This law firm, along with Michael Cernovich, Esq. has the privilege of serving as counsel to
8chan.co. 8chan forwarded your legal demand for a response.
Please correct me if I am wrong. This all started when your client posted a video1 in
which Julien Blanc gives men advice on picking up Japanese women. (if you call it that)
Part of his advice is as follows:
at least in Tokyo, If youre a white male, you can do what you want
Romping through the streets just like grabbing girls head on dick head on dick
yelling Pikachu. (gesturing a motion of grabbing a womans head and pushing it into
his crotch). The video then demonstrates this advice in action.
I dont know whether it is true that white men can do whatever they want in Tokyo. If
thats true, Im moving there. I want to do whatever I want, without consequences. All
Ive been looking for my entire life is the ability to have a consequence-free existence.
I thought that getting really rich was the secret to that. Imagine my delight when I
learned that I dont need to be a billionaire to do whatever the fuck I want. Ive had the
power to have a consequence free existence all along! I just had to look inside myself,
and see my Caucasian DNA, look inside my pants and see my penis, and just seize it as
my birthright (the power, not my penis). This is embarrassing for me, since I always make
fun of people who use the terms white privilege or male privilege. But, Ill take a little
embarrassment in exchange for magic white dude power.2

I would imagine that there may be different social mores in Tokyo, but I bet that royal ass
kickings do happen there. I would like to offer a bounty of $5,000 to anyone in Tokyo who
beats the bejesus of your client, as long as the ass whuppery results in his hospitalization,
and it is in response to him assaulting a Japanese woman (double the pledge if it is the
woman herself who puts him in the hospital). This may seem extreme, or even cruel. But,
Mr. Blanc could use his magic white guy power to heal himself, and then turn into
Mazinga, and then blast the assailant to kingdom come. Mazinga is wicked bad ass,
and he can totally fuck shit up.
While we are on the subject of fucking shit up, lets discuss your demand.
I am not sure if you have ever heard of Mazinga before this letter, but I am pretty certain
that you have never heard of the CDA. Heres the citation: 47 U.S.C. 230. Go look up
cases in which it gets cited. I could give you some, but there really are none that will
help you. Of course, if you respond, you might think that you are the first genius to find
the Roommates.com decision. Ill wait for you to invoke it before educating you on how
absurd it would be to rely on it here. But, maybe youll figure that out on your own.

Lets go back to page one. Your client is the guy who seems to advocate sexual assault
against random women, on the basis that hes Caucasian, and theyre not. Neither
Mike, nor I, are in any danger of winning the Male Feminist of the Year Award. But
Jesus Hello Kitty Christ on a Rocket-Powered Toboggan, are you FREAKIN SERIOUS?
If you have the audacity to file a defamation claim on behalf of a guy who advocates
sexual assault, and relies on racist bunk to justify it, then come at us, bro. Our client might
just waive his CDA immunity and let the case stand on the merits of the defamation
claim. I can not express how much joy I would find in watching you try and articulate
how your clients reputation has been harmed by anything other than his own asinine,

I am not going to bother to educate you on the DMCA. Go look it up. While youre at it,
go look at 17 U.S.C. 512(f).
Your demand refers to Japanese Law not applying to this situation.

We agree. However, I can only presume that your letter was sent in the mistaken belief
that Japanese law does apply though. Because, I cant imagine which U.S. law you
think gives you the right to demand anything here. I presume that you thought that you
could invoke the Japanese law that your client seems to think exists that as a white guy,
he is entitled to a consequence free existence where he can do whatever he wants.
If that law really exists, we decline to submit to its application.
Your client does not have the magic white guy power to censor our clients website. Your
client does not have the magic white guy power to a consequence-free existence.
Your client made some really objectionable statements. There is a price for that it is
called criticism. Your client acted like an ass, and people pointed at him and said
look at that asshole! Rather than answer the criticism, your client sought to cower
behind a wall of censorship. This really isnt advisable for someone like your client, who
will likely need to raise the shield of the First Amendment at some time in the near future.
Julien Blanc may bully Japanese girls, but he will not bully our client. And, with any luck,
hell try and bully the wrong Japanese girl. We hope that when he does, the event gets
captured on video.

government. RSD can equivocally state that it nor any of its employees have
been contacted by any judicial body in Japan. In point of fact, neither RSD nor
any of its employees are subject of any criminal proceeding. The inaccurate and
false statements contained are defamatory per se and need to be removed
immediately.
