Card opening
and usage
Account Owners (parents) and Cardholders (teens) can activate the card and create a Personal
Identication Number (PIN) by calling Customer Service at 1-855-219-8050 or connecting to
tdbank.com/tdgocard. In addition, you can set up alerts, add cash back access and give family
and friends access to add funds. The Account Owner can load funds onto the card either by
phone, online, or direct deposit.

Dispute resolution
Settle Merchant Disputes. If you have a dispute over the quality of goods or services, rst contact
the merchant directly to settle the transaction in question. If you are unsuccessful in resolving the issue
with the merchant or for all other disputes, call Customer Service toll-free at 1-855-219-8050.
Customer support
If your TD Go Card is lost or stolen, Customer Service should be contacted immediately in
order to minimize losses. To close or temporarily suspend your TD Go Card, connect to
tdbank.com/tdgocard or call Customer Service at 1-855-219-8050.
Some merchants such as restaurants, gas stations and hotels may require an amount greater than the
purchase amount to cover things like tips. If your balance isnt enough to cover this additional amount,
your transaction may be declined. For more information, please see the Frequently
Asked Questions.
