Multimedia messages cannot be received if you do not have sufficient storage available on your phone. To solve this problem, delete unnecessary files to free up some space.

The network connection is unstable. The phone memory is insufficient. 1.12.3 What causes poor quality of online streaming media played on the phone? The source streaming media is of poor quality. The network connection is poor. The phone hardware may be faulty, for example, the display is damaged. To check this, use another device to play the online streaming media for comparison. The phone memory is insufficient. The CPU usage is high. Too many applications are running concurrently. 1.12.4 Does playing online streaming media use the phone's internal storage?
