Mondays low was just below this months pivot at 17737 on the Dow Industrial Average. The S&P 500 & Nasdaq
stayed above their weekly value levels at 2042.3 and 4713, respectively. Dow Transports closes below its weekly
level, now a pivot at 9044.
Dow Industrials: (17777) Monthly, weekly and annual value levels are 17737, 17612, 14835 and 13467 with the
Nov.21 all-time intraday high at 17894.83 and quarterly and semiannual risky levels at 18045 and 18552.
S&P 500 (2053.5) Weekly, semiannual and annual value levels are 2042.3, 1789.3, 1539.1 and 1442.1 with the
Nov. 28 all-time intraday high at 2075.76, and monthly, quarterly and semiannual risky levels at 2089.3, 2094.2 and
2080.3.
NASDAQ (4727) Quarterly, weekly, semiannual and annual value levels are 4713, 4695, 4642, 3972, 3471 and
3063 with a monthly pivot at 4784, the Nov.28 multiyear intraday high at 4810.86 and the March 2000 all-time high
at 5132.
Dow Transports (8949) Semiannual and annual value levels are 8447, 7423, 6249 and 5935 with a weekly pivot
at 9044, the Nov. 28 all-time intraday high at 9319.33 and monthly and quarterly risky levels at 9343 and 9418.
Russell 2000 (1154.11) Semiannual, monthly and annual value levels are 1139.81, 1131.49, 966.72 and 879.39
with a weekly pivot at 1182.81, the July 1 all-time intraday high at 1213.55 and semiannual and quarterly risky levels
at 1285.37 and 1292.59.
The SOX (676.68) Weekly, semiannual and annual value levels are 645.20, 608.02, 512.94, 371.58 and 337.74
with a monthly pivot at 683.28 with the Nov. 28 multiyear intraday high at 687.71 and quarterly risky level at 687.65.
Dow Utilities: (600.60) Quarterly, annual, semiannual and annual value levels are 553.35, 548.70, 523.72 and
497.53 with the Nov. 5 all-time intraday high at 609.31, and monthly, semiannual and weekly risky levels at 606.94,
612.49 and 619.96.
10-Year Note (2.220) Annual and quarterly value levels are 2.263 and 3.258 with monthly, semiannual and annual
risky levels at 2.121065, 1.999 and 1.779.
30-Year Bond (2.946) Semiannual, annual and quarterly value levels are 3.082, 3.107, 3.283, and 3.963 with
monthly and semiannual risky levels at 2.808 and 2.487.
Comex Gold ($1211.8) Has a potential key reversal influenced by a monthly pivot at $1195.3 after trading as low
as $1141.7 on Monday. A quarterly value level is $906.43 with monthly and weekly pivots at $1195.3 and $1200.9
and semiannual risky level at $1613.0.
Nymex Crude Oil ($69.37) Traded as low as $63.72 on Monday with the January 2009 low at $33.20 when a
gallon of regular gasoline dipped below $1.50. A monthly pivot is $78.19 with the 200-week simple moving average
at $95.96.
The Euro (1.2471) Monthly and semiannual value levels are 1.2389 and 1.2203 with the 200-week simple moving
average at 1.3358.
The Dollar versus Japanese Yen (118.34) A monthly value level is 112.69 with a quarterly risky level at 123.64.
The British Pound (1.5738) An annual value level is 1.4456 with a semiannual pivot at 1.5604 and monthly,
quarterly and annual risky levels at 1.6147, 1.6210 and 1.6262.
