GENERAL TERMS
This agreement grants The Publisher and journal, the non-exclusive right to sell and
distribute the contributor's material titled below, in any print or electronic format,
anywhere in the world, at any time, as part of the collection named below.
The undersigned represents that he/she has the power and authority to make and
execute this agreement.
The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Publisher from any
damage or expense that may arise in the event of a breach of any of the warranties set
forth below.
For jointly authored Material, all joint contributors should sign, or one of the
contributors should sign as authorized agent for the others.
I, the Contributor (listed below), hereby grant non-exclusive permission for The
Publisher (listed above) to include the below-named Material in the Journal (Titled
below). I further allow The Publisher to distribute or sell this Material as part of the
publication in print, e-book, and on the World Wide Web. I also grant The Publisher
and Journal the right to publish promotional portions from the journal in any media
format now or hereafter known.
I hereby verify that I am the sole owner of copyright in this Material and have
the authority to grant such permission.
I hereby release and discharge The Publisher and other publication and journal editors
and organizers from any and all liability arising out of my inclusion in the publication,
or in connection with the performance of any of the activities described in this
document as permitted herein. This includes, but is not limited to, my right of privacy
or publicity, copyright, patent right, trade secret rights, moral rights or trademark
rights.
All permissions and releases granted by me herein shall be effective in perpetuity and
throughout the universe, and extend and apply to The Publisher and its assigns,
contractors, sublicensed distributors, successors and agents.

individuals or legal entities, I understand that it is my responsibility to secure any
necessary permissions and/or licenses and will provide it in writing to The Publisher.
