showrooms in different cities because they want to make their products easily assessable.
Marketing and sales: Our products marketed through Sales men, Whole sellers, Dealers and
Own showrooms. Pricing is according to the competitors and 30-40% profit margin. To increase
sales force effectiveness incentives are given to sales person according to the target achievement.
Services: After selling the products they also provide fitting services and also repairing service
to their customer. Delivery services to the customer.
Support Activities:
Procurement: Raw material is purchased from many different suppliers there are almost 5 major
suppliers. Raw material includes different forms of Brass and Silver. Fixed asset includes Land ,
Machinery , Generator and investment on Killen.
Technological development: There is well organized R&D department which keep on working
for marketing research for new trends and designs. They always try to work with advance
technology and keep on introducing new designs in the market after every interval of 6 months.
Human Resources: HR manager is responsible for hiring, retaining and compensating the
employees. If there is any need of new employee or replacing the employee then ad given on the
banners in industrial area for new hiring. HR manager took interview and then Haji Akram will
finally select the respective person. If there is installation of new machinery then the employees
are given with training of operating the machine through machine providers. Some new hiring
are completely unaware of the work they also given on the job training.
Infrastructure: Its covered area is four kinals. There are different department in its
infrastructure according to their jobs.HR Department, Accounts Department, R&D Department,
Quality assurance department, Marketing & Sales department and Order taking department. For
over viewing the employees work and for security purpose cameras are being installed.
