Keheley Veterans Run 2014

We want to encourage everyone in our community to join us in honoring our
Veterans who served our country. Our t-shirts will have a Veterans theme. Lets
get everyone moving in this non-competitive event by walking, running, jogging, or
strolling 1.5 miles. No pets, bicycles, skateboards, or inline skates will be allowed.
Facilities
Parking is in front of Keheley Elementary School. Please do not park in the back of
the school.
Bathroom facilities are in the school.
Refreshments are provided at the finish, which is located in the back of the
school.
T-Shirt pick up will be at the back of the school.
Course
The course is a .5 mile loop around the school. We will start/finish at the back of
the school. We encourage everyone to try their BEST!

Fun Run T-Shirts are available for purchase for $6.00 per shirt. You do not have to
purchase a shirt to participate in this great event! T-Shirts must be pre-ordered.
Shirts will not be available the day of the Fun Run.

Please return the registration form, payment for T-shirt if applicable, and signed waiver
form to the front office and put in the PTA box. Shirts will be handed out the Friday
before the run.

WAIVER/RELEASE: I am participating in the Keheley Fun Run and testify and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks
involved in this event and that I am physically fit to participate in this event. I am aware that running a road race is a
potentially dangerous activity. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete
the run. I assume all risks associated with running in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other
participants, the effects of the weather; traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated
by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone
entitled to act on my behalf waive and release Keheley Elementary School, Cobb County, the State of Georgia, the Cobb
County School System and Board of Education, the Keheley PTA, all sponsors, their representatives and successors, from
claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of
negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named on this waiver. I understand that bicycle, rollerblades,
skateboards, or inline skates, animals, and headsets are not allowed in this race and I will abide by this guideline.
