RECORDS REQUEST

Dear Records Officer:

Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, N.M. Stat. 14-2-1, et. seq., I
request the opportunity to inspect and make copies of the following:

Email correspondence from the Inbox, Outbox, and any specially created folders for
the emails of then-District Attorney Susana Martinez, then-Chief Deputy District
Attorney Amy Orlando, Senior Investigator Kip Scarborough and office manager
Robin Bruck from August 1, 2010 through December 1, 2010. In order to avoid the
lengthy and expensive redaction process I am willing to inspect email logs rather
than the emails themselves, if such logs exist or can be easily prepared.
Alternatively, I would like to inspect the non-exempt portions of the emails
themselves.

All email or written correspondence between employees of the Third Judicial
District Attorneys Office and any of the following individuals between July 2009 and
December 2010:
James Roehl
Keith Gardner
Jay McCleskey
Matt Stackpole
Matt Kennicott
Ryan Cangiolosi
Anissa Ford
Adam Deguire
Scott Darnell
Marie Vulaj
Jordan Banegas
Agnes Maldonado

All email or written correspondence to or from employees in the Third Judicial
District Attorneys Office that relates to the Susana Martinez for Governor campaign
between July 2009 and December 2010, including, but not limited to, any
correspondence between the Third Judicial District Attorneys Office employees and
any Susana Martinez for Governor campaign personnel or representatives during
that time.

All email or written correspondence from employees in the Third Judicial District
Attorneys Office that mention the terms Diane Denish, Denish , shred, ad,
advertisement, television, TV, campaign, commercial, Denish ad or license
plate between August 1, 2010 and December 1, 2010.


I understand that there might be fees associated with copying these documents. I request
that you please contact me by telephone at 505-830-3650 or by email at
chairmanbregman@nmdemocrats.org before preparing these documents for inspection if
you reasonably anticipate that any copying fees associated with this request will exceed
$25.
