Listening to these exercises before having completed all
the previous Waves is not recommended. You will wantalj
your tools and all your NVC capability for this unlimited
xploring without verbal guidance. Your experiences are
facilitated by !emi"#ync signals that guide access to
different points along the continuum of consciousness and
by $eta$usic composed specifically to support your further
learning. #imply relax and sense your progression through

past- present and future with .1oes the future influence the
past0. and the reverse. 2erceive yourself evolving in the
direction you desire and notice if this affects who you are in
the present.
Exploring #1: i!!ion 1"
i!!ion 1" is a totally self"directed free flow exercise in
'ocus (). 1ecide on a purpose and then- with no verbal
reminders of C"(- enjoy a more powerful and effective 'ocus
() exploration. +emember the contents of your tool box.
When you sense a change in the sound patterns- return to
C"( by whatever method3s4 have proven most comfortable
for you.
Exploring ##: i!!ion 1#
5nce again- predetermine your purpose. 6his can be
patterning- problem solving- as&ing ,uestions- or exploring a
new concept or locale- to suggest just a few. 6hen simply
relax- allowing the !emi"#ync signals to carry you first to
'ocus ()- then on to 'ocus (*- and return to C"( when it7s
time.
Exploring #$: i!!ion %a&
i!!ion %a& provides support for a powerful (8"minute
patterning process. 9se it in the morning to set the tone for a
day of calm centeredness- success and accomplishment.
:fter the preparatory process- go to 'ocus () or (*

in thought- imagination- emotion- or active mental pictures.

i!!ion Night is for use when you are comfortably ready
to drift into sleep- and will not awa&en you at the conclusion

pattern to direct your sleep experience. You may choose to
solve a problem- receive a message- remember your
dreams- have an 5>- remote view- or enjoy any other
experience you desire. Let your creativity be your guide for
each night7s mission.

)ori*on! provides !emi"#ync signals that evo&e
memories- feelings and events. 6here is no need for a
purpose. :s usual- perform your preparatory process- choose
the desired 'ocus level- and simply relax and let it happen.
You may find that repeated experiences with this exercise
stand alone- or that threads of continuity connect one with
another. $any people li&e to record their experiences for
later examination and reflection.
