expressed confidence in the
youth and urged the government respected the voice of youth in the process of developing a national policy.
Now and in the future, the importance of young people has been confirmed. Young people have come to play a central role in the development of not
only a national but also humanity. 3

Government is the most important system, which is the decisive element, influences on national economic development. Therefore, holding a
government position becomes a controversy topic, when more and more young people playing leading roles in the government. There are two contrary
conception-groups. It is a good thing in some people opinions, while others argue that it is not suitable.
The first idea considers that youth is well-qualified employees because of a more perfect education. It opens up a whole range of possibilities
developing faculty of thinking and skills. Besides, they carry out everything more creatively, open-mindedly and enthusiastically than the older. Most of
people prefer to live without poverty, attraction and discrimination. Obviously, the best strength of them is good health. I believe that in these ages, they
could reach the maximum limit of the most energetic and responsible to contribute to the community as well as the best effective working with a
mentally and physically healthy best.
However, the second group also has own reasoning on this point. They believe that the old people have more experienced. The Vietnamese say: ginger
older, ginger spicier. It is most important advantage to control their emotion when they must face and solve troubles which have always arising for hours
together. The reason is they have done it before so they know how to do. If do not keep a firm stuff, you will be soon knock-out. In addition, It is
impossible to deny wide vision of the older as well as exercise an ascendancy over both developing country and developed one. It is so difficult to trust
and look on someone who has ever either done considerable things or been well-known on communication before.
Personally, whatever over-limited is bad. It also fit with the Youth. No matter how good is, young people still need to learn and improve any more. But
with many advantages of young people, the important position in government could perfectly expect from them. I believe that if we organize dedicated-
training courses to the future governor to fill vulnerabilities in experience and raise themselves ascendancy, the young people are top choices for every
government. 3

Human resource in government today is younger. Some people thing it isnt a problem, however other people not agree . I thing it depen on what filed
they work.
At first, it suitable because young people at this century is active and self-confident. They also have new thinking way. It good for us at this time
because world nowaday have lots of contradicsion and conflict problem in social that need new ideal, really different ideal so solve. That ideal effect or
not? I cant tell but it better than take everything continous. Futhermore, I belive young people can assume a slot in government if they work in economic
field. As a result of education, young people is taught everything more systematic, they have a better condition to reach good course because the
growth of internet. If thay want, they can go fast in one specific part of economic because it easy to apply than other field
In other hand, young people also mean lack of experient and it dangerous in techonology and science field, which need high accuracy and lots of
money to operation. The produce of it can not change, so that can you imagine if we invest many money for a new moblie technology and recognize it
not effective because different in standard of user equipment. However old people know they country more.
Decision of a people in government can change the life of many people in their contry. To sum up, I trust in young people is suitble for government in
economist and social. In the contrast, technology and science need older people.

It's true that there is a huge change in the system of manner government in the recent years when a good many younger keep the vital roles replaced
by the elderly. while many people are of view that it's very dangerous and serious, I would argue that it is better to put the junior in the proper positions.
on the one hand, it's thought that the youth should not be chosen in the important place. Traditionally, younger usually have less experience than the
elderly As the result, it's really hard to give the intelligent resolving for the society problems which impact significantly to the entire inhabitants of a
country. In addition, young resident own a lot of character that don't suitable for this positions such as hasty, impatient and even adventure. Allowing
this appearance is a huge challenge to any country. This may lead to a feeling of doubt and uncertainty about the ability of the youth.
On the other hand, I believed that there are more beneficial for a state to continue to saw a new mindset that the young people can take part in the
government. Firstly, the best features of the young is active enthusiasm and specially physical very well. That why they can face with a huge mass of
work and also manage the stresses of society issues like population, politics, education and so on. Secondly, the younger have a large knowledge
about many fields. Actually, they can analyse and compare the benefits besides drawbacks that was brought their land behind each action or rule of
government. Finally, when the binary of controlling a country have the appearance of younger, it's very interested in unification ideas or making a
decision with the aged before imposing in all of country.
In conclusion, it seems to me that a state are more likely to be positive changes if it support their talent young to be willing to give a hand to help their
hometown.

