SENARIO
One
Assume you are a newly appointment Management Trainee to the Labor Department and
have just completed HND Business Management program. One critical issue you have noticed
that is the low of moral, motivation and evident lack of job satisfaction among employees of a
particular business between the different departments. Having brought up this observation,
the Labor Offcer has called upon to you and presents him with a report for Decision making
process and to correct this issue. Using your learnings from the Business Decision Making
class your report must discuss and the following areas in specific.
