29 He gives power to the faint,
and to him who has no might he
increases strength.
30 Even youths shall faint and be weary,
and young men shall fall exhausted;
31 but they who wait for the Lord shall
renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings like
eagles;
they shall run and not be weary;
they shall walk and not faint.

Missionary Memo
September 28, 2014

We havent heard from Leigh and Carissa since their
return to Papua but we can still pray

-ahead on the community centre/kids club building for
the Yalis. Pray for Carissa as she leads the kids club that many will be
reached with the truth of the gospel.
heart desire is to live sold out for Jesus.
- for their
studies, their friends and their spiritual growth.

at the Yali Community Centre would be a blessing and that God
would grant us wisdom as we embark on this journey.

As we recently shared some of what God has allowed us to be a part of here
in Papua in the past months, we hope that you too can sense our
excitement at doors that God is opening and ways He is leading

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that comes to
God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that
diligently seek him. Hebrews 11:6

Love, Carissa for the family

Recovering Redemption, what does it mean?
Because we have a tendency to drift from the
gospel, we must be reoriented back to the
gospel. We must recover a right
understanding and application of the gospel.
We must see that the gospel is the fuel for
salvation and sanctification and the panacea
to fix all things.
