The company should allow
Higgins to use Japanese
executive style in daily
operations.
This would help the company to
maintain a good relationship with its
government ofcials, customers and the
most important is the employees as
most of them are local Japanese
workers. Besides that, with allowing
Higgins to use Japanese executive style,
this can increase the satisfaction of the
employees. This is because Higgins
very close to those Japanese workers
and even spent his considerable time
listening to the personal problems of his
subordinates. n this situation, Higgins
also can some advises to !rescott on
the company policies and ideas as he is
more understand to the Japanese
workers and culture.

The company has to change

daily administration. This can reduce

would not waste his talent and
knowledge. Higgins still can apply his

management level.

cause him demotivate and feel
disappoint to the company. Higgins
might think that the top management
does not believe on him anymore and
he might consider others companies#

himself had been humiliated. This is