Nowadays, ,ore and more young people hold the important positions in the government. It causes a great deal of controversy, some people suppose
that it is not suitable while the others argue that it is the positive change.
It is first claimed that young people do not have much realistic experience. They are be trained the theories very well when they were at the university,
but due to the lack of practical and social experience, they aren't capable of solving the problems by a wise solution and smart dealing. Moreover,
because they are too young they might be aggressive and superficial, so if they made a wrong decision it will have very serious consequences,
especially in foreign policies.
From my point of view, young people are the leaders of changes, which is very neccssesary for development of the nation. They are very creative and
always update new and modern technology, so they can have the new ideas and new policies to improve their country.. Beside it, the young generation
have passion, they always want to dedicate to community. They are enthusiastic people and willing to face challenges. in additional, they have ambition
and will do everything in order to be success and that is the inspiration for the others. Last but not least, the good health make they can work with highly
frequency and devote their youthfulness for the work.
Inconclusion, I support to the idea that the young people should have chance to show their ability and if they are excellent people they worth to hold the
important positions in the government. 3

In rent, there has a trend, which makes many controvery in society, more and more young people play important positions in the goverment. Some one
say that this trend is completely good but i think it has two sides both advantage and drawback . we can see that the youth educated better have more
knowledge about science and technology than the elder. Not only they can spend their knowledge better for helping the economy but they are also
creative, ambitious and lively in work.Specially, the youth have a fully enthusiasm and socialize with the other countries. they can help our country
increasing in industrial society.we can not deny that the youth are the talents and the nation needs them. On the other hand, if we compare the youth
with the elder, the youth also have defects. There are the lack of experience and patience. They are not patient enoungh to solve the bad
problems.sometime they are passionate when they are in trouble.Evenly, some young people are too arrogant about their knowledge so they usually
make mistakes. And a bad decision can makes negative consequences. To sum up,the more the talent, the more powerful the country is.This is why the
youth always want to perfect themselves . It will be wonderful if we can help our country more and more power by our knowledge. The presence of the
youth in the goverment prove that this country will be more and more increasing. 3

The government holds executive authority of a country. Many young leaderships become abundant position in the politicians; however, a little amount of
citizens oppose this decision showing that old people have full proficiency more than one. From my practical point of view, the government should
ponder thoughfully to recruit young applicants for appropriate location
Traditionally young people known to lacking of experience get trouble in applying for some critical position in the government, though they has probably
been one of by far the best student in the university. Everyone has a strong belief that young ones has an higher academic level rather than old people.
To develop the country the old ought to harmonize with the young generation for constructing the laws of social.
Apart from that, other ideas assert that it is better for old people to hold the high position due to their experience life and work. Some has reasoned the
old were soldiers in the army, participating in many wars in a long time. If so, they should be a national leader more than anyone else.
In conclusion, both of two different generation always dedicate to their motherland. I believe that young people seem to be with distinction leadership
management; therefore, we hope a future including better living beings. 3

Young people are a large class of society. they are not afraid of suffering, good experience and want to overcome challenges. So, Nowadays more and
more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that it is a good thing, while others argue that it is not suitable.
From my perspective, young people can bring innovative ideas and clarity of thought that many people can not get the people they can incorporate
science and practice as quickly as possible. What's more, as the new generations are better educated, they are capable to deal with a majority of
problems with specialized knowledge of diverse aspect. By comparison, the view, the two workers who used a traditional approach with modern
machinery users, who have higher yields? And above all young people understand what they need? and think about how the way they need to do is how
to fit a society is the youngest of 60% as Vietnam
In contrast, we have to take a view of another side of the coin. Initially, since young men are always the freshmen in politics, they are in fact lacking
experience. There are many investors that even the wealthiest billionaires successful only after age 40, it is because they need time to accumulate new
what to look out the right thing. Also, younger people are less patient and circumspect than elder people when facing a position to reach a conclusion.
There are many serious failures of confusion just because of 1 second or rush.
Make sure that there are many young people who fit certain positions in politics, but still need people experienced side assistance and protection. And
be careful in recruiting and testing them and position of government agencies 3

