A RESOLUTION CREATING THE TASK FORCE ON YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, DESIGNATING THE
NOMINATED MEMBERS BY THE KATIPUNAN NG MGA KABATAAN AND TO FORMULATE THE
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF BARANGAY BACSIL, DINGRAS, ILOCOS NORTE.

WHEREAS, No. 10632 entitle An Act to postpone the SK elections on October 28, 2013,
Amending for the Purpose RA No. 9340 and other Purposes and its Implementing Rules and
Regulations has been issued for proper implementation of SK Development Programs of the
Katipunan ng Mga Kabataan;

WHEREAS, the SK elections on October 28, 2013 shall be postponed to a date to be
determined by the COMELEC between October 28, 2014 to February 23, 2015;

WHERAS, there is a need to implement youth development programs, projects and
activities on the remaining months of Calendar Year, 2014 until the conduct of SK elections;

WHEREAS, Section 1, Rule 6 of IRR of RA 20632 states that the Task Forced on Youth
Development shall be created and the Chairperson of Youth and Sports Development shall
oversee the implementation of Youth and Sports Development Programs and Projects;

WHEREAS, the 8 members of the Task Force shall be nominated at large by the
Katipunan ng Kabataan and other youth organizations of the barangay and the SK funds are
utilized solely for youth development.

NOW, THEREFORE on motion of FELIPE J. TALON, Kgwd. JOVELYN MANZANILLO,
Chairperson of Committee on Sports and Youth Development/Committee on Womens and
Family, endorsed the KK nominated members to be designated to complete the composition of
Task Force for Youth Development of Brgy. Bacsil, Dingras, Ilocos Norte, to wit:

RESOLVED, by this resolution, that the Punong Barangay shall issue a Designation Order
of the Task Force for Youth Development and ensued compliance on their duties and
responsibilities; and

RESOLVED FURTHER, to direct the Secretary to transcribe copies of resolutions and
furnish the same to all officials and other offices concerned for their information and guidance.
