Q: MISS RK, DO YOU KNOW MISS MK?
A: Yes.
Q: WHO IS SHE?
A: She is my neighbor.
Q: DO YOU KNOW MISTER RB?
A: Yes.
Q: WHO IS HE?
A: He is one of the construction workers working on my house.
Q: WHERE IS YOUR HOUSE LOCATED?
A: In Barangay BBC
Q: HOW CLOSE IS THIS FROM THE VICTIMS HOUSE?
A: Its right next to it. When youre facing the front of their house, my house is the one on the right.
Q: LET ME TAKE YOUR ATTENTION TO THE MORNING OF JUNE 23, 2014WHERE WERE YOU
THAT TIME?
A: I was there monitoring the construction of my house.
Q: WHAT HAPPENED THEN?
A: I was supposed to buy additional bags of cement, so I went looking for Mr. RB to ask him to buy for
me.
Q: MOVE ON
A: I looked around and saw him enter the house of Miss MK.
Q: WHAT DID YOU DO WHEN YOU SAW HIM ENTER THE HOUSE OF YOUR NEIGHBOR?
A: I was trying to call the hardware to ask them to prepare 4 bags of cement which wil l be picked up by
RB.
Q: DID YOU SUCCEED WITH YOUR CALL?
A: Yes, after a few tries.
Q: AFTER MAKING YOUR CALL WHAT DID YOU DO?
A: I was waiting for RB to come out of the house of my neighbor.
Q: DID HE COME OUT?
A: No, so I had to go there myself and call him.
Q: CARRY ON
A: I knocked at the door and waited. After a few knocks the door opened.
Q: WHO WAS AT THE DOOR?
A: It was Miss MK.
Q: WHAT DID YOU TELL HER?
A: I asked about RB because I saw him enter the house of MK earlier and Im in a hurry to send him on
an errand.
Q: WHAT WAS HER RESPONSE?
A: Nothing. She didnt say a word and just stared at me.
Q: CAN YOU DESCRIBE HER DEMEANOR WHEN SHE WAS STARING AT YOU?
A: She was silent. Her face was all flushed and her eyes were both teary and red as if shes wants to
say something but she couldntseemed like she wanted to cry.
Q: WAS THERE ANYONE ELSE THERE?
A: Yes. Just when I was about to ask her why she was crying, RB appeared behind her and told me that
he was just checking on the firewall.
Q: AFTER HE SAID THAT, WHAT HAPPENED NEXT?
A: He i mmedi atel y rushed out of the house and asked me about the errand and then we hurri ed back to the
constructi on si te.
Q: WHAT ABOUT MK, DID YOU STILL TALK TO HER?
A: No. I wanted to but my trai n of thought was di stracted by the cement that I was pl anni ng to ask RB to buy
because the hardware was al ready wai ti ng for hi m.
Q: SO YOU DIDNT TALK TO MK THEREAFTER?
A: That moment? No, I di dntI just took a l ook over my shoul der but when I l ooked back, thei r door was al ready
cl osed.
Q: ANYTHING ELSE?
A: I heard someone scream from the di recti on of MKs house. But I just i gnored i t.
Q: WHAT HAPPENED WHEN YOU WERE WALKING TO THE SITE?
A: RB dropped somethi ng.
Q: WHAT DID HE DROP?
A: A kni fe.
Q: ARE YOU FAMILIAR WITH THIS KNIFE?
A: Yes. Thats the one that he dropped.
Q: WHAT WAS YOUR REACTION WHEN HE DROPPED THE KNIFE?
A: I wanted to ask hi m about the kni fe but I fi gured he mi ght be usi ng i t as a tool i n constructi on; so I just i gnored
i t.
Q: IS THAT ALL?
A: I tol d hi m to pi ck up a coupl e bags of cement from the hardware and gave hi m the money for hi s fare.
