structure.

and maintenance of machineries

Role and Responsibility:
Worked with fabrication and erection department at corporate tower site of Jindal Steel
& Power Ltd from Oct11 to May 12.Was responsible for Quantity analysis of steel
structure.
Earlier was posted at Jindal Power Plant site in Tamnar, Raigarh from May2011 to
September 2011. Was responsible for repair and maintenance activities of all
Mechanical and Electrical Equipments at site. The Mechanical Equipments included JCB,
Hydra Transit Mixture, Batching Plant and Concrete Pumps and Electrical Equipments
include Generator and Motors. Was instrumental in smooth running of all the equipments
and contributed largely towards considerable reduction in break down time.

Title: Electricity Generation using speed breakers.

Hardware development: Designed and fabricated a scaled model of energy convertor. The system
consists of a rack and pinion arrangement which converts vertical motion of platform attached to
the speed breaker due to its repeated loading and unloading into rotary motion. The pinion in turns
rotates the shaft of an electric generator. The power generated is stored in a capacitor which can be
used as per requirement. The proposed system can be used for lightning of roads