From the historic pages in our lesson at school, we all knew famous tycoons who were so young but so great. We can list some of them such as: Tran
Quoc Toan, Ngo Quyen, Dinh Bo Linh,.. They were so youthful but all the things they did for their fatherland have been wonderful enough to be
memorized forever.
That confirmed completely real capacity in protecting and developing their country. This is still a truth for youth today. Young people have more
enthusiasm, more time and more healthy. With something they really like, they do it with all their energies and loves. They are initiative in life and work,
making important decisions quickly, so the way to success is more intersting and attractive. Young people are very adaptable with new good things,
especially from other culture, so that they can learn and find it helpful to support themselves. In the age of teenagers, they know what teenagers think
and need. These people will be the future of the country, so their thoughts and dreams will be the lifes scenario of tomorrow. Understanding and
listening between people in the same generation is easier, therefrom they can have encouragements and supports from the future generation.
Beside that, allowing that young people have important positions in the gorvernment could be so risk. With a short time living in this world, they have
less experience, limited horizon about the future, may be so young , so naive to take responsibilities of a country. They are also ambitious and impatient
to face with behind difficult challenges. From the old peoples view, they dont have enough maturity to have their respects and beliefs in taking
countrys destiny.
In conclusion, young people have enough intelligence and courage to be in charge of countrys future. So they have to be belived in and encourage to
complete their mision. However, they also need leading and teaching from previous generations with their knowledges and acquirements. This
combination will make the way to success of young people and development of the country is interesting, attractive but substainable and probable. 3

In recent period, we can realize that the number of youths who are nominated and chosen for the vital work in the goverment is increasing in a fast way.
Those who think that these decisions are really suitable for the development of a country, meanwhile many people have a consensus that it will cause
some bad effects for their state. This article will discuss more about the problem.
First of all, we have to acknowledge that all the positions in governments activities are so important because each policy is implemented can lead to
change whole face of a country. Not only olders but also young people who take charge of these work have to conceive the importance in their job.
Besides, youngsters are always full of energy, creative power and enthusiastic. They can learn and find out many useful things from other countries and
apply for theirs. Some people believe that a state machine which is always curbed by old participants can not drive the ancient car escape from
poverty and backwardness. To grasp why many young people may hold main position, we can set a example in real life. As we can see in the
Vietnamese government machine, a lot of new young man are chosen for functions such as Prime Minister, Representative of Diploma The effort to
do well every missions and make the country becomes more develop and civilized in the future.
However, there are still some arguments about giving special job for the people who are lack of experience. They think because of difficult missions and
pressure from the job, young people can not take all the requirements in the work and make serious mistakes. They always believe that just
experienced people have ability to deal with huge matters of a nation. For example, a young diplomat must acquire basic qualities like good at
persuading, have diplomacy and can prepare spirit for all situations for every curriculums. If not, he can the image of his homeland become worst in the
eyes of other countries in the world.
In my view, I consent that let the young people hold crucial functions is a good and breakthrough idea. We have to move the old car from bad road by
replacing new machine . If we insist of keeping old machine, one day the car will never move anymore. 3

Kim Jong-un is not only known as the supreme leader of North Korea but also the youngest commander in the world. This might make people concearn
about the fact that the number of people who are running the important positions of the government's systems, on the other hand, some people say that
it is not a bad idea. In this easy, the arguments surrounding this issue will be discussed.
There are a lot of advantages that we can think of young worker in the government. Firstly, the younger generations are always more active compared
to older groups so that they can take all the opportunity. Secondly, because of their age, they also have chances to adjust the modern education. Taking
Vietnams government for instance, back to 1900s, Vietnam was dominated by French for over 100 years and that is the reason why most of
Vietnamese Politicians took French as the second language. But the time changed, English has become the International second language and most of
people are using it to communicate everyday. We know that it is hard for olders to learn another language because of their mind. Young people
nowadays lean English and other languages since they were very young. Some of them are multi languages and they can speak ad write it as mother
tongue. So it is a good sign that young people are becoming more mature to hold the importand positions in the government.
It could be also argue that it is not suitable because of their ages and the lack of experiences to take care of important issuses while they are working
for the government. The Kim Jong-un The supreme leader of North Korea- is a typical example. In 2011, after the death of this father- Kim Jong-il-
Kim Jong-un was officially declared and the world could not be more disagree. He has made some serious decisions that brough the bad effect for his
country and also, he made the relationship between his and other countries became worst.
To sum up, it is not easy to work for a government since people need time for training and gaining their own experience. Consequenly it is my view that
even it is a rick to let young people hold the inportand positions but it might bring back more benefits than disadvantages. 3

People have different views about whether it is relevant for the youth to be responsible for essential positions in the government or not. To a certain
extent, I accept that there are some problems raising from that, however, I believe that youngsters should be allowed to play an important role in state
