PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Vice President, Construction

Led the award winning construction project: a 15 acre site consisting of 16 buildings ranging from 7 to 13 story luxury
condominium $19M each with a total of 870 luxury units. Efforts included three swimming pools, health club, meeting
rooms and major site work.
Managed the $70M construction of the Marriott at Renaissance Plaza with a 35 story luxury tower addition, including
the construction of a Morton's steakhouse restaurant as well as renovation of the existing 500 guestrooms.
Manhattan construction project of a 13 story, 100 high end apartments with full amenities, retail ground floor, roof
gardens, and underground parking.
Oversaw the design, construction and core and shell completion of Flushing, NY's 3.1M square foot $810M Park -
which includes the largest private Brownsfield Remediation Program valued at $40M, as well as all site preparation,
demolition, new infrastructure, and core and shell construction of the mixed use complex, consisting of 1.5M sf
shopping center, 460 market rate condominiums and 4,000 structured parking spaces.

Reorganized three struggling projects, turning them around and closing 50+ homes within 20 months.

Prepared all site improvement budgets and procured all contractors. Oversaw all houseline budgets and buy
out for all projects. Finished the above projects and obtained township bond releases.


Bank joint venture with Amboy Bank: In a team effort with Purchasing Manager and Sales/Marketing staff,
prepared cost to complete budgets for 35 + units partially completed and another 75+/- new homes to be built
including all unfinished site improvements.
This work was an effort to procure a joint venture for the completion of Birch Hill project. As successful
bidders for the project, completed all started construction activities including a 8000 sq. ft clubhouse within
95 day for a Memorial Day grand opening.
As construction managers for The Monmouth project, prepared costs to complete budgets for eighteen,
3,800 sq. ft. luxury units to be completed. Again after being awarded the job, completed all units and
designed, built and furnished a 5,000 sq. ft. model which is now open.
Personally appointed to the board of Directors of Heather Glen a 40 home active adult community, serving
as President.
