Sweetcars is an independent high-line used car dealership in northeast Indiana and is owned by a successful music hardware
distributor. My time at SweetCars was effective to stabilize the company and provide direction.
Established standardized service/detail procedures for inventory obtained for sale, increased the quality of vehicles purchased
to provide customers with higher-caliber products.
Increased the gross profit per vehicle sold while improving vehicle reconditioning standards.
Implemented and streamlined processes to improve store legal standards. Troubleshot compliance issues/title problems.
