PRE-TRIAL ORDER
At todays scheduled pre-trial, counsels for the plaintiff ATT. EDWIN
MENDAME, counsels for the defendant ATTY. SOPHIA INOTURAN and
ATTY. CARLO BARRIENTOS, were in Court, as were the plaintiff and the
respondent. The Court proceeded with the pre-trial proper.

Admissions:
The counsels for the petitioner and the respondent entered into the
following stipulations:
1. That the petitioner, JANA MONICA Z. VALENZUELA, is of legal age.
2. That the defendant, STEPHEN J. JACOBO, is of legal age.

1. Whether the plaintiffs cause of action is barred by Res Judicata

2. Whether defendant is entitled to possession and ownership of the subject

property

Trial Schedule:

Wherefore, the pre-trial is concluded. The initial trial is set on January 7,

2013 at 6:00 oclock in the evening. The final trial is set on January 28, 2013 at
6:00 oclock in the evening.

Parties are hereby directed to go over this Pre-trial Order for any
correction deemed appropriate and to file the necessary motion to that effect
within ten (10) days from receipt hereof. Thereafter, no correction will be
allowed and this Order shall bind the Court and the parties during the trial until
judgment.
